Amazing lactation services! I have been seeing Luz to help my newborn and I during our breastfeeding journey and she has provided so much help AND hope to keep pursuing breastfeeding even amidst the challenges during this first month!I would 100% recommend this program to expecting and new mommas looking for pregnancy/lactation help!

Absolutely love this place! They treated me so wonderfully. Everyone was so helpful during my entire pregnancy and even after my baby was born.My husband and I enjoyed all the classes we took. Our instructors were amazing at what they teach and the information given to us has been exactly what we needed during the pregnancy and postpartum.Would definitely recommend anyone who is pregnant and trying to navigate through all the chaos to go to Guiding Star!

As someone with anxiety and extreme paranoia I’m so glad I found this place. Not only did my councilor Dariana help me see the bright side of pregnancy, she makes me feel so cared about, and heard. The environment in this facility is not like a clinic but a safe and warm cabin. So many free gifts, advice, and classes! Wow. Thank you guiding Star. You all are making my journey enjoyable and stress free ! ❤️

Having found out I was pregnant for the first time, I was very excited and came to Guiding Star for help. They were very attentive and understanding to every thing I had to say as well as any questions I had. Unfortunately, I miscarried a few weeks after going but even then, the women there helped me grieve properly and gave me a feeling of comfort and knowing that I wasnt alone helped me immensely. I recommend this place for first time or even fifth time moms, everyone there is always ready to help.

I was at the hospital and needed to rest. Martha Rico wanted me to sign the adoption paperwork. I was trying to sleep, when i got a clothes donation she kept the bag & gave me one of the old bags of clothes that dont fit. I would be grateful if they could understand my pain. It would show me self-love again. It was chaos,Martha Rico. The way of talking to me was pushing things by threatening me... saying I couldnt be a mother to my son look at me. Look at how you look. Meaning I am fat n diabetic. Martha also tries to make me look horrible by going back and telling the adoption parents things, and i wasnt signing the paperwork. All I can say is that words can hurt. I just stay determined in the negative. I still went forward with the adoption. I believe my blessing was for me. I cant go back here now. I am afraid of the, attitude, and behavior issues. I hope that if I do adoption or need care, I go to better care. I also stayed in Lilly Pad without heater. It caused me a lung infection and stomach infection. Eventually, I got my apartment getting better every day. I just stay positive. My apartment was funded by another agency, meaning not them. They dont have everything they promise. They spent money on furniture, and not the mothers or groceries was tough to ask for. I eventually was driving myself. I dont want to get put down and shame by elders its not my thing. I like peaceful old people. My needs were put last. This place is full of piety mind games. Its childish, conveying, manipulated by greedy, lies, jealousy, and envy. God bless the souls who pass by here and never leave the spirits who linger because their business is unfinished. Its all in the vibes. Some people just dont have any. Good spirits ✨️

Guiding star is amazing, been seeing them since 12 weeks & I’m currently 29 weeks. They offer a lot of resources for first time mom, with them, I was able to do pregnancy classes, get a doula and do birthing classes. Along with that, you get diapers and wipes for free. Also their technology is amazing for seeing baby in 3D/4D and they offer Hello baby packages which is definitely worth it!Very friendly and nice staff!

Guiding star is a great place. Every staff member here is absolutely amazing and has been very supportive throughout my journey here with them. A comfortable safe place, with no judgement involved. I recommend this place to anyone that is pregnant and would like a counselor to talk to or any other type of support you may need throughout your pregnancy.

I’m so blessed to be able to come here to see my little one and they are so full of love and positivity! I even love all the pregnancy classes and more can’t wait to have more classes and ultrasounds here. They really are a blessing! -Lexii

I absolutely love coming here they are so helpful. All the staff here is amazing!! They have been giving the best guidance throughout my pregnancy!

Sadly they will EMBARRASS you with the most disrespectful comments and letting everyone know you’re pregnant without consulting you first. It’s horrible what they did to me- if you want the free diapers and do not want to be posted on social media with your face in it, that’s not an option (even if you tell them to not post you). They will share information about you in front of the entire clinic, with no sort of HIPPA protocol. I am a first time mother and having a miscarriage last year and having to deal with my private information being thrown out for everyone in the office to hear is completely unacceptable and humiliating. As I call to ask what they were thinking, I was gaslighted by the director of operations. She is telling me that it is a public place which makes it okay- not cool. But I guess thank you for making my pregnancy an open conversation for all of El Paso to see. I guess I don’t need to make an announcement anymore, thank you for taking that away from me! ❤️ and by the way, this picture is not just the back of my head lol

Amazing Experience with me and my Partner, were both Military and they fully supported and outdid our expectations when it comes to ultrasounds,classes & etc. 10/10 Recommend to anybody not only Military.

Just came in for a doula consultation and all the staff greeted me in such a friendly manner! Being that this is my first pregnancy, I was so amazed at how many resources this place has to offer and can’t wait to work with them through my trimesters!

The councilor was very nice she was very helpful in giving me tips and info on the classes they provide. I would recommend coming here to know more about pregnancy and the baby.

It was my first time here and my husband and I had the best experience! I felt so comfortable and was content to see my first baby in the ultrasound. Everyone there is sweet, they answered every question we had.

First time coming here with my wife. Everyone was very helpful and attentive to our questions and concerns concerning our first pregnancy.

Brought my son and his gf here and everyone was so nice and respectful except for the lady at the front desk she was rude. I would’ve given 5 stars if it wasn’t for her being rude. I don’t know how she still even has a job smh. Other that lady I had a very great experience !

The staff here are absolutely incredible and very welcoming. I loved it. As a woman experiencing a first time pregnancy, this place was beautiful and comforting. No judgement. No rushing. And no stress. I also did my Ultrasound here and the woman who performed it was VERY informative and gentle - I was so happy and emotional with this overall experience I would recommend it to anyone who needs help and guidance with their pregnancy. At the end, they gave me a gift basket filled with cute and resourceful goodies and walked me out, congratulating me as I left. This place is perfect. 🤍

Guiding star ⭐️ HeyI can’t thank enough for helping me out . I’m currently without insurance and I went in for a ultra sound. my experience here was a 100% satisfaction .! They went above and beyond the staff there made me feel so welcomed and loved. They gave me so much information and also sent me home with my own ultra sound pictures and gift basket for my baby. I signed up for classes also for free. They also offer counseling whenever you made need. The best part was how easy and comforting all the employees made me feel the moment I called for questions till the moment I left the office. I would recommend all the mommy’s To check out this place you won’t regret it ❤️🤰🏻.

I had so much anxiety going to this appointment, and all the staff and nurses made me feel so comfortable. They offered so many programs and services that can be so much help for the community. Left with sonogram pictures and a bag full of little essentials that I may need. Highly recommended, Thank you so much!

I took a class [Healthy Cycle Healthy You] with Jane She is really knowledgeable cant wait for the next class i have with her. Also curbside pick is so easy and fast the ladys are great there. They really do help you out. You guys rock!!! 🌟

I really enjoyed the experience, I have never been greeted amazingly. I was shocked and was suprised with smacks,greeting a GIFT BOX,and to see my tiny little baby. I also got lots of information here than I ever have about the baby.

Glad to know women and mums have a place to turn to when in need. I spoke to a lady who works here when I took my daughter to the pediatrician. Even mentioned a man cave for Fathers. I will definitely recommend this place. And will be going to some parenting classes

Im so fortunate to have found this place! Not only are they extremely informative, they are so welcoming and comforting. My experience here was one of the best Ive ever had. The services they offer and at no cost. You really cant find a better place locally.

Pathetic, they dont even know which days there open.Call the front desk...The useless lady sent out class sign up forms just for the day of the class say its canceled lol(they didnt even call to tell me I had to call to ask)Only go there if you have no other option.Just like a lot of non profit organizations only go if you have 0 other options

I went 12/5/19 and I was positive pregnant had the most beautiful experience everyone so nice and helpful but lost my baby in a car accident, now I am going again to see if I m pregnant which I know I am cuz I did it at home. Same person but not sure to tell him our relationship is different

It is a place that supports all mothers and their babies. They have helped me a lot, giving me the necessary information, supporting and guiding the steps of each stage of my pregnancy. People highly specialized in each area. And they motivate me to move forward with the strength necessary to be a great mom. In addition, they give away diapers and if you are low-income they even provide things you need for your baby.

Im going to be a mother for the second time. I thought I was just coming to have an ultrasound. But I left super happy. Because not only was I able to see my baby ♥️ they also gave me a lot of information!! ️ I recommend it to 💯 it is the best place I have ever been to!!

THEY REFUSED TO HELP ME WHEN I EXPLAINED TO THEM THAT I HAD JUST 2 days since I found out that I am pregnant and they want to send me somewhere else VERY UNPROFESSIONAL they just give ultrasounds to those who want I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT
