Everyone here was great but this review is for Dr. Ramirez. Shes so kind and has great bedside manner. She also gets things done, shell make sure your referrals get sent and you get seen in a timely manner. She was also the first doctor (having been to 3 others recently) to ask me how I feel and if Im doing okay. The second time I saw her she remembered everything we had talked about previously and got upset on my behalf when the specialist hadnt set an appointment yet. That level of care is rare to find anywhere else.

My father had an appointment & they refuse to give care to my father & got him escorted out by EPPD! Treating him like a criminal! He’s an elderly diabetic, high colesterol, high blood pressure patient! It’s not like he’s endangering anyone there! They could have called & let him know to not even come to the appointment because they don’t want to provide care for him anymore. But not make a full scene & endanger my dad’s health. Now I have to drive a 9hr drive since my dad ended up in the ER for this scene.

If I could give a worst review I would. Worse experience ever..we went cause my son needed his meds because they had not seen my son since they lost their drs. So they sent us here for an emergency appt. Nurse practioner would not listen to us and talk to us in a very condensending way..They made my son uncomfortable by asking him personal information that didnt even have to do with the reason we were there. They dont care about their clients..they tried undermining my sons feelings when the nurse practioner made him feel uncomfortable..asked to speak to the supervisor, practioner discussed with the supervisor in the hall violating hippa, and thenthey both walked in and the supervisor didnt help didnt even ask what happened just made few suggestions with an attitude, turned down a legal notarized power of attorney violating hippa again and pretty much kicked us out..So not only were they unprofessional but neglected the main reason we were there because he still didnt get his meds...In fact his meds not once were brought up which was the reason we were there..ruuuun away from this place as far as you can they will make your case worse.

Saw all the bad reviews but I had a great experience with them. This was like last week when I was seen. They do ask weird questions but life has changed so much. But they take care of the community and everyone involved and there life style no discrimination. You could be you. Keep doing a great job.

My family has been coming here for forever. The clinic is busy, waiting room crowded and the buildings old but the care we receive is amazing. Ms Ayala and Ms Peralta are AMAZING and always take there time. NO front desk is nice. Don’t go there demanding drugs and disability. I work in healthcare and people come with disability paperwork’s for allergies. These people are doing good work and trying their hardest. They take care of everyone and don’t kick people to the curb when they loose they insurance

I’d give zero stars honestly I had a physiatrist named haque danish he was not knowledgeable, he finished our initial phone call in 3 min or less he just prescribed medication couldn’t describe what he was putting it or answer any questions. Would not recommend him. Should not be a physiatrist.

Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced! Although the doctors are great thr front desk is horrible. They never answer the phone, they cancel appointments without notification, and constantly hang up on the rare occasion they do answer. It takes about a week if constant back and forth just to schedule a future appointment. The ladys at the front desk are constantly rude and yell at you when you ask questions.

I worked there and it’s a very unprofessional environment, managers have an open door policy which mean one can state there concerns about the other staff members however they aren’t suppose to tell the other staff what is discussed, yet they go and tell them everything which only causes a toxic environment to work in. Manager parties and goes out drinking with staff so then shows favoritism towards those that only go out with them on the weekend. They are always hiring because no one ever wants to stay because some of the employees that have been there the longest are rude, unprofessional, and aren’t easy to approach when you are a new employee with exception of maybe 1 or two employees but the rest are horrible. Employees do not last in this place because of the toxic environment. Beware new graduates!!! I really hope this goes all the way up the chain of command because they need to do something about the way this work environment is handled.

My pcp is Dr Luis Rodriguez and I have been trying to contact the office located at Montana Vista on Greg St. I have attempted to get transfered to the receptionist there but for some reason I get an answering service which takes my information down and promises to have someone call me from that office. When I get the call back I get the run around they tell me to hold since they will transfer me to that office only to be thrown back into the que and start the from 0 again. I press one which the machine prompts you to do so it can give you the options for the 4 or 5 clinics only to have another operator answer and tell you to wait for a call back . This is ridiculous. If this continues I will take my a## somewhere else and start with a clinic which really cares for their patients without so much hassle

They like to cancel on you 2 hours before your schedule appointment.. It happened to our family twice. I had to use my PTO to get out of work to take my kids . THorrible experience will be looking for a other clinic..

I have been dealing with a billing issue for a few months, and every time I go in they tell me something different. I have called my insurance and the laboratory and they told me it was a mistake on the clinics part (something to do with billing codes) Not having their phones working for over a few months makes it hard to communicate, especially when their lunch schedule is never at the same time.

Their phone NEVER WORKS, its disconnected, and you have to jump through hoops to get in contact and schedule an appointment or request a lab order, receptionist doesnt even know her job and gives false information, me and my pregnant girlfriend are currently working to build a lawsuit against them for theyre lack of care and misinformation. If I could give no stars I WOULD!

They never answer their phone. I asked them to fax something over and they took forever that my specialist cancelled my appointment. It was an emergency appointment and I waited a freaking month for it.Now that I’m calling yet again they don’t answer. I always see them on the phone but yet they never answer!?

Considering I didn’t have an appointment I was still seen which I totally appreciated. Dr. Is awesome and very understanding, but this is the second time my prescription we’re not sent to the pharmacy I requested!

Very thankful for all the things Maria Corral has done for me and my family during this hard times, Great service by her part kept on making us calls and really worked for our case. Once again Thank You Maria Corral for all your hard work.

I went there for the first time today and I was on schedule, very friendly staff at the registration desk, my appointment was at 3 and was out by 3:40, the PA Jessica Ramirez was exelent, very professional and answer all my questions.Keep the great job you do there, thanks

Well I was so nervous w but when I got here it was nothing but a good experience everyone helped with paper work, dr, nurse, and staff were very nice and professional.

Is project still open??? Im off the grid and 100miles away i cant afford to drive in just to make appointment or see of there still. They sure drop the ball. I havent heard Covid19 will make you unable to answer the phone.

I made an appointment in the beginning of January w Jessica R. (PA). . They rescheduled me 5 times because everytime she has an emergency. What bothers me is that they never called me to cancel beforehand, not until Im lready at the clinic.I feel bad for the seniors when they have to use the bus and they are not notified that its cancelled.

I definitely DON’T recommend this clinic, very unprofessional when they tell you to go back a certain Day and it turns out to be closed not for a few days but weeks without even a call to inform you, paid for shots that I will definitely not be getting results from. Don’t waist your money.

Called the clinic, voicemail no answer. Left voicemail after voicemail after voicemail no returned calls. Called the case managers given to me after my daughters first appointment, voicemails still no call back. I’ve called over 10xs left 10 voicemails, still no returned call.

The staff is very rude and unprofessional, from the receptionist to the doctors. Ive had family members have the same experience and we are really disappointed considering we are low-income families with little to no insurance.

Very mean employees..a man in the homeless prevention giving his opinion about ur promblem then saying there is no funding..all I know is ur director will get a phone call .. thanks ..I hope u never need help

Had a hard time getting my prescription bc the provider was not active and when i tried to call them it kept going to voicemail and was full and could never get a hold of anyone or leave a msg.

They never answer the phone or return messages. I went to the location and all she gave was a paper to call and make an appointment.

Front ladies are rude and condescending and really no help at all..

Terrible service since you make a mark, they answer very haughty and pedantic and they cannot give you any information.

If I could give a zero star I would do it yesterday they treated my brother like a separate criminal they called the police to tell him that they will no longer give him service without reason simply because he complained because the doctor made appointments for him and he never went alone for this clinic is the worst

Its already 9:30 and the young man in the laboratory is not talking to anyone, people are desperate and without breakfast

I am looking at all these negative comments and I am very happy to know that apart from me there are more people who have been treated badly. I hope they change the staff, especially the Manager, the dark one.

I do not recommend this clinic, the customer service is very rude.Manager is the worst, she should be fired for treating patients poorly

RAQUEL QUINTANILLA is a person who is very humanitarian and gives 100%+ of her heart to her patients, she treats us with great patience, respect, listens to us and gives every second of her time with love and understanding. May God bless her and protect her at all times. If we all had as big a heart as Raquel Quintanilla, the world would be different and more beautiful.

Its fine for a cold, but if you want to see a doctor, they give appointments up to 2 or 3 months away, and thats too early.

My appointment 11:45 is 1:10 and they have not yet appointed me, this change of personnel is not prepared. The Doctor did not attend to me 😔😔😔 I arrived on time

I do not recommend it, the receptionists never give good service.

I would like to know if they accept the UMC discount for dental consultations... Fillings and cleaning?
