From the time I called to make the appointment to the time I actually met with the doctor, customer service was outstanding. Everyone along the way was courteous and helpful and friendly. The doctor Listened and explained thoroughly what to expect throughout the process. I was very happy with the overall services provided, and I will continue to.use this provider.

Dr Herrera and I met in the ER at Providence’s hospital. I was lucky to have him. He was so awesome and treated me great! He answered all my questions. He did surgery and checked several times on me. I went to his office a few days later. The office is busy but the staff was so great. Very helpful and friendly. They were professional and friendly. So if you are looking for a smart urologist who you can trust and talk to please call the office. The staff will work with you on any issues or concerns. I am very grateful to everyone that was able to take care of my issue. Thank you again for all your help and support!

Wow! I have never experienced such friendly, quick, professional processing as a new patient before! It’s unheard of to be in-and-out of a specialist’s office in one hour. Nothing was skipped, and Dr. Bagg’s bedside manner is cool, calm and trustworthy. From the smile I received as I stepped in to reception, to registration, to the techs, and the exam & treatment. I am very impressed. I even told the clerk as i was leaving “You should be voted The Best of the Best.”

From the reception person who was very rude this was the worst patient experience I’ve ever had.Dr. Bagg is very knowledgeable and knows what treatment or tests to schedule.The rest of the staff needs to learn why they are there, take care of the patient. This seems to be lost on them. A little common courtesy and kindness goes a long way towards helping the patients feel comfortable.The person that schedules the procedures committed to contact me when my next test was set for and of course he never has, after 5 days.

I usually see a Dr. in the Las Cruces office and had, had 2 kidney surgeries and needed another. My Dr. had to go on maternity leave and recommend Dr Herrera to do my 3rd surgery. She talked to both of us and we were in agreement.On our way to the office in El Paso, we got stuck in traffic for 11/2hrs. Obviously I was not going to make my appointment time. I called the office and they told me to come on in anyway. I was shocked but greatful because we had to drive 3 hrs to get there.I was prepared to wait for awhile, but they got me right in.Dr Herrera was very nice and explained how this surgery was going to be done. Very detailed and explained in plain English. Made sure I was comfortable and had no questions before letting me leave.I am so thankful for my Drs referral to this office and doctor.

My urologist is Dr. Herrera, the man is amazing!I recommend him to all my family and friends. He is knowledgeable, approachable and intellectually stimulating. I cant accurately describe just how phenomenal this guy is.

I was in and out of there in 10 minutes!!! I waited longer for my ubers than to get mt CT scan. And they saw me as soon as I got there before my appointment. Very nice staff also.

Great customer service.Of course it’s an office so it’s not a quick and go thing.Plenty of parking.Plenty of sitting places in waiting area.Easy to find.Decent restrooms. Need attention.

I very much liked the staff at both Rio Grande Urology locations. They were friendly and professional at all times. Dr. Mendel took the time to explain my diagnosis and treatment to me. I liked the fact that while I was receiving treatment, I met with the doctor weekly. The technicians were outstandingand Mark and Olga are phenomenal!

Dr. Herrera first treated me At Transmountain Providence….. he was extremely caring and knowledgeable. He wasn’t on my insurance and proceeded to help me find a urologist who was. Problems ensued, but his office staff was incredible. Special thanks to Valerie in scheduling, who was so supportive and helpful…was never able to find a Dr that was as concerned about my condition, or office staff that were willing to go above and beyond. So, even with the cost, I stayed with Rio Grande Urology. Best decision I made for my health. Highly recommend RGU….thank you to all! You are greatly appreciated!

First time there. It was a little bit to be seen. However once the doctor came in, he was pleasant and very thorough. I appreciate a dr that actually listens and then decides what course of action to take. Thank you!!!Had another visit today 22 of Aug. These doctors are very thorough. Dr Olivares had me get a CT of upper body and included digestive track. Within 1 week results were given and diagnosed. What a great bedside manner too. Will recommend them as well as return if needed!!! ❤️

From the time the appointment was made all good. To call to remind me about the appointment ,that was nice. To call me a day before To ask me if I could come at an earlier time ..no problem I said. I came to the appointment a half hour before the appointment and they were ready in 5 minutes..from the reception to the Dr. In and out in less than 30 minutes. All 10 s to all.

Dr Taber is very caring and smart. He runs a tight ship. Appointments are handled smoothly and efficiently. No long waits. All of his staff is also kind, caring and efficient.

Excellent care starting with the front desk receptionists, the medical assistants and of course Dr. Christopher Olivares DO. Dr. Olivares is very attentive and professional. He has excellent bed side manner. He explained my son and I everything in detail. I would highly recommend him. Kuddos to everyone that took care of my sons health problem.

Hello,My hubby and I have been coming to RGU East, since 2017, when he was first diagnosed w/ prostate cancer, the staff has always been great to us, very friendly, even when they have staff changes, still very friendly.I went in there today for a Ct scan, very efficient and quick, didn’t even have to wait to long to be seen, great service!

Went in for a CT scan and the front desk staff was very nice. The CT tech was excellent. Professional and friendly. Explained the process, which helped my nerves. Very good with a needle,…painless 😎. Thanks

Dr. Taber is an excellent surgeon. He successfully removed my prostate after diagnosis of cancer in 2018. The surgery was a complete success and I have been cancer free since thanks to his exceptional skills as verified annually.

Dr Rosenberg is a very caring urologist. I have been under her care for the past 2 years. She listens good and explains options and procedures thoroughly!

I checked in, as at any other dr. office. I was called for my vitals within 15 minutes, and was checked by my doctor within 30 minutes of checking in. The whole process was fast and comfortable.

I am extremely satisfied with the treatment Ive received and currently receiving from Dr. Chris Olivares and Carlos Calvillo. Both of them are very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and attentive.

My appointment is at 1150.IArrived 20 minutes early. And seen right away. The service was great. And professional by all staff.

Great service, very professional employees and a doctor with a good sense of humor. He ensured I was away of everything going on at all times and even included my wife.

Staff is great and very friendly. Dr. Taber takes the time to listen and evaluates you carefully. Then applies wellness care for you based, on individual evaluations prognosis.

Dr. Eisenberg is very thorough. In evaluating a patient she explores all possibilities, and listens to patients symptoms, concerns, and needs. Thanks to her ordering several radiological exams, I found out that I have a potentially serious condition I wasnt even aware of! ( And it is not even of the urinary tract!) Now, I have discussed this with my primary care doctor, and have been referred to a specialist... Without Dr. Eisenberg, I would not been aware of this until it became problematic - now I can get treatment. I had some concerns about invasive procedures, I have anxiety... But since nothing especially concerning was discovered regarding my kidneys or bladder through ultrasound and CT, Dr. Eisenberg ordered follow up appointments and watchful waiting - I am happy with that!

Great staff. Friendly. I love my doctor Sphere! The coolest doctor out there! Makes you feel comfortable. He’s so laid back, always makes me smile and laugh!! Highly recommend!! No nicer doctor out there!!

My procedure was done quickly. All the staff were very friendly. The rooms were very clean.

I’ve been going to RGU for a few years. The office staff always greets you with a warm smile and quickly get you checked in and ready for your appointment with the doctor. The office is conveniently located on the West or East sides of the city which makes it very easy for me to get to my appointment. My doctor is 100% excellent, compassionate and has a sense of humor. I put my trust in RGU 100%.

Everyone was so kind and polite that I even scheduled my ultrasound there. 100% recommended

The scheduling and billing department here absolutely ruins the practice.I had surgery scheduled two months in advance, I received texts in the days preceding my surgery, I called the morning of to confirm and review the preparation I went through to make sure I didn’t miss anything.When I showed up, they said “it looks like we need to reschedule, the Dr. is out of town.”I thin if you do end up seeing a doctor here, you will get good care. But there is no way to tell if you’re going to be seen, as you can confirm your appointment by text, you can confirm by phone the same day, and show up without anyone to see you.Incredibly difficult to deal with the way you’re treated by this business.

Had a CT Scan done. The CT technician, Annette was very informative about the procedure and very caring about my wellbeing.

Get there early for your appointments and then you can get seen and be out the door before your appointment time. Staff always friendly and kind. Great place to be cared for!! Again early arrival and was in my car one minute before my appointment time of 9:45 am

Website says walk-ins and same day appointments are available which is not true. I was referred due to a painful kidney stone I could not pass. Earliest available appointment was one week. I could not wait in pain that long so I found a place that could see me the next day.

The pediatric urologist, Dr. Alfonso Latiff and the staff, were all wonderful! Dr. Latiff, explained and educated us on everything. It was a 15-20 minute wait from when we signed in to the time we got to see the doctor. All staff is very pleasant and professional.

Having seen him on several appointments I feel eager and “qualified” to write an accurate review from my personal experience and what I have seen and heard fromOthers in the waiting room. He is warm and approachable with a really nice personality. From day 1 he has identified and diagnosed my medical condition and managed my care perfectly. He tells me in laymen terms what afflictions I have and how they should be treated. He explains what procedures should be done, lab tests, and then goes over all tests with me explaining what they mean. He gives me his full attention and more then enough time to answer my questions fully. He is a really, really nice person and there is no doubt he cares and is empathetic. The doctors & staff at RGU are amazing! Dr. Jeffrey Spier and Dr. Lauren Eisenberg are not only knowledgeable professionals, but genuine caring individuals. Paloma Becker ACNP is also a valuable asset to RGU. She exhibits the same caring as Drs. Spier & Eisenberg. She also takes the time to thoroughly answer all my questions- I never feel rushed. I wish I knew the names of all the nurses, technicians & staff who assisted me. I have always been taken care of in a timely & helpful manner. Being in poor health is never fun, but I know I’ll soon be on the road to recovery with this great team!

Had an appointment at 1:45, got there 15 minutes before my CT Scan appointment. Wasn’t called in till after I got up to see how much longer, been waiting an hour already. For them to tell me they had a procedure that took a little long with a person who had an appointment after mine. But of course be careful who you complain to because once called in, all eyes are on you. Didn’t have the common courtesy to either asked if I would mind waiting or reschedule. After the 10 minute procedure, I was able to speak with a manager but as I was speaking with him he didn’t even know what to say. Was my time not important? Wasn’t even busy, but the gossip must have been good, especially when I left. Be careful when you complain about the service you receive might make the front page!!!!! Unacceptable. This was the west side office.

Went to new location. No problem with registration. My appt. was for 10:40 a.m. I arrived prior to appt. time and got out after 1 p.m. Saw Dr. Bagg who is absolutely wonderful, honest and to the point. Staff was nice but I would like give positive criticism. They are lacking in people skills. It should not be assumed that patients know who they are. An introduction goes a long way as first impressions are lasting impressions. So when Im called in I follow the aide/RN to the bathroom for a urine sample and told to put it on the counter. A counter where? I step out in the hall and the only counter is where there is a telescope/ computer and other urine bottles so I assume that is where I should leave mine so I did. Now what, do I go back out to the waiting room or what. I head back out that way and see several people seated there so I assume that is where Im suppose to sit and wait to be called to a room. I see a man place his urine sample in a little basket so I get up and ask a young lady behind a desk if that is where I should of placed mine. She says no thats for the nurse practitioner. So I sit and wait. After a long wait I was finally called. Now I had to sit around the corner in another hallway for a room to be available. It only takes a few minutes to introduce yourself and give your title as well as give clear instructions as to where things are and what to do.

There is never a very long wait which is rare for doctors offices in El Paso. Doctors are very attentive and kind. Glad I found this place. Definitely recommend. Dr. Eisenberg is phenomenal.

Dr. Spier was very professional but polite, included me in the whole health plan he outlined for me. I was treated great, he listened closely to my concerns and assured me that questions and concerns where important for him to address. I do dont know what more I could say, thus was the best Dr.s visit I have ever had. I would and will recommend Dr. Spier to everyone I know.

I thought it was very good. Dr. Oliveras is very good and his nurse is awesome. She probably works as hard or harder then anyone there and together they are great. I am glad she is going back to school. Intelligent very hard working and both are dedicated. This visit 4.5 or better.

Dr. Latiff is a 10 star doctor. His ability to interact with my shy 11 year old son was immeasurable. He was able to get him to discuss openly while educating him about his anatomy. His knowledge is shared with the patient and the parents. He makes sure you leave knowing all that you can about your childs condition, as well as the course of action. Straight and to the point. Thank you Dr. Latiff for a very comfortable and educational first visit.He even helped set us up for my husbands vasectomy. Totally unrelated to this visit.I would highly recommend this doctor.

I have been a patient of this facility for over 10 years, in that time I have been treated as a person and not just a cash source. The staff are all genuine and caring as well as making sure that you are heard.

I highly recommend DrTaber very knowledgeable and Kudos to the office staff…My appointment took about 30 minutes which is great time for a Drs visit I’ve been to other Drs that make you wait in the lobby for hours before they call you in to the exam room the they make you wait even more. Location changed, but I wasnt notified. Dr Tabor said to come back in 6 weeks, but scheduler said I couldnt get appointment for over 2 1/2 months. Taber is awesome!!!

Dr Spier is a wonderful doctor. He saved my husbands life 11 years ago. Everytime we see him he always takes time to answer questions and concerns. He remembers you, even in public. We love this man!! Antonia as well, shes a sweetheart.

Dr. Spier is very caring and personable. Talks to you with empathy on concerning issues. When there are good news, he tells you that first then goes on to any concerning issues to stay on top of it.Do what he says for you to do and you will be ahead of any issue...Listen and Carry out any tasks for you to do!

Dr. Taber has been my urologist for several years. I had prostate cancer and he did the surgery for it. I have been cancer free ever since. Additionally the staff is good.

All the staff from front desk to medical assistant are very professional and really care for patients needs. Dr. Spier is an excellent physician, very professional and explains your condition in detail, you feel very comfortable talking to him. . Doctors like him are hard to find.

Receptionist was extremely friendly as well as all the medical assistants. Dr. Bagg gives you plenty of time and listens intently!

I had an unfortunate event happen where I needed to see a urologist right away. Made a quick call to Rio Grande Urology and was able to be seen the very next day. Smooth check in process and was attended to promptly and all nurses and staff were very nice and helpful. Dr. Chris Olivares was excellent in diagnosing my problem and arranged for a ultra sound and check up. Overall great experience and exceptional staff!

The environment was very positive starting at the beginning when I entered the office- we were greeted with a welcoming hello and smile. I also observed how careful and beautiful an elderly couple was treated on their way out. We didnt wait long before having to check vitals, and seeing Belen Terrazas. The consult was very courteous, as she took the proper amount of time to examine, answer my concerns, and come up with a plan. Overall, I am delighted with the staff and Belen. 🤩🤩

On both occasions the receptionist and staff have been very courteous, friendly, and professional. I was seen in a timely manner ; didn’t have to be waiting forever. Dr Eisenburg is great and very thorough as is her ACNP, Paloma Becker! They both take their time to explain details to you and don’t rush you out the door !

The doctor was nice and very informative. However, the other staff at this location suck. They are cold, unfriendly and standoffish. Was a strange experience honestly, will choose a different provider.

We love Dr.Latiff and his staff! They actually care about their patients & take as much time as necessary to make sure all your questions are answered. Some may complain about the long wait times but I would wait longer if I had to. I know that while we’re waiting he’s taking great care of someone else & giving them the same great care as he gives us. I wish all Dr.’s were more like him & that their staff was even half as friendly as his.

Office personnel were very receptive and professional. Wait time was minimal. COVID screening they had in place appeared well thought out. Appointment with Dr. Spier went very well. Great service...area way too small. when u can hear the person next to u breathing, TOO close. need to disinfect room after previous patient. noticed this not being done
