I had surgery performed by dr Orr. 4 months later I called her office, letting them know that I was right back where I started before the surgery, wanting to see the dr. soon, next day her assistant called me and said that I would be seen in 4 months, never went back, and on surgery day, I was in the waiting room for hours and hours,

Dr. Orr is very thorough and answers every question. She has a wonder bedside manner and makes it very easy to reach out to her and her staff with questions. Did not wait long to be seen but she takes her time with you as a patient. I felt very comfortable talking to her and I am so happy I found her.

I just love Dr. Orr and rest of the people that work with her at both Transmountain Rd and the office down town on Mesa. She’s so great with her patients, like someone said “she has terrific bedside manners. She’s easy to talk to, you can ask her anything and she’s happy to answer you plus make you feel comfortable. The rest of the office are also very kind and understanding with all the patients. Thanks Dr Orr for all you do for us

We’ll what can I say about Dr. Orr that has already been said.Dr. Orr was referred to me by my family doctor, she is a WONDERFUL and PATIENT person. She is very thorough and cares for her patients. She takes her time and doesn’t not rush, which was very important to me. Dr.Orr is nothing but the best. She also has a staff that cares and is concerned about you. Thank you Dr. Orr and staff!!!!

Dr Orr is the best, she has the best bedside manners, great listener, very kind and attentive to her patient’s needs. She is a very talented Dr. Her staff is also awesome. She is easy to reach out and always available to answer questions which is very reassuring.

Dr Orr is special. She treats her patients and her staff like a sister. The staff is so nice because the doc is nice (And thus the vibe in that office is a good one) The human touch for Dr Orr comes naturally. Love her.

I had a good experience yesterday seeing Dr Orr. There was very little wait time. Then I got prepped for my procedure by a knowledgeable and friendly assistant. Dr Orr is very personable (what one may call has good bedside manners). She works efficiently and was gentle with me. She was concerned for my comfort as well. Overall a very good experience with Dr Orr. I highly recommend her.

Dr.Orr is so good at what she does. It’s always a pleasure to visit her office. Her good vibes always lite up the place. I had a hysterectomy and sling procedure in June 23, 2020. I was a bit uneasy, since I did not know what to expect. She took the time to explain and make me feel comfortable about the process. All went well! I would definitely recommend Dr. Orr. Dr. Orr took over Dr Lacy’s practice. I was disappointed Dr. Lacy retired. After my appointment today, I am so happy with Dr. Orr. She really took the time to listen, explore my concerns and help me get better. Professional, awesome bedside manner, intelligent, competent and kind.The office staff was awesome! Office is clean, I waited maybe 5 minutes before being called in. Dr Orr took her time. I love that I can check in online. Everything was smooth and no issues.

Dr. Orr and her staff were very kind and considerate, since I am a disabled individual (Post Polio Survivor). She answered all of my questions. She is an exceptional doctor, in that she makes the effort to address her patients needs.

My second visit with this awesome doc. Shes nice, kind, non judgmental and definitely knows her job. She cares and doesnt force anything on you. Always listen to you, discuss your options and whats best for you and nothing is rushed. She makes you feel very comfortable 😌

Dr. Orr has been amazing through every visit and procedure, including going above and beyond in hiding my scars as best she can. Ive never even heard of a doctor caring that much! She is compassionate, truly cares about patients, knowledgeable, professional, understanding, and wonderful bedside manner. She strikes the perfect balance between seeing her patients in a timely manner and not making you feel rushed. She takes her time to listen to your concerns, explains everything, and also supports your decisions for your body and treatment plan. She is also open to alternative medicine, when applicable. Ive always felt well taken care of in her care. If I were staying in the area, she would be my Gyn for life!

Dr. ORR is a highly skilled professional in her subject matter. She had very great listening skills and typed everything in the computer. She performed appropriate physical examinations and requested imaging to gain comprehensive knowledge about my problem. She is very detailed oriented and very organized. Thank you .

Dr. Orr saw my Mom, today. Mom is 93 & has Dementia. Doctor was very kind & gentle in examing Mom! I was extremely impressed that she assisted Mom in getting dressed, not the MA! She was very thorough, down to earth & seemed very genuine in explaining things that she wanted to convey to me. I highly recommend her to any woman seeking her type of care & expertise!.

The office is well organized. Waiting time was less than 10 minutes. Dr. Orr took her time with me. She was not in a rush with my examination. Dr. Orr explained everything in terms that I could understand. She also made me feel confortable and showed she truly cares about her patients.

Dr Orr has been such a blessing! She’s been very understanding and informative since day one. We are doing a treatment that so far has been very successful! Highly recommend !

I love Dr. Orr. I just had my first visit with her. Her staff was polite, friendly and helpful. I had to bring my baby with me to an annual exam because my babysitter fell through at the last moment. Dr. Orr offered to watch her for me while I changed. I honestly thought that she was going to hand the baby off to someone else but when I exited the exam room I saw the doctor herself playing with my baby so I had a moment to myself to get dressed. The doctor was kind, thorough, understanding and knowledgeable. I did not wait very long for an appointment and I didn’t feel rushed during my appointment time. I switched to Dr. Orr after frequent last minute cancellations by my last obgyn office and because she was recommended by a friend and current patient, who also went to her based on a recommendation. I do not regret my decision. I had a wonderful first experience with this doctor and her staff (Texas Tech Transmountain location).

I had a wonderful visit. Dr. Orr was kind and patient. She took her time and made me feel welcome and she answered all my questions. Her staff was also professional and sweet.

Ive seen Dr Orr twice now. She is most pleasant and helpful. When there is a problem she takes care of it immediately and never acts like you are bothering her. I was recommended to her by my urologist. And while I still like him. Im so glad he sent me to her. I will stay with her. Her staff are pleasant and efficient as well. I will be seeing her again at the end of this month, and am not anxious about it as I would be normally. She has a way of reassuring and relaxing a patient. I feel extremely comfortable with her and her staff.

The staff was patient & friendly. My ankle is hurt. I’m using a cane. No one acted as if I needed to move faster. Dr. Orr explained everything & gave me print outs so I could read them at home to better understand my issues. I’m am very pleased with the whole experience.

Dr Orr is an excellent doctor. She explained things well and answered my questions. Very knowledgeable. She did not rush. She was not pushy either when talking about possible surgery.

Dr . Orr truly lives to be a good doctor. I had my first visit with her yesterday and it was amazing! Usually when I go to the obgyn I feel awkward or unwelcomed but not at her office. The front office staff is rude. It’s suppose to snow tomorrow so I proactively called to ask what the options will be if the roads are bad. They said if I’d like to reschedule I won’t be seen until May!I’ve already waited four months for this appointment but because of something beyond my control, I’d have to wait four more months.I asked if I could request a virtual appointment instead since I really needed this appointment. They said no. The only option is in person regardless of how bad the weather is tomorrow. The worst part was the tone the front desk took—completely indifferent and unwilling to help.

I was very satisfied with the service. I had trouble filling out the paperwork through via the app. I, more or less, knew the years I had some procedures done, but the app would not let me state it. I had to give month and day, which I was not able to do.

I go to the Transmountain location. Was seen at my scheduled time, no crazy waiting like other Dr’s offices. Dr Orr is attentive and answered all my questions. Great doctor.

Very clean office. Jennifer is personable, knowledgable, thorough, and attentive to your needs. The only downside is that the wait time was an hour, but that isnt as bad as most medical places around here.

Worst practice ever. They never answer the phones and then you arrive for an appointment and wait almost an hour before they call you and another 25 minutes before you see the doctor! I finally left after waiting over a month for an appointment. Never go here. It’s all about over booking and money. Worst customer service ever.
