Julie is amazing and does a wonderful job, communicative and extremely personable, she gets 5 stars. However, Dr. Hale is a different story. I asked Julie to find out if there was anything to reverse the Botox I had received at the end of December, because I have an autoimmune disorder and my body was rejecting it and I had been having symptoms shortly after.I didnt blame them, as I mentioned Julie is great, it was my decision to get the Botox I just simply wanted to know if there was a solution. Julie called me in to see Dr. Hale and I explained the effects I was having and she was combative, rude, and unhelpful. I only went thinking there was a solution to my problem and not for a lecture or to act as if I didnt have the symptoms (I have bloodwork to confirm an allergic reaction).

I love Dr Hale and Julie! They take their time to listen to ALL your concerns without rushing you out like other doctors. Theyre an awesome team. They are professional and caring. I recommend Dr Hale and Julie, head Nurse, highly!! ALL my experiences have been positive! Thank you!!

I’m giving them a 3 because I originally came for Botox. Julie was fabulous and personable. She knew I worked in the health care field and was taking time off to get things done. She made it worth my time. Based off of that relationship, I decided to see Dr. Hale. The wait times are horrible. I had lab results that couldn’t be told to me over the phone but my wait time just to hear lab results was an hour plus. I made my appointment for 8 am thinking it would be faster. Dr. Hale didn’t come into the office until 8:35. I was in the first exam room just needing lab results and didn’t see her until 9:15. I will never come here again.

InVogue Rejuvenation is wonderful. Ive received a variety of services and have been very pleased with the results. Dr. Hale, Julie and the staff are the best. Thank you so much for the excellent care!

Recently started going to InVogue, and the experience has been great. Receptionist is always friendly, Julie does amazing facials. Very knowledgeable and professional. Prices are worth the experience!

Dr Hale has been my doctor for 21 year. Great, caring, physician. Building is beautiful. The practice offers a variety of services for your health, body and beauty.

Im giving them a 2 star because Dr.Hales assistant is super rude. Always making rude comments and shes not even the expert there. Always sounds so sarcastic as if she didnt like her job. Rude little girl

I absolutely loved this place everyone was amazingly kind I had no complaints... Until they replaced the front staff now no one answers the phone unless your looking for a medical assistant. Wait times are ridiculous 10+ minutes on the phone every time.
