I could have given you 5 stars but no because am disappointed . I could not get my covid test results on Saturday reason being I was late. The telephone number given was useless as no one answers. I wasted money and almost missed my connecting flight in Germany. We are in 2022 why would it be too hard to provide an internet portal where one can check and download results? Come on, I am a health worker and you have one for client facilities that I use all the time at work. However workers were friendly and welcoming at the time of testing .

I have been calling for the past 3 days to get my covid test results. They have two phone numbers but dont answere either of them. And when they do finally answere all you hear is fax machine noises, and then you get hung up on regardless. Terrible service 0 stars

This place is unsanitary. No privacy for blood draws. No cleaning between patients. Plus! It took over a week to get results and only because I called several times to bug them

Thank you Isabel and Jessica, u guys are the best. Ive had issues in the past with blood work, through patients and perseverance they where able to pull blood. Thank u guys.

Great customer service. No long wait times. Its rare to find a place where you dont have to wait so much to just get a simple blood test.

They are very professional and very nice employees. Very welcoming and know how to make you feel comfortable. They take their time to making sure they do the job correctly.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and took care of me without a wait. My results were in the next day. I will always go to QMED for my lab tests.

Personnel always nice and professional. Lab tech makes blood work pretty much painless. Reasonable prices for self pay.

Staff answering the phone was very rude, hung up on me multiple time. When I finally got threw she sounded agitated as if she didn’t want to answer the phone. Will not return to this location!

I can not hear the person answering phone! It doesn’t works after the call. they charge 150 for covid and have no answer after those 6 days that they told me ti wait to know my results.

Not having a website for customers to make a payment would be nice. I really hope I dont have to deal with this again after this is paid off. 😡
