Dr. Gilliland is the most genuinely caring doctor I have ever interacted with. He takes the time to get to know his patients on an personal level, and he is very easy to be around. Through each step of our infertility journey, he made sure we knew that he would do everything in his power to help us achieve our goal of parenthood. His memory and attention to detail is excellent, and he seems to think about his patients needs around the clock. In addition, my nurse Barb is incredibly friendly and caring, and the office staff are amazing! My husband and I feel very blessed to be patients of Dr. Gilliland, and we would highly recommend him and the Pleasant Grove office to everyone!
I had a great experience with Dr Gililland in Dr Swelstads office. Everyone I came in contact with was very kind and helpful, from the front office staff to to nurses and doctor. Dr Gililland made me feel like he was invested in me as a patient and gave me confidence in the success of my future treatment. I am looking forward to working with the Reproductive Care Center! My only minor complaint was that I waited for 45 minutes in the waiting room. There was a patient waiting already who went back at the time my appointment was scheduled to start and so I had to wait for the duration of her appointment before I was seen. I travel to the clinic from out of state and I hope appointments can begin on time in the future to give me time to return home in a timely manner.
Dr Moore is a great listener. He makes you feel like he has all the time in the world to help you. He is proactive, smart, knowledgeable, kind, sympathetic and understanding. His staff is very friendly, reliable, respectful and helpful. The wait time is very short. I would reccomend Dr Moore and his office to anyone struggling with infertility!
We have been treated so well at RCC in Pleasant Grove. We worked with both Dr Gilliland and Dr Moore and they have been so great to work with. They spend the time with you to answer all your questions. The nurses and office staff are amazing as well. Weve worked with RCC for over 8 years now (and 3 babies) and are so grateful for the work they do and the compassion they show toward their pts.
A few years ago, I had a consult with a different fertility clinic, (far far away), and had a horrible experience. I waited years to go back to a clinic, and was nervous about this visit. However, both my husband and myself, felt very comfortable talking with Dr. Gililland. He made us feel that he had all the time in the world to talk with us, and because I was at a certain cycle day, he even performed an ultra sound after the consult. So within 2 weeks, our testings were complete.
Dr. Gililland was warm, attentive, and thorough in his assessment of our situation and in explaining our options. His nurse was also very helpful in creating a timeline for our tests and treatments and was very willing to answer any questions. We felt well informed and well cared for.
Not only Dr. G but the entire staff was amazing. I a very grateful for them. I work very similar hours as the office so I would email both Sharilyn and Barb and they would always respond very quickly. Dr. G called me with test results...which does not really happen at other offices. I loved it. He did every ultrasound and was always there for bloodwork. I always felt like a priority for them. My last appointment with them was very sad. We all cried! I love these people so much. They made it possible for a miracle to happen. I am glad they put up with my million questions every time I went in and all of the crying I did as well. Thank you for everything and I wish the best for everyone at RCC.
Reproductive Care Center is wonderful. Dr.Gililland, Nurse Barb and Sharilyn are all so caring and kind. Our experience has been Great and they make you feel like you are not alone during such a difficult time dealing with infertility.
So, Im not sure what is going on in the billing department, but I am sick of calling my insurance to verify my coverage after I get a phone call saying I will need to pay out of pocket. The first time was their fault, the second time was just a mix up concerning my last name, but still, no one wants a call saying they owe $$$$ when their insurance is supposed to cover it.My in office experience was great, I got all my questions answered. Dr. Blaur is good at explaining options and whatnot. So all in all, good Drs but the billing department is questionable. If they say you owe money, call your insurance before paying to make sure that amount is really what you owe!
Dr. Gilliland was very informative and personable. He made us feel comfortable. Also answered all our questions and help us to become more prepared with things we have over looked.
Dr Gililland cares about the outcome for each patient. He is very kind and professional. The nursing and secretary staff at the Pleasant Grove office are outstanding!
Was absolutely wonderful! He was so nice and reassuring that there is hope. I do not usually feel comfortable around doctors but I did with him. We cannot wait to start treatments with him as our Doctor!
I gave two stars because the staff was so nice!! However, we did not receive the help we needed. After limited testing Dr Moore said everything seemed perfectly fine and just started standard fertility medications and treatments; we eagerly jumped on bored assuming it couldnt hurt our chances. Six months and thousands of dollars later we got frustrated and decided to finally go get a second opinion. On the first visit our new doctor at East Bay Fertility in Payson diagnosed me with PCOS, low progesterone, insulin resistance, and low cholesterol, all of which were working against us. He also gave me a HCG trigger to help me to ovulate (something we had been getting from RCC for months) but this time he insisted I come back to get a second ultrasound before starting progesterone to make sure the trigger worked. Three days later we returned and i HADNT ovulated! All those months we had been getting trigger shots at RCC they hadnt been working! I understand this is super uncommon, but it is still something that they should have checked for, especially before doing an IUI which was expensive, or starting progesterone because starting it too early will prevent pregnancy. Anywhooooo, instead of starting progesterone we just kept trying that month no knowing whether or not I would ovulate on my own, and I made diet changes and included some dietary supplements. Three weeks later I got a positive pregnancy test. Yippee!! So in conclusion, loved the staff, super nice, but I would not recommend RCC unless you have like devine revelation telling you to go there.
I am so thankful to have found Dr G. He is very kind and compassionate, and really takes his time going over things with you. The rest of the staff is just as wonderful. I would recommend RCC to any one, my only regret is I wish we had found them sooner!
I felt very comfortable with the doctor and really felt like he listened to my concerns/questions and provided thoughtful responses.
Dr. Gililland took a lot of time to discuss our unique situation and address all of our concerns. His input was greatly appreciated.
They were very professional and willing to answer all of our questions. They were also great to work with our busy schedules in a timely manner.
It was nice to finally have a doctor that listened and was understanding, who really took the time to understand our concerns and struggles.
Had some communication problems, but if they solve that they were very nice.
Absolutely love the care and hospitality!
