Doctor Gutierrez is wonderful, however the management is not. I had to call 6 times to try to get through to scheduling an appointment as their voicemail is not set up. There is a 4 MONTH wait list to see any of the four doctors. I’ve been going here since 2017 and it has never been this difficult to schedule an appointment for a simple annual exam. Sadly I will have to change doctors.

I love Dr. Claudia Suarez, she is an amazing doctor, and she really listens to me. But for the past 2 weeks Ive been trying to book an appointment but no one seems to answer me and always leads to a voice mail- that hasnt been set up. After calling about 10 times today I FINALLY got through and a Lorena answered then before I can start talking- she puts me on freaking hold so she can help someone else. I have never been so frustrated to and then to be put on hold...Im so mad and pissed to have to go through all of this just to get an appointment

I’ve been going here for almost 10 years and the doctors are amazing! Especially Dr Suarez and Dr Gutierrez. Suarez saved my sons life and both doctors always have the best interest of their patients, I’ve had issues these past two years and after seeing many specialist and doctors no one could figure out what was wrong with me, Dr Gutierrez ordered certain test and we found the culprit and now I’m being treated by Dr Suarez.Everyone complains about the no answering of the phone and leaves bad reviews because of that but these doctors are amazing! Don’t let the negative reviews of no phone answering deter you, it’s a tiny price to pay to having amazing doctors.

I am surprised at the low reviews here on Google. My first baby I didnt know about Her Health yet and I had a different clinic and it was so stressful and I just really didnt like it. With my second I was told about Her Health and everything was different and I was so relaxed and not stressed. I wasnt constantly pressured to make decisions according to what they want, here at Her Health I was given options and recommendations but then I was allowed to think about it and decide, also they do ultrasounds every appointment and not just listen to the heart beat and I love that so much! I had an appointment with every doctor here and they all did their job really well, Im so happy I found this place and would definitely recommend and will go back if we have another baby.

Had 4 pregnancies with Dr. Gutierrez she delivered 3 of my babies, during my last pregnancy we moved out of town but had almost 30 weeks of great care. During my first pregnancy we changed to her from another of the doctors simply because I went in sick and we just loved all the attention she gave to our concerns. Had three healthy and safe pregnancies and deliveries thanks to her, always listening and giving in and following through with all my labor and delivery wishes. I really appreciate I had all my wishes and that she gave me the choice for everything to be just as I wanted always putting the babies’ well being first, and to always consider myopinion. Nowadays doctors want to do things their way and speed things out to their own convenience, so we are very glad we found her to always be there with us in the middle of the night to deliver and in a beautiful morning with our third. Thank you Dr. Gutierrez, we owe you the beautiful and safe delivery of three of our babies. We missed you our fourth time :( we really really did.

This is probably the worst Gyno office you can go to in El Paso. Please avoid at all costs. I was a patient here for a few months and every visit I received terrible service from the front desk and felt my visits were very rushed when with the doctor. Dr. Suarez is a good doctor and made me feel comfortable but the other doctors I saw made me feel like I was not important at all.The front desk asked me one time if I was using my husbands insurance even though my name is the only name on my insurance card and I am not married nor did I write any one else’s name on my paperwork. I was so shocked that I was even asked that question considering the fact that I was by myself and had never been to this clinic with anyone else. On top of this, they never answer the phone and appointments are pushed so far back, sometimes taking weeks for your next follow up appointment.Please Please Please avoid receiving care here. It is not worth your energy or time or your money.

Ive been a patient here for years with Dr. Larazaleta. Shes a good doctor however the office NEVER answers! My annual exam has been canceled and rescheduled 4 times. This last time they called to cancel they didnt want to reschedule me, they said I was going to be placed on a waiting list 2 months out. I requested to be scheduled with a different doctor and the receptionist said I couldnt change doctors. So then I requested to get a refill on my birth control. She refused to submit a refill because I was past due on my annual. Really?!! After they are the ones who continue to cancel. What a joke. Time to find a new doctor.

Please, just answer the phone! It’s almost impossible to get through to anyone here. Voicemail is always full. Had my first appointment here a month ago- the doctor was nice as well as the staff. But a crucial part of customer service, answering the phones to be able to talk to patients, is basically absent.

I do love the Dr. had 2 kids both delivered by Dr. Suarez, and always seen by Dr. Gutierrez. But I have been trying to get an appointment and it’s been very difficult. They are supper busy now :( i totally understand just wish I could get an appointment sooner , to get my hormones in check and get some help with my health

Good luck getting an appointment. My wife called and asked for an appointment for the OBGYN today but these people say over the phone “We don’t have any appointments until July”. My wife told them that’s okay and to make an appointment, but then they refused to make it and tell her “We don’t make appointments, we just call you when WE are ready for you”. How idiotic can you be like these receptionist who lie to you over the phone. Nothing but lazy “workers” looking to just get a free paycheck. SMH y’all should be disappointed on yourselves.

I do not understand how no one can answer the phone. Whether it’s to get a new appointment, test results, MA, or billing, they will not answer the phone. It is ridiculous because they give you a business card and tell you to call them or text them for any of the above. Dr. Gutierrez is great but the office staff needs to be replaced.

I love Dr. Larazaleta but my appointment should have been since February and no reminders or calls to schedule my appointment. Now I am on a waiting list until August and I have been a patient for a few years now and I cant get an appointment sooner for my annual and referral for mammogram. Very disappointing 😞

Id like to start off saying, I absolutely love Dr. Larazaletta. Shes always made me feel so comfortable and at ease. The only issue I have with this practice is their scheduling. Im an established patient, yet I have to call a month in advance to be placed on a waiting list for my annual visit and thats if the front desk decides to pick up the phone. Its disappointing especially having been a patient for 6+ years.

Ridiculous and horrible service they discontinue service for my wife only because she called in the day before to cancel her procedure regarding a family emergency .unprofessional Dr Gutierrez and the director of this facility. I thought it was a professional to call and cancel any appointments but advised don’t call just don’t show up it better

Ive been calling since Friday to make an emergency appointment with no answer.... Friday I was understanding but this morning too? I have a hematoma diagnosed by the hospital so Im on minimal activity, my back is in agonizing pain and these people dont care to even answer the dam phone...

Had a visit with Dr. Gutierrez for my daughter and it was a wonderful experience. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Dr. Gutierrez is really thorough and understanding. She is not quick to cut you off at all and is patient with your questions and concerns. The wait was very minimal! Overall great visit.

This was probably all around the worst experience regarding healthcare I have had. I had issues with both the office staff and the doctor and had to transfer to another doctor for the care I needed for my pregnancy. Dr. Khamsi is nice but I feel that she is not experienced to handle complex medical cases and dismissed a lot of my concerns. I had extreme fatigue to the point I knew was not normal and she would dismiss this concern saying I was just not drinking enough water and that my blood panel came back good (my blood panel with my new doctor showed extensive issues that may have contributed to my symptoms). I also had a major episode after taking medication she prescribed where I had difficulty breathing, chest pain, and increased blood pressure (very serious when pregnant) and said labs were fine so it was just an anxiety attack, further dismissing concerns that it was a larger issue practically half out the door while Im trying to ask her if it could be something else. I continue taking the medication because she had convinced me it was an anxiety attack saying labs were good and then I have THE SAME reaction a few days later right after I take the medication. At this point I realize it had to have been a reaction to the medication and it was extremely concerning that she would dismiss my concern of something so important. I also realized she did not take the time to carefully examine my baby through ultrasounds as I discovered my baby was actually measuring a week earlier, so I was 15 weeks instead of 14 weeks at the time. I received a whole new due date that was consistent among hospital visits my new doctor and a specialist.My experience with the rest of the office was not much better. I had gotten very ill when getting blood drawn from their phlebotomist/medical assistant because there were a few times that she could not find my veins, I believe because of my tattoos, and would do the fishing method of twisting the needle in my arm to try to find the vein, which was so painful I almost pass out on two occasions. I even told her that had never happened to me and I at first believed I had been weak from the fatigue I had been experiencing but when she did it a second time I really felt that it was her method that caused me to become ill. I also noticed my name was wrong on one of my ultrasound printouts where they had put a completely different last name that I have never been affiliated with, which concerned me that they possibly mishandled other medical records of mine. I would also have to try all day to call the office to get ahold of them and they would not answer the phone.

Still waiting for an appointment for an ultrasound I got done 2 months ago! They don’t answer the phone at all. I shouldn’t have to go in person to get an appointment.

So grateful for Dr. L and her staff guiding me through my last 2 pregnancies. The other Drs there are also great - you can tell everyone cares about the patients! Highly recommended!!

Dr. Gutierrez is an absolute God send. She was there every step of the way from general health to getting pregnant and delivering my baby when covid had just hit. Always willing to take the time out of her day to answer any questions I had and always willing to lend an ear when I needed her. One of the best doctors around.

Avoid this company. Hard to reach and they make it seem like they are going out of business, never answering phones. The good reviews seem suspicious. I’m so disappointed. I’ve been trying to get my results read for months.

Dr Larazeta and Dr Suarez are amazing, the problem is to get an appointment I been trying to schedule an appointment to follow up after a visit to the ER without any success.

If you want great OB GYN care. This is the best team. Professional, knowledgeable, experienced, kindness, the best bedside manners from all the staff, from the receptionist to the Doctors. I have the luck to meet all four. I felted extremely safe and received the best care ever. Highly recommended 👌

Would love to share how Dr. L. Gutierrez and her team took very good care of my daughter and was a huge part in her fertility after 15 years of not being able to conceive. We were blessed not only with a grandson but also our very first granddaughter.

I’m brand new to the area, originally from Nevada so finding an OBGYN was the worst experience especially being pregnant. Before coming to Her Health, I had already been to about 3-4 other OGBYN’s and let me tell you that when I finally came here what a RELIEF!! The staff has always been kind, helpful and super patient. Dr. Gutierrez took her time, listened and answered all questions and concerns and really did her best to accommodate me. I also got to experience Dr. Suarez during an ER visit and Dr. Khamsi delivered my baby. Great bedside manners and in all great team!! So glad I found you guys!!!

I had the privilege of starting prenatal care with Dr. Gutierrez at Her Health OBGYN and I wish I could’ve stayed with her throughout my pregnancy. During my move I received care at Sweetwater OBGYN and Aurora Sinai. After so many different providers and staff, Her Health provided the best care by a long shot!Everyone is so attentive, ethical, and culturally aware. I firmly believe that Her Health advocates for their patient’s needs and desires, something that is very important during one of the most vulnerable and exciting phases of life.

What motivated me to get treated here is that the doctors/gynecologists seem very prepared and personally, Dr. Suarez was great to me, she guided me and helped me with my questions. Unfortunately the staff is not helpful at all. It is impossible to get a hold of someone. They call and only let the phone ring 2-3 times and by the time I am going to answer the call has ended. Then I return the call and no one every answers and cant even leave a voicemail. Some of the staff is friendly but others are rude, especially on the phone. When I was there the nurses and some of the staff, especially the nurse who took my vitals have/had an arrogant face and personality. I noticed some nurses were making ugly faces and heard someone say sarcastically, “I thought no kids were allowed here” when I had called previously and said it was ok to bring him as I had no one to help me take care of him. I am doubting in coming back here again because good attention is never given and its impossible to be seen. I felt comfortable by the doctors attention but the staff is terrible at keeping up with you and being respectful.

First, Ill say my doctor (Dr. Gutierrez) is fantastic. She is a great listener, answers my questions, and I feel like Im an active participant in my own care and not just a bystander doing what Im told. She is great and I truly appreciate her!The office staff, however, is terrible. They sound annoyed when I call (if they even answer), and I have never been transferred and hung up on so many times by a doctors office in my life. There is no way to leave a message for a medical assistant or office employee because their voice mail box has not been set up yet (and hasnt been since I became a patient almost a year ago). If you manage to leave a message with an actual person, you can expect to have to call back several times later on because they will not return your call.I tolerate the utter incompetence and apathy of the staff at Her Health because of my doctor- she is wonderful.Dr. Gutierrez: five stars, big time. Office staff: zero stars.

De larrazalera is great, but her staff never answers the phone, we live 20 minutes away from the office and just for one question we need to go to the office because they never answer. One time we asked the front person why they never answer the phones and she said because they receive way to many calls, but while I was there she was talking to her coworkers and laughing and the phone rang about 5 times and she didn’t pick up, plus I called twice while I was there and she didn’t answer. I didn’t get her name but she’s a big chubby girl with glasses.

Dr. Suarez is amazing! Her staff on the other hand... they never answer the phones and when they do I either get attitude or hung up on. I once spent about 10 minutes calling and finally got through to someone who had attitude and proceeded to tell me to hold and ended hanging up on me. No call back, no nothing and I had given her all my info and when I called the appointment line and I finally got someone I reported it and she said “that’s why you gotta get their name”. umm excuse me?! Your staff shouldn’t treat your patients this way to begin with! I once was asking the medical assistant a question as she seated me in a room to wait for dr and she just ignored me and closed the door mid question.. I don’t get how rude some of these ladies can be! I tried to stick it out because Dr. Suarez is so nice, buts it’s not worth the hassle and energy to deal with her staff.

It took them about 30 minutes to call my name and perform my annual check up, once it was done they told me to wait for Dr. Suarez for a quick talk… it took an hour for her to come talk with me for less than 3 minutes, and that’s because I had to ask the personnel. They called me for results of my Pap smear but haven’t received any other results that they performed. And… I have a bill of $81 because they billed some procedures/tests that I didn’t know of as medicine and not preventive medicine, so they were not covered by the insurance!I don’t recommend this place, they’re very sloppy.

If your appointment is at a certain time, leave your house half an hour after the scheduled time because you’re never going to be seen at the time you’re scheduled. Expect to wait over half an hour every single time. Front desk is no help at all. Their website says they open at 8am but if you call at 8 you get told to call back in half an hour because their phone lines don’t open up yet. So I don’t know why they have the 8 am open times on their website. Everyone at the clinic seems to hate their job and I’m definitely going to change obgyn.

Ive needed a refill on a prescription for months now, NO ONE answers and finally on friday someone answered, a guy very rude trying to get the conversation over as soon as possible, whatever he told me to call on monday so I did! I call and a women answers and tells me to call at another time because shes in lunch and hungs up on me, leaves me talking alone and I wasnt even being rude I was nice, but what is that and who does that ? This is supposed to be a professional place, but has terrible people working here, I called her again and she answered and straight up hung up on me again, do I have to go all the way over there for my prescription and to speak with a manager ????

Great service and friendly staff. Dr. Larrazaleta is very nice. Shes funny too. She makes you feel at ease. Only thing is I thought you all closed at 1 on Fridays ? I called right now at 12:20 and a lady answered the phone and told me no one was there anymore and that they close the office at 12 on Fridays. Hmmm I dont think thats true. Ive been there. They close at 1 not 12 on Fridays. Guess that lady was just too lazy to transfer my call. Ill call Monday morning and mention it to the Dr and staff there just to be sure. Other than that, great service.

Dr. Guttierez has been an absolute angel for my husband and i. She’s made every visit feel so comforting and reassuring. Both locations are great but it’s hard to get the front desk to answer the phones, my 5 stars are for Laura Gutierrez. I’ll never switch OBGYN’s 🤍

Dr. Gutiérrez is great, but the staff is terrible. Starting with the fact that they don’t answer the phone. I’m a current patient and the lady who schedules the appointments always wants to schedule my appointment months away as if I’m a new patient. One time I said that was crazy as in how I had to wait a month to see the dr and she replied rudely “no it’s not ma’am there’s a lot of patients” anyways I don’t recommend this place at all because the staff is u professional and not respectful to the patients as they should be.

The Doctors and NPs are lovely people that being said the staff is horrible. I have NEVER been able to get ahold of anyone on the phone. I never got the medication I was prescribed so am continuing to live in pain. I literally had to go to the Dr. Office just to cancel my appointment as I have no intention on EVER going back.

I would have to agree with many of the ladies on this review. I was seen by Dr. Suarez, she was great. I really liked her very informative and friendly. But now Im having issues getting a hold of the office staff for my results. Everytime I call I get no answer from any of the ext. they have. The one time they did answer I got half of my results and the rest of my results I was told I would get a call back. This call took place on a Monday its Thursday now and I still havent heard back from them. So I called again dialed every ext. no answer on any of them. At this point Im even considering going to the office just so I can get the results. This is ridiculous.

It’s unfortunate because Laura is the best gynecologist I have ever had, but the staff is terrible! The phone number is attached to both locations and yet no one can ever answer the phone! Plus the voicemail isn’t setup so you can’t let them know to call you back. Clearly I’m not the only one having this issue. Something needs to be changed.

The staff is very rude and unprofessional. It is very hard to get a hold of anybody at this office as they rarely answer and no one, not even medical assistants have their voicemail set up. I was told by insurance that I needed a pre-authorization on a medication, and that the office should have known that before sending me to fill the prescription. I was informed by office that they were working on my pre-authorization. However, I waited for weeks and no one called me. When I finally was able to get a hold of someone she was very rude and unprofessional. I was informed that the pre-authorization was denied twice. However, when I called my insurance the person I spoke to told me this was incorrect. He informed me that it was only denied once and that the office should have known a pre-authorization would be needed for this medication. He informed me the person that filled out the form left many questions unanswered and that was the reason it was denied. I had to wait for the longest time for them to submit the second authorization. I even tried working with the vendor of the medication, and they also struggled to get a hold of anyone and that no one would ever return their calls when they were able to finally leave a message with a staff member. Since this office was filling out pre-authorization forms, I was informed by another doctor that it should be the responsibility of the office to request those records on my behalf and that the person filling out these forms should have not requested that I obtain them. Apparently, this person wasnt doing their job properly, and I had to be the one continually contacting my insurance to get this matter resolved.

The doctors are amazing, but the staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. They take forever to answer the phone and when they finally do they sound bothered or annoyed. I will never be going back, because every time i hope a change has been made they continue to prove me wrong. I hope this business gets it together for the doctors sake, because their work is getting overshadowed by the mediocre staff.

Doctors are amazing I LOVE THEM ALL!!! Staff on the other hand are rude don’t charge you correctly and give attitude. I can never get ahold of anyone and no one calls back when you leave messages.

Called to make an appointment and the lady who answered was either having a bad day or hates her job. The face of any business is the front office. Please obtain friendlier staff who actually want to be helpful when calling your office. This is really frustrating because there’s no need to be rude and act as if you don’t want to help a new patient calling to schedule an appointment.

First time going over there the staff was very nice and sweet to me. I got Dr. Gutierrez and she was so nice and was helping me through my exam made me feel so comfortable and was helping me in the stuff that I needed to know. I definitely recommend this place !!!

Dr Gutiérrez was simply amazing! I got my tubes removed and I was able to go back to work 2 days later (with restrictions of course). I had very little pain. I stayed on my heating pad as much as possible. My incisions were small and have done minimal scarring. Great personality too!

I’d give 0 stars if it’d let me. This office literally never answers the phone. If you’re looking for a responsive obgyn, this place is not it. Take your business and women’s health elsewhere!

A referral was sent to this office 3 months ago, they never called me to schedule an appointment, and I tried to call every day for weeks at different times and they never answer the phone.

Try never answer the phone, and when they do, They’re very bad at listening to what you need. You can tell they don’t pay attention cause you constantly repeat yourself and they still don’t get it right. A simple request to your insurance takes over a week.

I will have to agree with previous reviews the Doctors are amazing but it is hard to receive a follow up with test results. I went for lab work and check up October 2020 and have yet to hear back on my results. I have some inconsistencies that came back in my blood work and do not know what some mean. I guess its a good thing I know some nurses.. Very unhappy.

Wish I could give 0 stars. I have initially scheduled a appointment for September as she said all doctors are super booked. I have called 20 times starting from 8 am and there is no answer at either extension. Absolutely ridiculous you all cannot answer the phone to answer any questions. HORRIBLE SERVICE, do not waste your time.

Front desk ladies are rude and also why do yall never answer the phone? I had an HSG appointment and when I get to el paso diagnostic pa they said they never got my blood test results and I couldnt move forward with the HSG. El Paso diagnostic and myself called you several times during your opening hours and you never answered. I had to miss my appointment and reschedule because of the this. Even going back home I called you all and you still didnt answer. This is completely UNACCEPTABLE.

Great OB. Staff is very nice and welcoming. Place is clean. Only complaint Ive had (and my fiance when he came with) was the front desk receptionist. She never says good morning or hi how are you. I have noticed that she only does this to women who appear to be full on Hispanic or Mexican. I am 100% Hispanic but look white and this immaturity shouldnt be tolerated or allowed.

I always had a good experience with Dr. L then I got pregnant. I got pregnant & was told everything was fine by Dr. L. I went in to review my anatomy scan & was told my baby wasnt going to make it. She ran tests on my placenta & the baby & she told me everything came back fine. I started seeing new drs cause I had a weird feeling. My new dr told me my placenta was NOT fine, it wasn’t providing the necessary nutrients for the baby to grow. I was also told my baby’s condition was potentially caused by a partial molar pregnancy. (Dr. L did not tell me this either, despite it being on my records shown by my new dr) I showed the dr my ultrasounds from when I was pregnant & she told my sons condition was detectible at 16 weeks. And there should’ve been no need to wait to find out at 20 weeks. Please be careful when seeing her.

Couldn’t even make an appointment because no one could tell me whether or not they accepted my insurance. Called early this morning, told I would get a call back, never did. Called 3 more time and was transferred around and eventually hung up on. Worst service I’ve ever experienced.

All three Doctoras are amazing. Dra Suarez helped me through my rough infertility life. I am blessed to say that I got pregnant, she cared for me and my baby during my pregnancy. My delivery was beyond the best day of my life, Dra Suarez was great and delivered my healthy baby girl on November 04, 2016.(so grateful to have her there on that day) I continue to see her for my GYN and will definetly see her for my next pregnancy. Lastly I love the staff!!!!!

Do NOT go with Dr. Robert Asgharian. Went for a check up and he only did the paps mear. Did not test for stds or anything else. Asked to get my full exam. He told me he wouldnt test me for HIV because it was very rare in El Paso anyway so it was pointless. ARE YOH SERIOUS?!!! for the STDs exams they just told me to go to another clinic. Not even the anemia test the nurse told me I would have to go to another Dr. We are paying insurance and then get this type of people attending us. Very unprofessional. They will answer phone an fake as they cant hear you. When you get mad and scream to them then they suddenly can hear you and will give very bad attitude. This clinic shouldnt even be open. Cant believe so many women go here and get wrong information and not get tested for anything. This is exactly how HIV and STDs spread by not testing people and telling them they dont need to get tested. Never again.

I love my doctor but its outrageous that the staff behaves the way they do. All these reviews say the same thing yet it seems nothing is being done to correct the issue. Wish someone would answer the damn phones.

First time today with Dr. Larrazaleta and i can honestly say i loved her !!! Im so glad i found her ! Super nice and friendly and sits down with you and answers all your questions ! Literally the best ! I went to the west side location and the wait was super short. Highly Recommend! Makes you feel so comfortable

All of the doctors are so attentive and caring. I was in the best of hands! I highly recommend Her Health OBGYN!

Staff is friendly but however when you call it is hard to get what you need as far as if sick they dont call back they didn’t send in my prescriptions discussed in my appointment last week the lab tech poked me twice an not once did a drop of blood draw she blamed me said I was dehydrated or nervous an had me go elsewhere to get my labs which the lady there had no problems drawing blood appointments they listen to ur concerns an needs the ultrasounds are great but that’s pretty much it I myself found myself in the Er for every little thing bc my Ob would not call me back I started contacting early an need the shot to stop premature labor an they didn’t fill out the correct form needed so I can have it three weeks went by till I finally had enough an switched Obs to doc del santos an I’m 17 weeks far an have yet to get a prescription for prenatals or iron

No one answers the Phone , no matter the department you choose or how many times you try. Not recommended if you are looking for Professionalism

Called at 8:02 and the emergency line answered to tell me to wait and give them 15mins to settle in.... Lol I couldnt believe it. I could just imagine how late they would be to show up to a delivery, as they settle in.

Good doctors but their waiting times are ridiculous

Dont even bother trying to call because they NEVER answer their phone. Thats actually pretty scary for all the pregnant women.

I have been with dr Suarez numerous of times had my 4 children with her shes an excellent doctor and I love the staff they are always polite answer my question and the facility is very clean always I give it a 5+ definitely recommended her health obgyn 🙂

Getting a call back or calling for an appointment is hard. No one answers or calls back. Love my doctor but wish her staff was better at calling back or just simply answering the phone.

After calling all last week and all morning this morning, someone finally answered just to tell me they’re no longer accepting the insurance I have if on their site they’re still accepting it!

Wow, just called about 20 times over the last 40 minutes, dialed operator and appointment line with no answer, surprised? Nope... You guys are still open right? It’s 11am on a Tuesday......

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Larrazaleta for almost 10 years. She’s amazing.

Unprofessional staff too busy chatting amongst themselves to give you the attention. West side location. Several staff members walking around without masks. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

The receptionist i got was the actual worse, don’t come here if you actually care about your well being

Found out there was no fetal heartbeat doctor never called for the next step it’s been a week and it’s impossible to get a hold of anyone no answer whatsoever ever

New patient with Dr. Larrazaleta and I absolutely loved her. Makes you feel very comfortable while doing her work.

Dr. Larrazaleta is a fantastic doctor I really like her shes so nice and funny she really does have a sense of humor 😎

Doctor is great but staff doesn’t know how to answer a phone.

Love them all their really nice with you and they explain everything they make you feel comfortable and they take good care of you and your baby..

Dr Gutiérrez was extremely nice, felt confortable during my whole pregnancy

Both good doctors and the clinic is very clean and staff is professional...I had no problems...I highly recommend this place...
