Sometimes you walk into a doctors office and you immediately know that this is the place you want to be. That was the way I felt about Dr. Alozies office. When I met the doctor, it proved I was right. He is a wonderful doctor. Very friendly and easygoing but very professional.

I am completely satisfied with my experience! Every single interaction I had with the staff was amazing. Its almost hard to believe how easy it was, including the use of the onsite pharmacy Curant Health (I was able to get my meds across the parking lot in less than 10 minutes, as a new patient!) I used to wait forever at cvs drive thru.... Much better at Sunset West.The provider definitely answered all my questions, and the first staffperson to see me was very personable and super nice. I am very happy to have switched to this site and would like to thank everyone involved for such an incredible experience! They set the bar very high!

Dr alozie is amazing and everyone in there. In my experience ive been dealing with HIV for the last 10 Yrs , at first it was confusing, so much paper work but you get that hand of it after a while. Everyone is friendly and very helpful (in my experience) ive never had any issue with anyone in here, everyone does their job and in my experience i would recommend if you are starting your HIV treatment they do labs and now you can get your medication next door easy and convenient for their patients.

Their attention and service is excellent, professional, caring, supportive, and educational. I want to also give them a huge thank you for your noble work.

The experience with them is great. Their staff are very attentive and help in getting all you questions answered and concerns resolved. The doctors are very professional and caring.

The best experience i ever had at a medical facility. Professional, friendly and well organized. Scheduled appointment for 10:30am ànd was seen by doc by 10:45am. Doctor Alozie and his staff were wxcwllwnt.

If you care about your health DO NOT go here. Appointments take months to get scheduled so if you need a medication to stay alive guess what? You’re gonna have to tough it out until Stephanie decides she wants to be kind enough to book you. She is the absolute worse receptionists and it is absolutely ridiculous that a doctors office is so incompetent. They need to get their act together and definitely retrain their receptionists. You’re literally dealing with dying people and you act horrible towards them.

Very well recieved, attended, and explained at every step. Excellent and timely test results! The staff members are really kind and hospitable. Would honestly recommend.

I have never been to a clinic or medical institution that demonstrates genuine care and concern for each and everyone of their patients as this clinic does. Every single doctor, nurse, phlebotomist, assistants and staff are Obviously in love not only with their jobs but with their patients. Being a person to normally speaks too much I always try to listen to every single word of professional advice, encouragement and kindness! This is a remarkable place, I wish they would train other institutions to be run this way.

I used to use this care location. They are the most inconsistent, inconsiderate, incompetent group I have every gone to. Sylvia the front receptionist does not tell the truth and acts like she is a medical professional. She is not. I sent in paperwork for return to work and the nurse practitioner couldn’t fill them out properly. It took seven attempts so I got tired of dealing with the incompetence and asked around. So now I am with La Fe Care Center. They have 8 locations to serve you and have very competent staff and willing and able to help you if you need financial assistance. I do not recommend Sunset ID. There are much better Care centers.

Not so much the facility but the Dr. If you are in the hospital then Dr. Alozie is great! But once discharged for a BLOOD infection, it is so hard to get appointments scheduled. The Dr can never be reached, even other practitioners express how hard it is too reach the Dr. and he doesnt seem to care whether my father condition worsens or he ends up back in the hospital. Either he is spread too thin or he just doesnt care. We found a much more caring team at UMC luckily.

I had been with this organization for many years and it was because of Dr. Alozie and the professional care I had received.Unfortunately, the professionalism changed drastically after a billing issue arose. I was truly surprised and disappointed on how the situation was poorly handled. I tried to resolve this problem for months to absolutely no avail as well as little effort from clinic staff to help find a solution.After months of calls and emails, it wasn’t until I brought the problem to Dr. Alozies attention that the billing issue was finally and justifiably quickly rectified.With such disheartening treatment, I made the decision to seek services at another clinic.

Amazing staff. Ive never had a better experience by medical providers. Everyone was kind, welcoming and they worked with me in every single way possible. Honestly blown away by how quickly I was seen and taken care of. Viri is amazing! Jhoana is also incredible. 10/10 Id honestly rate them 11/10 if I could.

Since the beginning of my treatment for an HIV positive result I have been absolutely satisfied with the care and treatment I receive from the very helpful clinical and administrative staff at sunset ID care. Dr alozzi is also very knowledgeable and made my transition or my acceptance of my conversion a very positive experience.

Staff was so kind, patient and really explained everything in detail. I not only felt safe but also welcome. Really enjoyed attitude and respect the staff had. Highly recommend
