Q Med Laboratory

We had our office covid-19 tested there, 5 positive results, which we followed up and re tested with different labs. All 5 with negative results. I dont think they are paying careful attention to what they are doing, they also reported an employee as a Female when he is MALE. Who in the world is running that place?/// Truly frightening results and terrible experience, not professional at all but very quick to bill the ins. I put one star only because i had to in order to post but they deserve No stars

Girl seems like she hates her job. Was there at 1:30 she said she would give me a call in an hour and its now 4:00. And the only reason I got my results is because I had to call her. Seriously terrible customer service in a place where you really need a friendly face

I went to Qmed for a pregnancy test. The lady who was going to remove my blood seemed upset when I told her my other arm was better to use. She popped a blood vessel and now my arm is extremly bruised. Hurt for 2 days as well.

Lady at the front desk was rude to me and other people there. She had a look in her face like she didnt want to be there.

Whoever answers the phone should practice professional phone etiquette.
