I was at the dental clinic last year, the staff was nice. BUT the dentist told me I had 15 cavities and needed at least 4 appointments to fix it! I do take care of my teeth and couldnt believe it. Seriously, I didnt trust them. After that I went to get a 2nd opinion of another dentist. He said I had 5 minor cavities which he took care of within 20minutes. It was worth the money!!
Very pleased with the care I got from Jennifer Romero. I was in there in yesterday for an appointment showed up early because I was in area and they got me right in . The staff and everyone was so warm and welcoming..
I called today, so I made an appointment for my daughter, and when I asked the person what his name was, he hung on up on me. I called again, and he was rude and told me his name was Carmen! Very rude, whoever answers the phone!
I wanted to cancel my dental appointment by being polite to let them know in advance due to transportation problems at 9:30 AM. I was told to keep calling and cant leave a message because the mail box is full. I will not be calling again because I know for the fact that one the mail box should not be full for weeks on end and two the receptionist should be answering the phone. I was a receptionist at one point in my life and know that mailbox should at least be looked at everyday so Im very sad and disappointed at how this place is running.
I give a 5 Star rating to the doctors and the dental assistant staff in the back. They are very friendly, kind, and attentive. I’ve always been treated excellent and very happy with the dental work. The staff at the reception desk not so great service. Lacking basic customer skills. Overall, the clinic is very clean and they still follow COVID-19 protocols. They seem to stay booked months in advance so prepare to wait to get an appointment and/or get rescheduled. It’s definitely worth the wait for the price and the excellent dental work.
Extremely long wait just to get seen even when you made an appointment expect to get seen 2 hours after the appointed time. Highly dont recommend scheduling an appointment anywhere near 12-2pm they all take a 1 hour lunch break at 1 so the place pretty much closes. They have a consistent problem with their computers going down so they can even confirm you made an appointment. You are better off going to another clinic that respects appointments times and your personal time . Unless you like waiting 2-3 hours to get seen
My visit was in the medical office not dental.Very dissatisfied with the care Maria Salcido assisted me with.There also was a black out the day of my visit for about 30 minutes.I was still accepted in the dark!!This nurse practices are very unprofessionalI do not recommend her at all!!!She was very hostile!!!!!!no compassion !!!!Mrs Maria Salcido definitely needs more practice and patience towards patients.She got out of hand asking me what I want her to do??? Smh I went for help and I was just so confused 😕 wouldnt she know what to do? She also gets upset if you call her doctor she let that be known she is not a doctor...shes a practioner!! thank you for letting me know.She talked over me did not let me speak would not let me even express my concern..I felt she like she has some serious anxiety issues or shes just RUDE!!She showed alot of animosity towards me.I felt discriminated and humiliated!!She called manager I was confused all I wanted was maybe updated refferals blood work? I dont know!!At the end of visit I broke down in tears the way she treated me was uncalled for especially infront of my children!!!!!Manager was very kind and helped me out a lot..thanks to her!!They definitely need more people with good training and better hospitality.
Absolutely loved this place. Got 4 of my 5 shots required by immigration only for $20 instead of $450 at Walgreens, definitely a great choice!
Absolutley ridiculous! Ive waited over 5 months to get an appointment. I have tried calling, Ive gone in person for emergency walk-ins 6 different times to fix my cracked tooth. Mind you I have to miss work in order to get there and be in line first at 6:30 am. Staff said come tomorrow we will have 2 Dentist available to do work show up first in line I wait over 40 minutes, for the place to open and then I wait inside patiently for 30 minutes , to be spoken to rudely and condescending. They told me my project vida card was wrong and incorrect. Thats what they issued me at the main building. Very rude lady working the window needs to be fired.
I use to love this place before they got almost a whole new staff. The receptionists are rude, Carla is nice thats the only person I would say is nice. Soluidad is a sweetheart, but I hear staff members talking and laughing about patients and they take forever to see the patients for their scheduled appointment. I didnt have a car for about a month due to a car accident, so I had family drive me to my scheduled appointment. They told me my appointment was cancelled even though I was never given a voicemail or call telling me that. Then the nurse that was supposed to see me Chelsea didnt even see me because I was still scheduled even though they told me I wasnt. I took off of work because I needed to plan my whole day according to this appointment, since I had no car and was getting a ride. Then they tell me the nurse wont see me because the ER said I havent signed my ER papers, but I did the very next day after my ER visit. They told me they would give me a confirmation number at project vida and never gave it to me and I stayed at the doctors for 2 hours for the nurse to not see me since she was with a patient even though she was scheduled to see me at my scheduled appointment and then I was told I would get my referral papers and never received them. At this clinic they say theyre going to do something and never do it or take forever to do so. They wasted my time, my familys time and wasted my day , I lost money that day and they didnt even say sorry or see me. I thought I liked this place, not anymore.
I found the management to be very rude, arrogant, outspoken, and uncaring to their patients. Very unprofessional, and so disrespectful. The receptionists need to learn how to answer phones, not only do they need to answer they also need to return calls from messages that were left. I found myself driving to the office several times to make appointments.The service past the front desk is exceptional. You are not treated like just a patient you are treated like a person with respect, care and compassion. They are all very professional. That would include everyone from assistants , to the Dentist Himself.
Ive always had a difficult time trying to call the Maxwell clinic, primarily the medical side. Honestly I recommend just walking in. Youll speak to someone a lot faster and wont be in such a bad mood after letting the phone ring and ring for 5 minutes at a time multiple times until someone FINALLY answers you, and directs you to the wrong person.Once inside though the medical staff is nice enough and genuinely care about the patients. The people manning the phones are the only reason Im rating the clinic so poorly.
I dont know whats wrong with this people they keep on rescheduled over and over.I think it become personal because they dont like the bad reviews, I could hear the lady at the front desk telling another lady is him like they already have the name of the patient they dont like,thats very immature and unprofessional. So if anybody from the dentist staff see this review and you dont like bad reviews Start acting MATURE AND PROFESSIONAL is not your clinic you just work there 🙄 And if someone from this corporation see this pay ATTENTION to the staff at this Dental Clinic specially the Manager and the fat lady at front desk. The front desk is difficult. But if you get passed them youll find everyone to be helpful. Just remember that they are a low-cost clinic so I wouldnt setup an appointment if I had a flu. They are booked frequently, so that will effect the wait time. And you will have to wait more often than not. But every clinic has that issue. Overall I feel at ease with everyone there, and I see that they do care.
Pediatric DepartmentI had to change my review because the Dr. & receptionist made up for the lack of welcoming when we first arrived. Dr. Mohamed I just really fell in love with him. He didnt try to cross or fast talk us....he took his time with my children and me making sure we understood everything that was going on. He examined them and wasnt afraid to touch them. He was just everything that a doctor should be about❤Update: As far as Im concerned the professionalism of Dr. Rodriquez lacks in the medical field. Im disappointed in the service that I received as a disabled retired citizen.
So I was scheduled an appointment with this dentist a couple of days ago to check up on my wisdom teeth. After my evaluation, I was sent with my doctor named Dr. Pathagunti after he finished checking out my teeth and told me about why my wisdom teeth could be hurting. I felt uncomfortable by him because he randomly asked my age after my session and trying to make small talk even though it wasnt necessary at all. He caused me to have a lot of anxiety because of his weird demeanor. He kept staring at me very intensely after the session and he made it very awkward. This is like why I dont feel comfortable with male doctors because they would do fishy stuff like this. He tried talking to me after the session when I left the office and it made me uncomfortable as well. I dont feel like its right to have someone like that in the professional field because I felt like he was trying to hit on me but thats not why I went to the dentist office. This man looked like he was in his early to mid 30s and Im still 19. While getting my teeth checked even after I said my teeth didnt hurt he still continued to touch my teeth even though I said to him they didnt hurt. Also his mask wasnt on properly which is a health hazard to those that could be a risk for corona. He came off extremely inappropriate and unprofessional and should be removed.
The wait times are too long even if you have an appointment. Clean clinic, however customer services is bad, I signed in and the receptionist never called me to take my info, after an hour of waiting I approached the receptionist and she acted confused and blamed the other receptionist and finally gave me some papers to fill out. They called me in and the dentist was nice said my teeth looked good the xrays went well and then told me to make another appointment to get an evaluation to determine what type of cleaning I needed, regular or deep!!! The that after the evaluation to schedule the cleaning appointment, this clinic is in the North East, I live on the westside way to far for me to be going back and forth...Then they refused to do the cleaning that was covered under my prenatal El Paso First Plan, saying I needed the evaluation from the hygienist first and if he determined I needed a deeper cleaning I needed to pay more for a deep cleaning. I placed a complaint and now they said Dr. Estrada advised me of a periodontal disease!!! What???!!!Never did she even mention that to me, even said I didnt have any cavities when she checked me!!! I am very upset, stay away from this place, not worth it, just take your money and go across the border for affordable and great dental care!!!

I went to Project vida for an emergency dental appointment on June 24, 2020. I was seen my Dr Pathajunti He was not wearing his mask properly exposing his nose during a pandemic. How do you go to dental school, but have no idea how to put a mask on?!?! Afterwards my daughter comes out to let me know that she felt uncomfortable by this doctor because he was inquiring about things that were unnecessary for her dental appointment as if he was hitting on her. He was not professional at all. He came out when we were getting ready to leave to stare at my daughter yet again. This is why I feel uncomfortable with the idea of her being under sedation because of things like this. You should not have to feel uncomfortable when you go to a dental office. He needs to learn to be professional or lose his licensing. I doubt this company will even read this to try and correct the situation. But if you are a woman and you feel in any way uncomfortable don’t hesitate to ask for someone else to help you.
This place is the worst and their operators and staff as well! I called about 5 times and each operator kept transferring me to a different clinic. I asked about the TB shot to make sure it was available, after speaking to the operator she said yes. When I get to the northeast clinic after driving from Horizon city I fill in my paper work until the receptionist lets me know that she forgot they don’t do the TB shot on fridays only MONDAYS AND TUESDAYS! To even make this visit any worse they don’t even acknowledge you when you come in and even though there’s 2 of them sitting right in front of the windows they will make you sign in and tell you you have to wait until they call you so they can keep talking within themselves.
Place is terrible. They don’t acknowledge you when you walk in and sign in. The girls are sitting there stuck to the computer screen cant even look up to tell you to sit down. The doctors are great. Its just the front office staff thats garbage.
I had a emergency with a broken tooth. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Awesome Dr. He was able to get my bad tooth out the same day. Im already feeling better. Very reasonable and affordable. I highly recommend this clinic.
Called all day Thursday trying to make an appointment, no one would answer. Called today and someone finally answered, ASKED FOR ALL MY INFORMATION before letting me know the appointment operators were at lunch and he would deliver the message to them when they get back. Never got a call back so I took it upon myself to call and guess what, NO ANSWER AGAIN.
This place sucks I went to get a wisdom tooth pulled and the dentist failed at pulling It. she pulled it half way out then realized she couldnt pull It at all. So she pushed It back In and told me I would be ok and sent me on my way. this was monday sept.11 by wednesday the 13 my face was super swollen and my pain level was 100 It was bad. then she calls me to ask how I was doing to I told her she then prescribed me penicillin vk 500mg when by that time It was to late. friday sept.15 I went to UMC hospital and I ended up have oral surgery to remove the infected tooth. The dentist tore a part of the roof of my mouth and broke a bone on my gum line where my teeth sit. So the surgeon at UMC had to stitch the roof of my mouth and the whole where my tooth was.I cant explain to u the pain and the bad experience I had at project I will not return ever to get dental work It Isnt worth it. And I will talk to the right people and make sure this doesnt happen to other people.
They never answer the phone. I change mi daughter to another. The practice nurse was rude and new to everything...to make things short my daughter end in the hospital tks to them.
Some of the girls who answer the phone, dont have phone etiquette, hoping management will fix that, if not whats the point of a review...One of them didnt greet me, i asked her for email to send info, even that was wrongThe dentist office they are nice.
For days I was in so much pain!.. the dentist here was so comforting and he sang while he was working!… it did help ease my nerves and anxiety about getting my tooth pulled.. he talked to me about my options and didn’t rush through my procedure… thank you Dr. Sudimack you were great!… And also thank you to his assistant Eddie that helped you were just as great!….
Really, Really helpful 2nd time going there.Didnt really have alot of money, they had me register and gave me an AMAZING discount that was right at my budget for a wisdom Tooth extraction. I had no appointment.They told me to come back @1as a walk in. Saw me at 115.. gave me an exam and prescription. Everyone who needs dental work Needs to come here. I will ....if I need it again.lol
Dr.Sudimack and hygenist Joe were great... I had such a great experience they made me feel so comfortable and gave me a lot of useful information for caring for my dental health... Would definitely recommend and look forward to coming back for more services.
Great dentist and excellent service at this place. Had about 16 or more extractions done. No pain for me anyway on extractions. Great job, thank you Dentists.
I like the establishment itself, but the staff could use improvement. Messing up appointments and not wanting to treat every patient is unacceptable. Waste of time.

Today I visited this clinic,got the flu and stomach virus,that aggravated my asthma problems,and I just need it asthma prescription medication,and the front desk clerk was rude,if you are new patient comback until June,which is no point to come back when people are rude,what of people for them deserve medical treatment,or is the way they treat immigrants,by the way I am an U.S citizen,
They have always been nice to me and they do good work.

Unfortunately at the Reception there is a lady called Lesly. It is the first time that I have been outraged by a person so lacking in education and courtesy for clients. Sandra Ramirez manager also with a bad attitude, finally helped me.
