Nothing but good to say about all the people that help get a baby in your arms! Every team member we worked with was kind & helpful. It was super convenient to have the St George clinic for the majority of our appointments. We’ve worked with both Dr Peterson & Dr Conway on our infertility journey. They are amazing doctors that I will continually recommend to every couple dealing with the struggle of starting a family.
I’ve had a pretty seamless experience here. The staff was friendly both at the South Ogden & Pleasant Grove locations. This clinic is very organized and on top of communication. They listened to my concerns and worked with me to establish a protocol I was comfortable with. I have been to two other fertility centers out of state and I’ve had the best experience with Utah Fertility Center.
If you’re novice at how fertility clinics work be prepared experience a factory process, get you in and out, not much warmth. This was my experience at UFC Pleasant Grove.Be ready to ask your own questions. You won’t get answers till evening so be ready with ALL questions. If you don’t ask about the process they will assume you know or “it’s too much, we don’t want to overwhelm you.” There are definitely many employees who show compassion such as simply asking if you need juice after blood draws or technicians helping the monitoring process not be so confusing or some coordinators responded better to emailed inquiries .But there were many who see it as a job and make you feel like a number to get you in and out. You get better at knowing what to ask the longer you have to go in but hopefully this helps someone else to speak up sooner than I did.
My husband and I had such an amazing experience here. They went above and beyond to make sure not only I was comfortable but also my husband. From the receptionists, to the nurses, to the doctors everyone showed great professionalism and empathy. We were sincerely blessed with our beautiful little girl with only one IVF cycle. I’d 100% recommend this clinic. Our family is now complete. Thank you so much 🩷
Most comfortable and helpful experience I have had at a doctors office. They were typically prompt about getting us into appointments. Answered chat messages and phone calls in a timely manner. I felt very cared for here in our fertility journey.
The staff at UFC was absolutely amazing to deal with. Incredibly compassionate, supportive, open minded. As someone who has dealt with multiple fertility clinics over the years of our fertility journey, UFC is the only clinic I will recommend to anyone. I’m so incredibly grateful to be able to have found success with their help.
I had a cluster of terrible experiences at UFC. From day one they had zero communication. I always have to call a few times and leave multiple messages to get any response. I was never given any instructions prior to my appointment, then caught off guard during my visit. After my first appointment with them my card was charged and money taken out without my consent or knowledge of the cost. It has been a nightmare dealing with their billing department trying to resolve issues that they created.Their staff has bad bedside manners and are negatively blunt. This is not a place to go to if you are looking to start a family. They are in the business of stealing your money and time. It’s worth it to do the research to find somewhere better.
This place is amazing!!! My husband and I struggled to get pregnant for a year and a half and after a couple months with them I was able to get pregnant!! We loved how thorough and attentive they were to our situation and circumstances. The first month or 2, we got tests done to rule things out and then started ovulation induction medications. At one point after the tests I told my doctor (Dr Dorias) that we were moving to Florida and she said “we are sending you to Florida pregnant”. I found out I was pregnant a week and a half before we moved. I’m 18 weeks now! Trust the process! It’s all so worth it! This place is amazing and they really know their stuff. I would suggest this place to everyone struggling with infertility because they gave us hope and helped us achieve a miracle.
We had a great experience with UFC. Dr Dorais was our doctor and she was fantastic. Our process was pretty straightforward and easy. We were able to conceive via IUI on the first cycle! The staff was always kind and accommodating. Thank you for helping us grow our family.
Forever grateful for UFC and IFC for bringing us our miracle baby with IVF after 7 years of trying🙏🏼 Great experience at the Midvale office. I’ve also been to the St George office in the past and they were great as well. They made the process as simple as possible (which is not easy). We started our IVF journey at in Idaho Falls at IFC and already had been working with our IVF Coordinator for a bit when we had to move to Utah in the middle of all of it. They let me keep my same coordinator even though I was being seen in Midvale. Shout out to Leslie, she is THE BEST!!!! Just beyond grateful and I’ve already referred many people to them. 10 stars ⭐️
I went through the IVF process. It was extremely overwhelming and some things fell through the cracks, but MA Michelle caught the issues immediately and made sure everything happened when it needed to. I couldnt be more grateful for her diligence and attention to detail. Tami from the St. George office was so caring and she and Anne-Marie made me feel so comfortable, even during uncomfortable situations. What they say about no longer having a personal bubble when you go through pregnancy, especially IVF, is so true. 😂
I was a gestational surrogate that worked with UFC and they were awesome to work with!! Our doctor was Dr. Russell A. Foulk and he was amazing!! Embryo transfer went great and a healthy baby boy was born in May 2024. I’m interested in doing another surrogacy journey and will definitely be working with UFC again!! (:
Absolutely LOVE UFC. They were amazing to work with, so organized and on top of everything and made me feel like a priority. So grateful for them and because of them we have our beautiful baby boy!
Utah Fertility Center is amazing. Thanks to them. I now have my beautiful son. All the people their helped me threw so much, and they are all super friendly.
Worst communication I’ve ever experienced. It’s not often I experience this. They say “if you call more than once, we’ll take longer to get back to you.”Childish behavior and unprofessional. You’d think with the amount of money they are asking to do treatment and IVF they’d actually have competent employees.I need to find a way to transfer my embryos to another clinic. Any suggestions?
Lesley & the whole staff have always made the process very easy. Any questions or concerns I have I feel are always heard & I’m seen. I don’t feel like I can’t ask questions. I am in the process of doing my 4 donation & have loved doing it with these employees.
If I could give zero rating I would. Dr Gurtcheff is the worst. She comes across very sweet but you will see her real face once things don’t work out. She will make you feel like you are the problem when she couldn’t figure out what is not working. And their notes. Don’t even get me started on that. Plus they are insensitive, treats you as a number and you will have no interaction with the doc unless you insist your dr to perform your transfer. All they care about is their statistics and will push you out when you are not a success for them. So good luck with this place if you are not a straight case of success. Go to conceptions. Dr Moore is amazing.
My husband and I are so very grateful to Dr. Gurtcheff and the staff at UFC! After a decade of ttc, we were finally blessed with our miracle baby!
I am extremely grateful to Dr. Conway and the staff at UFC.Although it doesn’t look like pregnancy is in the cards for my partner and I, thanks to Dr. Conway and the UFC staff a suspicious mass was found in my ovary at a very early stage. They monitored it closely and were willing to send referral requests to a gynecologic oncologist of my choice. Dr. Conway was willing to order bloodwork that I requested (and was able to recommend other helpful tests) while I was waiting to be seen by the other doctor. This helped tremendously when I had my intake with the oncologist and had test results readily available.Dr. Conway even called me after hours to check in while I was waiting on the other appointment and was understandable about my concern. Even though it is outside of her field of practice, she and one of her colleagues were willing to also have an appointment with me and my mother to answer a few questions while we were in the stressful waiting stage.I am extremely grateful to this clinic for their care and follow up. Thanks to them, I have surgery scheduled in just a couple weeks.Thank you all, so much!
Everyone here is so kind and helpful. I particularly work with Lesley and she is awesome! The clinic is very calm and peaceful.
The staff is friendly and helpful. I was doing the treatments, and I was unsuccessful with getting pregnant during the treatments, so my husband and I decided to take a break due to financial situations. A month after not going to the treatments, I was able to get pregnant. The treatments helped increase the chance of getting pregnant, so they do work. It takes time a patience. If you have good insurance, the cost is pretty affordable as well. I have PCOS, and each treatment showed an increase of my egg quality. Hopefully those who are struggling will become successful. Do not blame yourself or family genetics. I am aware that not everyone can get pregnant, so for those who are struggling, I hope you will eventually have your success. Best of luck.
Everyone here is amazing! Dr Parker and his team have educated and been alongside us through everything making us as comfortable as you can get with infertility. Highly recommend this clinic if you’re looking to start your family!
Great experience with Dr. Gurtcheff. Lab is good. But communication with staff is super rough. You want to get a hold of anybody you will have to wait 24+ hours or keep calling non-stop until you get someone. (I am not talking about insignificant things, more like surgery they have you taking medication for but somehow never scheduled even though you reach out multiple times, or concerning bleeding that goes into their black vortex of voice mail.)
UFC is amazing! They brought us both our boys and Dr. Foulk really advised us well and thought outside the box to help us succeed.
Very bad customer service. they text you 2 weeks before your appointment and you wanting you to pay 250$ to keep you appointment or they will cancel it. they aren’t very nice and was cussing over texts to me. horrible people. never would i go to these people for fertility.
Dr Conway and all the staff from the radiologists to the phlebotomists and nurses are amazing to work with. I write this as I hold my 3 week old baby boy in my arms. A year ago I was undergoing my egg retrieval in preparation for IVF. I got pregnant with my first embryo transfer! None of this would have been possible without Utah Fertility Center. We are beyond grateful and so in love with our sweet baby boy. I can’t recommend them enough. The entire experience was so special.
Dr Foulk has been a wonderful Dr. Megan (coordinator) is absolutely the best as well! I can’t recommend this clinic enough. Always clean, and friendly staff. I always have a million questions and they are answered with care and patience from Megan and for that alone I am a happy patient!
Weve tried to communicate multiple times, but it has been very difficult. We left a voicemail but received no response. We tried again, and no one answered. Its a shame because we chose this place based on a friends positive recommendation, The only time they answered, they were very rude to the point that they didn’t want to assist us, Unfortunately it seems we encountered staff who are not very friendly or willing to assist with customer service.
I had an experience today that helped me know that Utah fertility really cares. I took a medicine the day before which would have prevented my surgery, but they came up with a safe different option so it was able to move forth, I cant believe they did that for me! Its been a long road, but every time I get to talk to Dr Foulk he is so kind and compassionate. I couldnt ask for a better doctor to help me through the difficult process of trying to conceive. He and all the staff went above and beyond to make this surgery happen!
I went to Dr. Foulk because he came recommended by someone I trust. I must have caught him on a bad day because we had completely different experiences. We waited three months to see Dr. Foulk, and then he was very abrasive with me and my husband. He asked us questions and then questioned every answer we gave including questioning when I told him my last period was. I’m not sure if he was looking for different answers than we were giving; we just told the truth. He was honestly rude and eager to get us a treatment plan and get us out of his office. Fertility is such a vulnerable and emotional experience, and he didn’t show hope or compassion to us. He has a way of making you feel stupid. I have several friends with similar experiences with him and the clinic. If you decide to go to this clinic, be prepared to know that you might have to call multiple times in a day to get them to answer, and may not have them answer at all. One day I had an urgent and extremely timely problem to discussed (they had called in the wrong Rx and I needed the right one the shipped to me two days later) and they didn’t return my voicemail for two days. In the meantime I called 7 times within the work day with no answer. I finally emailed and each time I got a response it was a different staff member who didn’t know what was going on. It was frustrating to say the least. The majority of staff won’t be able to answer your basic questions like “what does this prescription do?” They will write the prescription but few of them know what it actually does.Multiple front desk employees seemed annoyed to be there. They had a hard time finding me in their system more than once.If you are lucky enough to have Corrine (I think that was her name) as your ultrasound tech, count your blessings. She was 10/10 amazing. She took the extra three minutes to go over everything that we needed to know. She was hopeful, kind, and informative. If you decide to go to this clinic, be prepared to go to bat for yourself. You will have to be in charge of your own treatment, getting your own information (Google will become your best friend), and fixing problems (even the ones the staff creates). We decided to end treatment at Utah Fertility and moved to a different clinic. So far, we have had an amazing experience. It is a night and day difference.
Gosh where do I even start... I gave birth to my son this month, something I never thought would happen. Dr. Parker and his team were absolutely amazing throughout my fertility journey. I live in Montana and traveled back and fourth to Utah. Dr. Parker and his team made this seem easy. Their communication was upfront and direct, not to mention very compassionate. I am forever thankful for him and his team. I will be using Utah Fertility Center again. :)
Will be forever grateful for their knowledge and expertise! They make the whole process as convenient as possible with everything in office, including labs. Just love this place!!
The Utah Fertility Center is by far been my favorite IVF center. This is my third time coming back to using this facility in the past 5 years. The staff is amazing and I live across the country and if I had any questions or concerns they definitely made me feel confident in my journeys. They do they best job on making dreams come true!!!
I am having a difficult time trusting that this place knows what they are doing based on my experience thus far. It’s also mind boggling that if you’re an established patient you can’t schedule follow up appointments in a decent time frame. Over two months to see the doctor again? That’s insane. We’ll see how this goes but I am skeptical!
We are just getting started in this fertility journey but wow, this team is just the best! I have been incredibly anxious about everything surrounding this experience so far and their team has done all that they can to comfort me in such a short amount of time.I got some news that caught me by surprise earlier this week and as I was leaving I broke into tears. The nurse talking to me asked if she could give me a hug and told me I was in good hands and it just made all the difference. I have called back a couple of times to ask follow up questions and both times I have had nurses go out of their way to reassure me and do their best to comfort me. As someone with anxiety, this has really just made all the difference for me in this process. I feel very taken care of and like Im getting the attentive care that Im looking for.If Im ever unable to get ahold of someone when calling Ive been able to leave a message and have had a nurse call back within the next couple of hours each time. Im so grateful for their attentive staff!
Called a handful of times back in June and July just to set up a consultation. Each time I was told they had high volumes and although I was definitely on the list of people to call back, I just needed to give them 5-7 business days to hear back (but even then wouldnt be able to get something scheduled until October). Its now mid August and I never received a call back from UFC. This clinic is closest to me so I was hoping Id be able to work with them but were obviously not off to a great start so I contacted Conceptions instead. They were more responsive and got me in within a month of my call.
To be honest, I feel really frustrated with this center, if you want to feel appreciate dont go to that place. We went to an appointment with Dr. Conway and that was the only day that we saw her. Recently we went to another fertility center and the Dr sent my wife to do an extra exams and result that if she got pregnant she could probably get a E-topic pregnancy which is really hard and delicate. And we didnt know that. Always trust in the experts. But I can see that they bunch of idiots. And this guys in this center never sent my wife to do any kind of exam. Just pay and we try once and once again. They are really good for charging you $1300 thats it. Conway never call us back to check the possibility to try something. Just one for 15min and thats it. This is the worst experience and I dont recomend you this place at all. If you wanna try something else better and be treated like humans dont go to this place. Really.
Very happy with our results. I had my son in May, something I never thought I would achieve. My nurse was so great, she celebrated with me when I got my positive test. Dr. Parker did not do my retreival, but he knows how to accomplish the end results and get you the baby youve been wanting for so long.We did travel from western idaho and they worked with my local hospital for my bloodwork and ultrasounds while we were being monitored.Looking forward to another transfer when my baby is one. Thank you!
Dr. Parker is great!! He helped us successfully add 2 new little sweeties to our family!! We are so very grateful for him and his careful attention to details and helping us to conceive. He is very good at his profession!! Thanks Dr. Parker!!
I had an amazing experience with Utah Fertility Center. I would highly recommend!
Such great staff! So caring and always happy to help with any concerns. So friendly and fun!
Everyone at the office is kind, respectful, and helpful! Dr. Dorais is the best doctor I’ve ever had.
I have heard amazing things about Utah Fertility Center, but have been super bummed with my own experience. I’ve called multiple times to get an appointment for a new patient consultation, left multiple messages, and had a doctor referral sent over as well. It’s been over a month and I haven’t ever received a phone call back. I expected better communication from such a highly rated clinic.
I started my journey with ufc last July, Dr. Dorais was amazing. After a 3 long painful years of infertility I finally felt like I had hope and a Dr that listened and cared for me. I had my 1st iui in August 2022 that failed, my 2nd Iui was canceled and my 2nd attempt at iui was successful but unfortunately ended in miscarriage. during my miscarriage the team was amazing and I felt so supported. Due to my husbands health we had to hold off on treatment for a few months. In January I had my 3rd iui it was not successful. I had a phone call with Dr. Dorais and we made a plan going forward. In February I went to do my 4th iui and I had cysts and the cycle was canceled. anyone that goes through fertility struggles know you reach a point where you want to give up. so I decided to hold off on treatments and plan a vacation. I did un-monitored medicated cycles in March and April. In May I planned to do my 4th IUI that I had already paid for in February. low and behold I started my period early while on vacation so I figured the cycle was another wash. To my surprise I got spontaneously pregnant after 4 years! The nurses were great to get me, and did betas and I felt like they were happy for me. When I called in June to ask about my 1300 fee that I already paid for, for my February iui that got canceled, I was told that I had a 1300 credit. And that if any fees were left over I would be refunded. Well come to find out they did NOT properly disclose their fees, for my canceled cycle, that they canceled in febuary due to the cyst, i am now being charged 245 per ultrasound and a 300+ physician monitoring fee. After speaking with the billing manager Maren, She told me that due to the cysts, my first appt in February that the ultrasound could be billed to insurance, but I am still on the hook for a physician fee. I came back 4 days later from my first appointment to recheck on the cyst and to see if we could continue the cycle, the cyst was still there and cycle was cancelled, but according to the billing manager although my cycle was canceled by UFC because there were follicles on the 2nd recheck they legally cant bill my insurance. Had this ever been explained or disclosed in their fees I would have never went back for a 2nd recheck. the billing manager did end up waiving the physicians fees. but I still had to pay out pocket for the ultrasound, that she stated that they would waive. And explained to me that they are only charging me for the ultrasound at 245 instead of the cycle fee of 850. THAT THEY CANCELED. Again i stated that i felt like they were punishing me financially by getting pregnant on my own. Had i had my iui in may the 1300 fee i paid in February would have been rolled over, and i wouldnt have known all these nickle and dime charges that i have been fighting since july. Overall they were fantastic while I was going through my trauma. I never once had a billing issue during my time with them during my time as a paying client, but due to the way they made me feel i will never use UFC again. also my doctor never once called or sent me an email to congratulate me, and that was super disappointing.
I will 100% recommend Utah Fertility Center! The staff is great, and Dr. Gurtcheff was phenomenal!
I had a great experience with the team and service provided at Utah Fertility Center. The team at Utah Fertility Center is extremely nice and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone struggling with infertility. Dr. Conway was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. She was also extremely optimistic with us and made us feel comfortable. The nurses were willing to answer all of my questions. They even answered my questions on the weekend. Both facilities are extremely nice and clean. Will definitely go back in the future!
I can’t thank Utah Fertility Center enough! We tried for six years to get pregnant with no luck. We tried other facilities and other treatments and none of them worked. Within a few months of finding Utah Fertility Center we were pregnant. We have them to thank for our sweet baby. Everyone at Utah Fertility Center was kind and attentive through the whole process. They answered all of our questions in a kind understanding tone. When I was in crisis mode they were there to help and never made me feel bad for needing help. I will forever recommend them to people! Thank you Utah Fertility Center for giving us the most precious gift we could ever receive!
Wow, if I could give more than 5 stars I would. Ive been coming to this clinic for the last 3.5 years and have always had a great experience through my numerous procedures. After my successful FET a couple of years ago, I was so sad to be handed off to my OBGYN as I knew I would not be getting the royal treatment from UFC any more. However, this last week has really put them over the top when it came to a sensitive time in my journey. The amount of kindness, sensitivity, and all around love from everyone I had to talk to during a trying time was incredible. I would recommend UFC to anyone who unfortunately needs a little help on their fertility journey!
We have loved working with Utah Fertility Center for the past 2 yrs. They have been understanding & kind with our struggle of having a successful pregnancy. They answered all our questions promptly & made sure we knew about the different options we had. We loved Dr Conway. She made us feel comfortable & was very easy to talk to. You can tell she cares about each of her patients. She went out of her way many times to answer our questions. Thank you for all that you have done!
Dr. Parker is the best. I can’t thank him and the clinic enough for helping us have our two month old boy through IVF. He is the happiest baby and when we are ready we are coming back to him to have another! Loved our experience.
I could not have asked for a better experience during my time as a patient with the Utah Fertility Center. Dr Jason Parker was knowledgeable and patient in answering my questions, and my medical coordinator Sydney Gardner was there for me with all the information about medications and any day to day questions I had. I live in Logan so I went to the Ogden clinic for my bloodwork and ultrasounds. The staff at that location were friendly, supportive, and I never had to wait more than 5 minutes before being seen. This is a legit and professional fertility center that will take care of you!
I would give zero stars if I could. I had a terrible experience with this clinic. I chose to help my sister in law by doing a gestational carrier pregnancy. She was physically unable to carry her baby. I carried her embryo for her out of unconditional love, loyalty, kindness and desire to help my family. This is something I did NOT sign up for independently to help a stranger. I was also not paid because I was doing this to help family. I was treated terribly and was not treated how I should have been in an incredibly difficult journey. On a positive note it did work and I recently gave birth to a beautiful nephew ❤️. These are the specific problems we encountered:1) Patient communication: I was very unhappy with how we were contacted for updates, test results and information. I had zero problem and no issues with my sister-in-law having full access and updates to my health and her pregnancy. I signed a HIPPA form giving her access. But as a patient they should contact myself FIRST for any health results. It made me angry and feel unsettled that they would contact me secondary to her. I discussed this with the clinic and nurse delivering the messages several times but no effort was made to improve this. My sister in law (intended parent) knew how I felt; we came to a compromise on how this could be handled for me to feel better. The changes my sister-in-law gave were still not followed or implemented. I realize she is the intended parent but I’m not a secondary class citizen or a servant. It is my health, my body and my sacrifice. My husband and I both work in health care and this was handled horribly and unethically. Especially after it was brought to their attention that I was NOT okay with this.2) Patient instructions: the clinic needs to update their protocols to run smoother and have all team members and written instructions giving the same and consistent information. I was given multiple different dates and instructions that did not coincide with written vs verbal instructions. I also work three days a week and DO NOT have a flexible schedule. I was told by the clinic prior to the embryo transfer that they could work with and around my work schedule. This was NOT the case and was difficult to manage.3) Payment. Every time my sister-in-law came to the appointments she would review her prior bills and pay any balance in full. One day they gave her a nine month old bill but could not answer any questions about what it was for or her prior bill being paid. They seemed very disorganized.4) injections/medication selection and consultation. It would have been nice to consult me with any of this information prior to starting injections. Everything was handled through my sister-in-law and I was just given the meds. I was not considered or consulted about my medication options at all. My sister in law said she was not told anything other then the price. I have sensitive skin and I am also sensitive to medications. I reacted terribly to the daily injections. I was told by the nurse and my sister-in-law this can happen and I needed to power through. I started with a few small hives that gradually spread. The hives were painful and itchy. I also had bruises the size of softballs around the injection sites. About two weeks prior to finishing the injections I found out they have a hypoallergenic injection available. Because the viscosity of the liquid is thinner a smaller diameter of needle can be used (making the injections more comfortable too). If I had been told my options or consulted at all, I would have gladly paid the difference from the start for a better more hypoallergenic injection.
Military/TRICARE users avoid this place at all costs. They aren’t the most military friendly and you will have issues getting things that are covered under TRICARE billed correctly. The medical staff is great but getting ahold of the office staff is impossible. We have been waiting to be scheduled for a medical surgery for two months following the four months we have been going through other treatments. We have called multiple times requesting a call just to get an update. Calls to the scheduling offices or managers results zero call backs. It’s has also been a constant back and forth with billing following every visit. We have paid out of pocket for procedures and have been told that we would be credited once insurance pays out. We have not received any credits for the procedures that we paid out of pocket for. Two weeks ago we drove nearly 1.5 hrs to ask in person why we weren’t getting calls back. Once again the scheduler was out for the day but the front desk assured us we would be getting a call today. At 5PM the scheduler finally called my wife back. It shouldn’t take us getting in the car and visiting the location to get any sort of customer service. It also shouldn’t be a fight to get the bills itemized so that TRICARE will cover most of the charges.Update 12 July 2023Still no communication from anyone. Today we decided to go with someone else. After nearly 2 months of waiting for just a phone call to schedule we can’t recommend this organization to anyone.
Highly recommend Utah Fertility Clinic. They listened to our needs so well and treated us like we were their only patients which was important to me after our previous experience with a different facility. We are so glad we went to them. Dr. Parker helped us and was always so nice. We love the nurses and blood draw lady. We had success & cant wait to return for future babies.
I have called them 2-3 times (1 call a week) leaving messages and still have not gotten a phone call back to make a consiltation appointment. They also have my husbands results and they have had over a week to send them to a doctors office and they wont. My husbands docs office tried getting them all morning and still couldnt get them to send them. Definitely not the type of place I want to go to anymore if they cant even return phone calls or give other doctors our medical records that need them. I highly recommend contacting a different place.
Dr. Conway and the entire staff were so kind and friendly with me and my husband. Our questions were answered and we left feeling hopeful and excited to begin this new adventure. I haven’t felt that way for a long while! Dr. Conway’s bedside manner was very professional and she really made me feel comfortable. This is a big deal to me. I am looking forward to continue working with her. You can tell the staff at Utah Fertility really care about their patients and want them to have all the success at starting a family. We are truly blessed to be able to work with wonderful people as we navigate through this process.
The Utah Fertility Center has been so amazing! Everyone we worked with is so friendly, and helped us feel comfortable and loved there. Each procedure we had to go through was explained plainly and clearly, and it was easy to put our full confidence in each of the specialists we met.We are very excited to comeback next year and introduce everyone to our beautiful new baby!!
We had a great experience with Utah Fertility Center. All the staff were so kind and accommodating and Dr Gurtcheff made us feel hopeful and well taken care of. The nurses were always very prompt and would have us in and out of appointments very quickly, allowing me to attend appointments on my lunch break. We now have a perfect baby girl!
We love Dr. Conway! She has gone above and beyond to help figure out what treatment was right for us. With 6 years of trying to get pregnant we were finally successful. She never gave up on us or told us that it wasn’t going to work. She was really positive the whole time. The staff there is great and was always super helpful with any of our questions.
I had a saline sonogram done here and it was awful to even get seen, took at least 2 months to be called at all and another month to be seen. When i asked for a different clinic/center that could help me instead as i needed to be seen sooner than that, I was lied to and told that they (UFC) were the ONLY fertility clinic in Utah; when I requested them to fax over my results to my doctor they flat out ignored me, twice, and have made me waste yet another work day and money on a visit to figure out if i need surgery through Utah Fertility or not (you would think that for a place that makes money from fertility issues and its surgeries that they would be interested in getting this done.)Honestly at this point I don’t even trust them with with my trash, never the less surgery, how do you mess this up so bad?? I regret spending a dime and a single second here.
I cannot say enough good about UFC. From the very beginning of our fertility journey I felt welcomed, cared about, and really valued as a patient. Every single staff member from the front desk to the billing office has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Infertility is a rough journey and the compassion from everyone you interact with is absolutely incredible.Dr Gurtcheff and Dr Conway were AMAZING to work with. All of the doctors are top notch but I personally worked with these two great physicians and can attest to their knowledge, skill sets, and treatment plans. You really cannot go wrong with any RE at this clinic. If you are on the fence about calling and getting an appointment, just do it. You will not regret getting a consultation and possibly being taken on as a patient at this great facility!
We love everything about Utah Fertility Clinic in Pleasant Grove. Dr. Parker is incredible and took the time to talk with us and make sure that we were comfortable with the process and that all of our questions were answered. The staff are all great, from the front desk to the nursing staff, the medical assistants, lab staff, ultrasound techs to the finance and billing staff. Everyone knew who we were every visit and treated us like the only people in the clinic.
I had my IVF here where they did not help me it seems they sadly just care about the money the doctor told me I was too old to get pregnant that I need an egg donor and have to pay $30,000 for it I am so glad I moved out and choose a different place to do another IVF so we finally got our miracle baby I advise you to look for other doctors if you are in my situation I was told I was old but the other doctor in payson founded more deep issues that caused my infertility I am so glad I had choose him instead
I am doing IVF with this center trying to have my first child. They have been very professional and kind. They take time to explain everything in detail and I feel very well looked after. I look forward to the rest of my journey under their care. I highly recommend them.
I am very sad that I have to write such a negative review for somewhere I had such high hopes for. My husband and I have been trying to conceive for two years on our own. After no success, our OB suggested going to a fertility clinic. Overall, our initial appointment went well. However, throughout my ultrasounds and X-rays, there was only one NP who really sat with me to answer my questions and help me feel comfortable moving forward. I was told odd imaging was “nothing to be worried about.” They ended up discovering some polyps in an ultrasound and suggested I have surgery to get them removed. Trying to reach anyone to schedule anything or have my questions answered was impossible. I, still, to this day have not received a call from the scheduler and I was supposed to have surgery this week. I called for four days in a row trying to get something scheduled. No one answered. No calls were returned. Finally, I called and complained to the front desk staff who was able to connect me to a manager. She ended up scheduling a procedure for me. Afterwards, I had some questions so I reached out again via email. I, again, received no response and no answers. No surgery prep calls. No medicine call ins. At this point, I was getting frustrated and concerned so I scheduled a second opinion with a different clinic. They found concerning things in the imaging that was originally missed by UFC. They listened and provided ample information. Because of this, I decided to cancel my surgery last minute to proceed with this other clinic. And again, I couldn’t get ahold of anyone, nurses or schedulers. I had to leave messages. It’s been 3 days and still, no one has reached out to me. If I had continued with my surgery, I don’t know if I would’ve been called to be informed of my surgery time or if they would’ve sent the proper medicines for prep. For a clinic that has to do things in a timely manner, they sure haven’t cared or respected my time. I was just a number.
We are so grateful for Utah Fertility Center! They have a great caring staff. They get back with you timely. They always let you know what to expect. They make it easy to ask questions (and I ask a lot of them!). I would recommend them - in fact have recommended them - to friends / family.
The Utah Fertility Center is the absolute best! Their staff is caring, sensitive, and knowledgeable. I came with so many questions and confusing information that I had received from other doctors. They were able to answer my questions and took the time to explain the information I had received. I know they must see a lot of patients, but I felt like they were always available to answer any questions I have had during my pregnancy. I highly recommend trusting the Utah Fertility Center with your family!
I have always felt extremely comfortable when I go to the Utah Fertility Center. All the staff, from the secretaries to the nurses to the doctors, are very helpful and willing to take the time to make sure that you understand everything and answer all your questions. I have loved my experience with Dr. Foulk and his team. We look forward to the day we will return to add another little one to our family.
We had an amazing experience with Utah Fertility Center! We went from thinking there was no hope for us to have a family to suddenly having so many options presented to us! Dr. Conway and her staff are amazing and truly went the extra mile taking care of us! We are now blessed to have a beautiful baby girl to love and hold!
The medical staff for the Utah Fertility Center is amazing, the cared more about my medical issues regarding my fertility issues more than any of the ob/gyns Ive seen. The only down side I personally saw was the office staff, any time I would ask them to leave a message about a question I had, they would take it down, say they would get with a doctor and let me know, and I would never hear back from them so I had to make multiple phone callsOverall though I would recommend this facility
Dr. Conway is amazing!!!! She is a very caring and compassionate person. She really cares about you personally and youre never just a patient in her eyes. She really goes above and beyond for you and knows exactly how to handle every situation. She is the best doctor I have ever had before and you will never regret choosing her. She also has a wonderful staff under her that really work well together. I have called them so many times and not once did they act like I was a bother. This is a great place!
UFC was excellent! We had our baby girl 2 months ago and she is just perfect. The office was wonderful to work with. There was a nurse I could call/email any time I had questions. They walked me through the entire process and were very aware of choosing inexpensive options. Dr. Foulk was our doctor and he was great to take the time to explain the process and walk us through what to expect. The whole office was great, highly recommend.
The staff here is fabulous. Id gone to a different fertility clinic where the communication was horrible. My first meeting with Dr Conway was so easy and she was super clear on our options. She listened to us and was so easy to talk with. During our insemination tries and our IVF, we were treated well and they just made the process so easy. If youre struggling to have a baby, UFC is an amazing place to get help!
The Utah Fertility Center has been so amazing to work with! Dr. Conway and her team have been so supportive & extremely helpful in our journey through infertility! She really listens & comes up with a plan that works best for you & your situation! I cant recommend this place enough, thanks to them we have 2 little blessings coming in November!
We loved working with the doctors, nurses and staff at UFC. We will truly miss their care. They made us feel like the most important people in the facility each time we went. I highly recommend them for any fertility needs. They are great at answering questions and making us feel at ease.
Weve already recommended Dr. Parker and the Utah Fertility Center to many of our friends. We felt the center was organized, compassionate, educated and efficient. We had a very positive experience from beginning to end and are forever grateful to all there for our daughter.
I love Dr. Dorais so much. I’ve been seeing her for a year. After almost a year of going to other doctors, Dr. Dorais was the doctor to find my pituitary adenoma and get treatment started! She is so knowledgeable and compassionate and always makes sure all my questions are answered. I leave every appointment feeling hope when sometimes my situation feels discouraging. I also really appreciate the staff. They are quick to respond, and so so kind. I have never received as good of medical care as I do from Utah Fertility Center.
* Updated review as of October 9th 2019*Utah Fertility Center is the entire reason we have our daughter. After several failed treatments, they never gave up on my husband and I and after 2 years of treatments gave us our dream! We were able finally get pregnant after 8 years! They were very caring and considerate of what we were going through and the staff made us feel as though they are apart of our family. Thank you so much Dr. Foulk and staff for your endless support and constant help. You have given us our miracle and we are forever grateful for you all! ❤️*Original review*We love Utah Fertility Center! They are amazing. Dr. Foulk and his staff are very kind and considerate of each situation. During the fertility procedures, they have been very informative and helpful to my husband and I. We dont have a baby yet, but we place our trust in them to help us achieve a pregnancy! Thanks Utah Fertility Center!
I cant say enough good things about all the people at Utah Fertility Center!!! They are so kind and knowledgeable. I love how well they communicate with you. If you have a lab test they call the same day with results instead of leaving you wondering what they were. They are so helpful when you call with questions, because in this business there is plenty of questions. Wait times for appointments arent bad even though they are really busy. Dr. Foulk was great as well as every member of his staff!
We loved the Utah Fertility Center! Everyone was so friendly and helpful, and they were all very empathetic toward our situation. We had an IUI procedure done, and it was successful on the first try. We wish we could stay for the whole pregnancy! Definitely recommend.
When we had given up hope, Utah fertility center was confident in telling us that they would do everything they could to get us a baby. Every visit was encouraging and the atmosphere was always pleasant. We have our first little girl thanks to all the Doctors and nurses who worked so hard to help us. We will continue to go to Utah fertility center to have the rest of our kids and we look forward to working with them again in the future.
We loved working with the Utah Fertility Center. The doctors were amazingly knowledgeable with excellent bedside manners and the staff were just as friendly and helpful. Also, they were considerate of our budget and timing constraints and really cared about what was best for us.
I loved the experience here. The staff is very professional and kind, and they always follow up with you in a timely manner. They also really make sure you understand the procedures and everything thats happening, so you dont feel overwhelmed or lost and confused, which is so important when youre dealing with complicated procedures like IVF. I absolutely loved Dr. Conway, she was always so patient and kind and never condescending and never made us feel like she didnt have the time, etc. I would highly recommend the UFC!
I’m not usually one to leave reviews, but I simply had to after my experience with the Utah Fertility Center. This office is extremely helpful, with a welcoming environment and incredibly kind staff. I’ve never felt anything other than sincere care when asking questions, expressing concern or sharing thoughts. I would highly recommend to anyone and everyone looking for a loving and safe experience.
Utah Fertility Center is the absolute best!!! They helped me achieve the dream of becoming a mother. The nurses and Dr Conway were all so kind, patient, understanding and supportive. I have recommended them to everyone I know who is struggling to have a child and will continue to recommend them!
Utah Fertility Center has made our fertility journey so much easier and more enjoyable. The staff has always been extremely helpful and kind, the facility itself is beautiful and clean, and we have always felt comfortable there. What’s more is we had success! We got pregnant two separate times through IUI and plan on returning for our next pregnancy. We love UFC!!
Dr Foulk and his team have been the best!! We have had great success with them and they have been amazing to work with. Their office is clean, staff are friendly and so good to work with and Dr Foulk knows his stuff and was so much more personable and hopeful than previous fertility doctors we had seen and done treatment with. I have recommended several friends and acquaintances who have all had success as well. We love Utah Fertility Clinic and the miracles they have helped us get.
Utah Fertility Center is the best! The staff at the Pleasant Grove office are so kind and supportive. Dr. Conway helped us so much and I know we would not have gotten our miracle baby without her. I would 100% recommend Utah Fertility Center.
We tried for 3 years before we were able to conceive our daughter with the help of the Utah Fertility Center. It was a dream come true! We had a great experience there and would recommend it to others. When we had trouble conceiving a second time, we went back to the Utah Fertility Center and now we are having twins! We are very grateful to them for making our family aspirations a reality.
Wonderful staff, wonderful facility. The staff at Utah fertility center are so caring and personable, they genuinely care and want to help you have a family. Everything was explaining in detail and they are very helpful anytime I needed extra explanations. My IVF was successful on the first try!!! Thank you so much to everyone that helped us on our journey! We are expecting in July !!!!
We will never be able to thank Utah Fertility Center and Dr. Parker enough. The entire staff (and especially Dr. Parker) were able to give us realistic expectations while still providing us with hope throughout our entire journey. As always, there were a few bumps in the road and Dr. Parker knew exactly how to handle them in the best way, allowing our cycles to be affected the very least amount possible. He listened to us and made sure we felt listened to. It was clear from the start that he and his staff knew exactly what they were doing and because of their expertise we are happy to be welcoming a baby in a few months. I can’t say enough good things!
When it comes to fertility treatments you need to pick quality over convince. My husband and I did a lot of research before we picked the Utah Fertility Center and its wonderful doctors. They care about you and results, not about how much money they can get out of you. We have heard so many horrible stories from people who just picked the closest clinic thinking that fertility clinics are all run the same way. These frustrated people had given up after a few unsuccessful attempts because they cant afford to continue trying. When we ask for more details about their experiences we find that they have been over charged for meds and/or have been starting off with the most expensive treatments before they run any tests to determine the cause of infertility. The Utah Fertility Center runs a significant amount of tests to determine the exact cause of your infertility and then they recommend the most up-to-date treatments available. My doctor reference recent medical papers to explain her approach to my infertility. They also start with the least invasive treatments and slowly move up the cost scale in a very transparent way they explanations at every step of the way. Ive just had my second child with the help of the Utah Fertility Center and couldnt be more impressed with their methodology and approach. Ive recommended them for years and will continue to do so in the future.
I have been going to Utah Fertility Center for a few years now. We love all of the staff there. After fighting infertility over and over again with many heart breaks, they were always there to make sure we were taken care of.We see Dr Gurtcheff. She takes her own time to make sure that your needs are met the way they need to be. I can’t tell you how many times she has personally called me after failed treatments and said “after looking over things, I think we should try this method. How do you feel about that?!”I am proud to say that they have helped up grow our family twice now, and hopefully more to come in the future. I highly recommend UFC. They actually take the time to make sure you’re taken care of. You feel like you matter there and you are not just a patient.
I normally dont write reviews, but when I do theyre not positive ones. Im new to this whole infertility journey and dont know what Im doing. I had to schedule some laboratory testing there and when I first called I wasnt impressed that the voicemail system told me it would take up to 48 hours for a new patient coordinator to reach out I work in healthcare and I feel that new patients should be treated like GOLD and I didnt feel that they valued new patients there. Once I was in touch with the new patient coordinator, things were just all around confusing and again, I didnt know what I was doing, so a little bit more help about what this process would be like would have been greatly appreciated. We got the appointment scheduled, and everything seemed to be going okay.We were just using Utah Fertility Center for some laboratory testing at this point, so when I made this appointment I was told that getting the materials to the lab was time sensitive, and since I live a half an hour away from the facility I made it a priority to get to the clinic with plenty of time for our labs to be processed within the required window. When I arrived to the clinic, I waited at the check-in counter for about 10 minutes while another patient was being checked in, once I was able to check in they collected my insurance information and told me that the lab would be out to get me in a few minutes, so I take a seat. As Im sitting in the waiting room for 15 minutes, I see the time ticking away and when I approached the front desk about it they very arrogantly said, It’ll be fine, just take a seat theyll come get you. Working in the medical field, I can understand that doctors get behind, but we always make an attempt to clearly communicate what is going on to our patients. A simple we told you to come to our office within this window to ensure that you actually were here, but we do have an extended window from what we told you or let me go check with the lab and see if they can tell me how much longer your wait is... wouldve sufficed, I got no reassurance from anyone in this office that things were actually going to be okay. So telling me that everything is going to be fine and to go back to my seat didnt sit well with me. As a new patient in an already vulnerable state because of the struggles with fertility, I felt that the staff could have been a lot more welcoming and understanding of how I felt in this situation. If the office I work for treated patients like this, we would have none left.Needless to say, if and when we need to seek a specialist in the future, we will not be returning to Utah Fertility Center.
I’m so thankful for Utah Fertility Clinic! Because of them I was able to get pregnant again even though another fertility clinic told me that it was never going to happen using my own eggs. Dr. Conway was an amazing doctor and she cared about our secondary infertility.
I love my doctor, dr. Gurtcheff and a few nurses I worked with. Like LOVED them. They were very caring-Susie & Chelsea were 2 of the best and I will always be grateful for their care. I will warn that Its really hard to ever get someone to answer the phone and if youre waiting on test results, it usually wont be until the end of the day after theyve close that youll hear back. There were a couple of times that I was obnoxiously persistent just to get a call back before they closed for the weekend to get time sensitive instructions or results. Maybe thats normal with other clinics, but something to improve on because most of the time patients are anxious to get their results. Most experiences I had at the clinic were great. I do have a complaint with the receptionist who I had several poor encounters with either by phone or in person. She was terribly rude and never made an effort to be helpful. She made you feel as though she was put out and one time snapped at me when I was insisting that I needed an ultrasound because I was worried about a tubal pregnancy. She put her hand up and sharply said, I get it, okay? She is the first face you see when you come in and if youre going to work in the fertility business, it would be nice to feel a little warmth and customer service from the front desk. Otherwise, its been a nice, clean, clinic and I know the staff was rooting for me to get pregnant. I felt they were on my side and did their best to help me and my husband reach our fertility goals.
Very caring and kind staff. Everyone is professional and does all they can to make you feel comfortable. Dr. Conway is very knowledgeable, respectful, and supportive of people and their opinions. This is our second time at the fertility center, and it has been a great experience both times.
Utah fertility center was so amazing, the staff and doctors were so wonderful and they always made me feel comfortable and cared for. They are so supportive and hopeful for your success, sad I couldnt stay with them throughout my pregnancy. Im so excited to being my babies back and show them off. I am so thankful for them all!
I just want to say that they are amazing. The staff is really friendly. I did feel a little bit lost at beginning, there was a little bit of miscommunication BUT I reach out to them and everything was solved. I got my first IUI 3 weeks ago and I am currently 6 weeks 5 days pregnant. I am sorry grateful for all the support that I got and all the information!
I loved my time spent at Utah Fertility Center. Everyone there definitely cared to make my experience the best it could be. They shared my pain when treatments didn’t take and also shared my excitement when I finally got pregnant! I wish I could stay with them my whole pregnancy. I highly recommend UFC!!
The doctors and nurses are kind, attentive, but most importantly...very knowledgeable and professional. Never knew there were so many treatment options. Dr. Foulk and his staff are the best. I have recommended Utah Fertility Clinic to several couples like us that have a hard time getting pregnant and staying pregnant. Thank You!
My wife and I sought fertility treatments in two states prior to moving to Utah. We had successful, positive experiences (and two successful pregnancies/live births) at those two clinics. When we moved to Utah, we were hopeful that UFC would help us grow our family, but nearly every interaction left us feeling like we were just a paycheck to them. My wifes most rewarding relationships from her experience there were with the phlebotomists and the woman who took her money at each appointment. Dr. Conway was professional, but did not go out of her way to develop a rapport with us.After an initial positive pregnancy result, my wife suffered a miscarriage at 11 weeks. At the ultrasound appointment when no heartbeat was detected, there was no physician at the clinic to advise, so we were sent home with an apology and no care instructions. We didnt even receive a follow up phone call for nearly a month, at which point it was determined that my wife had retained products and had to go in for a hysteroscopy. The day of, we were reminded no fewer than four times to bring the money which had to be CASH cash - no other form of payment would be accepted.A couple of months later, miraculously, we had another positive pregnancy - with twins. However, at 8 weeks we lost the first twin, then the second at 11 weeks. Again, there was no follow up from the doctor. At her last appointment, my wife was greeted by the nurse with, Are you Kim? (She wasnt.) Whats your name? Just a minute. The nurse turned and walked away before returning to retrieve the real Kim without another word to my wife. We paid our balance and never went back.Infertility drives desperation, but if youre considering Utah Fertility Center, I highly advise you seek alternative treatment.
We had worked with a previous facility for about a year and will forever be grateful that UFC looked at all of the test results so thoroughly, recognized the need for an additional step, and that additional test finally gave us some answers. The staff was so caring and professional and we are grateful for our little IVF miracle.
My husband and I were trying for more than 10 years to have a baby, Utah fertility center helped us to make our dream come true, I’m expecting my second baby and we are so thankful with Dr. Russell Foulk and all the staff for helping us, they are amazing! Infertility treatment is not easy but they help you so much! They are just amazing!
I went to the Murray clinic, but was so impressed with UFC. I had been working with an OB for a couple years with no success or answers. My first appointment with UFC I had answers. I consider myself one of the lucky ones because after a few short months I was pregnant! I will forever be grateful to the fertility center for my perfect baby girl. We will definitely be going back when were ready for baby #2.They were always professional and kind. Once we had a mix up and for some reason my appointment didnt make it in their system. Even with the confusion they were able to figure it out and get me in for my ultrasound that day.
Utah Fertility Clinic is the place to go! They are kind, smart, and genuinely want to help you.We saw Dr. Shawn Gurtcheff. She was nice and helpful. She went through my infertility history, and laid out a plan for me and my husband. She put us at ease as she explained each process we would encounter. She was genuine in wanting to help us start our family. We had been to three different Fertility doctors prior to coming to her. We felt that our concerns were listened to. She remembered who we were each time we met. She helped us reach our goal of becoming pregnant. When we found out that we were expecting multiples, she was very kind as she explained the risk of a multiple pregnancy. She laid out every option and supported our decision. We have three beautiful boys, thanks to this wonderful woman. Her nurses and staff were very kind and helpful. We highly recommend this Fertility center and Dr. Gurtcheff. In fact, we have already recommended this Fertility Center to many family and friends. Two friends have taken our advice, and are now with this clinic. They are impressed by this Fertility Clinic. They finally feel hope in starting their own families.
We have been going to UFC now about 5 months. The staff there are AMAZING! Nicole, up at the front desk is always a happy and smiling face to greet you. Sonja and Kenzie are also very helpful and personable. The nurses are fantastic! Kandis and Jasmyn have been very sensitive towards my personal circumstances, and have very big hearts. Theyll even draw beautiful works of art on your stomach so you know where to do your injections. Alex and Cassandra are awesome phlebotomists who will make you laugh and feel at ease even while drawing your blood, and they have the cutest squeeze toys for you to help pump your blood. Chelsea, Suzie and Nicole are excellent ultrasound techs, and they continually strive to make you feel comfortable. Dr. Parker has also been very understanding and accommodating towards us, and we truly appreciate him and the rest of the UFC family. When it comes to infertility, you have to have appointments weekly, if not more. The staff at UFC have been wonderful, and everyone goes out of their way to say hello and check in on us while were there for our appointments. We truly are thankful for everything that you guys do.
We did our research and found that this clinic had the top rating for success in Utah. We had been trying to get pregnant for over 3 years with another fertility clinic with no success. We were so please with this clinic and the help Dr. Foulk and his staff were. We now have a healthy 10 month old little boy who we love. We cannot wait to try again for another baby soon. Thank you so very much for helping us with our dreams and prayers.
Utah fertility clinic has literally given my husband and I hope again. Before we came to the clinic, our family doctor had told us that it was a one in a million chance for us to have children. We were heartbroken. After much thought, we chose to explore other options. We have had friends that have gone through the fertility program and have had major success. We have also known a couple that has tried three times and still no luck. However, we were hopeful after talking to Dr. Parker. He was so kind and helpful and positive. Each step was a success which increased our level of hope. However, our first round failed. We were heartbroken but again, Dr. Parker helped us see that it could be a positive thing and helped us be hopeful for the second round. The second round was successful! This place has been amazing. So helpful, positive, and informative. We are so lucky that we had the opportunity to work with this clinic! This clinic is what has literally helped us have a family of our own.
I saw Dr. Shawn Gurtcheff at Utah Fertility Center and she was such an amazing doctor! The entire staff is wonderful! It is very important to me when looking for a doctor that I found one who listened and paid attention to my needs while giving me their professional opinion. Dr. Gurtcheff exceeded my expectations! I felt like everyone there was concerned about me and genuinely wanted to help. I couldnt have asked for more. We are now expecting our first baby thanks to Utah Fertility Center and I cant thank them enough for helping us grow our family! Highly recommend them for any issues with infertility... youll be in the best hands!
Dr Conway made this experience easier than how we had felt it was. The entire staff down there was extremely kind, hopeful and helpful for everything. Not one time did my wife or I feel unwanted or burdensome. After getting pregnant you’d have thought it was our own family for how excited they were for us. Our entire experience and the options they have there is amazing. Can’t thank them all enough. Seriously some of the kindest and best humans. Thank you all for the help!If you’re in the infertility game- go see these people. They’ll take care of you. If you want hope and options, you’ll get just that!
UFC is the absolute best! Everyone there including front desk, nurses, & the doctors are all so exceptional! My husband & I have “unexplained infertility” and are now successfully pregnant after our first round of IVF! They are on the ball with everything & they genuinely care about finding the best treatment option to get you pregnant! Defiantly go here if you are having a hard time conceiving! You won’t regret it & it’s so worth the process!
I had a great experience at Utah Fertility Center with Dr. Conway and her staff. They were always prompt and very knowledgeable. Dr. Conway took time to make sure that all of my questions were answered and the one time that there was a miscommunication with the lab she called me personally while she was on vacation to clear things up and make sure I was ok with how things turned out. I appreciated that I got my test results back on the same day and often just within a few hours of my blood tests and if I was unable to answer the phone they would leave me a message so that I didnt have to play phone tag. I also always got responses within 24 hours if I ever emailed a question in via the patient portal. Our first round of IVF didnt work and I appreciated that Dr. Conway catered my treatment and medications specifically to me during our second round which has been successful so far!
The 5 star reviews speak for themselves here. In our experience we loved working the Dr. Foulk and his staff. Being in the donor program, I especially loved working with Tonya the donor coordinator. We had so many questions and concerns and she took extra time in our meeting to answer all our questions thoroughly. Coming in throughout a cycle you get to know a lot of the friendly staff. The only thing that was nerve racking is that for your first cycle they send you home with the a ton of fertility drugs and have watch videos to know how to administer them to yourself. A couple weren’t quite up to date, like the names were off or there was supplies I had that wasn’t explained. But Tonya is a saint and would literally answer my phone calls anytime! Also the phlebotomists are incredible! They all deserve a raise as they interact with each patient closely, and still make you feel like a million bucks each time they see you. Highly recommend donating when you can as it does help families.
Walking into the Utah Fertility Center in Pleasant Grove felt like we were entering a place that could be called The Baby Makers! I can’t recommend Dr. Conway and her staff more! We would recommend them to anyone needing their help! Dr. Conway is brilliant and is always looking for solutions. She listens to what is going on with you, your body, and your care! Our IVF coordinator Morgan answered so many calls, questions, and was always there to guide us thru the process! They strive so hard and with so much compassion and care that it brings joy to your heart! They listen to your concerns, the worries, and all that comes with trying to get pregnant. We felt like they cared as much as we did about helping us with this process! We graduated today and we are now 9 weeks pregnant! We couldn’t have done it without their help and care! They are amazing and we are so thankful for them! If you are scared, nervous, and going thru fertility issues this is the place to go! They will help you! ❤️
Utah fertility center has changed our lives after trying to conceive for 2 years our sweet little lady will be making her debut In 6 days. Jessie Doris was fantastic in explaining the IVF process, the staff is friendly and genuinely cares, and the clinics are clean. I’ve already recommended friends and family and will continue to do so. Thank you UFC.
We absolutely love Utah Fertility Center and Dr. Gurtcheff! Everyone at the South Ogden location was so friendly, caring and understanding. We are SO glad we made the decision to switch to UFC before starting IVF. Dr. Gurtcheff heard us and our concerns and wanted to help us grow our family as much as we wanted to, she was open to ideas and thoughts and we worked together to work towards our successful cycle! And here I sit with my newborn! UFC is such an important part of our journey and were so grateful for everyone who ever helped us along the way! THANK YOU!!
Dr. Conway was incredible and has such great bedside manner. Always willing to answer questions and help out. I also loved the office staff, very professional and warm. The insurance lady, Sara, was helpful as well at explaining everything, I never felt like I received an unexplained charge.
I love this clinic! Dr. Foulk is so knowledgeable and knew exactly what was best for me. I had seen several doctors for infertility and he was the only one that had answers for me. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The treatment was difficult but so worth it. Im expecting twins and couldnt be happier about the outcome. These people are miracle workers.
Having infertility issues and going through the process of IVF was the most emotional experience of my life. Dr. Conway and her staff made this difficult and scary journey so much easier on our family. Dr. Conway had faith in the process when we had all but lost hope. She was always optimistic and positive through our entire journey. She took the time out of her crazy busy schedule to make personal phone calls to me when I was struggling emotionally. She squeezed us in on her insane schedule, but every time we met with her she made us feel like we were her only patients. Dr. Conway is a miracle worker to us and our family will forever be grateful for her services!
Words can not express the gratitude I have for Dr Faulk and his team at Utah Fertility Center. They were able to give us our 3 precious children. Everyone was super easy to work with. They were very transparent about fees and insurance. I felt they truly care about you even after you graduate on to regular OB appointments.
UFC is amazing! The staff is awesome and Dr Parker was easy to work with. We had our son a couple of weeks ago after 6 years of infertility after working with UFC for a few months.
I am so happy that I was able to meet with Dr. Parker at the Utah Fertility Center. He listened to all I had to say with my past doctor experiences and helped me feel positive. Also his nurses were so sweet and answered any questions I had. UFC is the best and I will recommend it to any friends who need help with infertility treatments. I am grateful that UFC exists and I was able to utilize their services. Because of Dr. Parker and his staff, I now have my sweet baby boy. Thank you so much UFC!
Dr. Dorais is incredible, she made the process smooth and easy. Infertility is heartbreaking and thinking about doing something about it is scary and intimidating. We researched many clinics in 3 different states and ended up with this one and Im so happy we did. I have since referred 3 couples, 1 of which is now pregnant and the other two are in the early stages. I will definitely go to this clinic and doctor again.
The people at Utah Fertility Center in Pleasant Grove are so friendly. They provided ASL interpreter for me as Deaf client and I truly appreciated their services very much. I was able to communicate with someone outside of the office if I had any concerns. I’m pleased with their services. 😊
Utah Fertility Center is the best! We spent a year and a half with them before we finally had our first son through IVF. Now they’ve helped us once again get pregnant through a frozen transfer. They’ve seen us through heartbreak and happiness and they are so supportive through both. We’ll never go to another clinic!
I have had the best experience with the Steph, Kelly and Dr Conway in the Idaho falls office. They have been the most informative and supportive thru a very nerve racking time. I have been to a separate clinic than theres before and was left with no hope. My first appt with Dr Conway and her PA Stephaine I was confident and comfortable. I would recommend any of the sites that go with the Utah clinic to anyone. I will be defiantly going back to continue building my family after my first baby arrives July 2018
We have loved UFC, they have been the best to work with and have top notch staff that know what they are doing. They are super helpful when it comes to fertility issues! They are reassuring to the issue and will do everything in their power to make the situation easier on you. I highly recommend using them if you are looking for a fertility center to go to.
UFC is amazing. I have had some hard things I have dealt with and the staff was always sensitive and kind in dealing with the matters. They have been very informative and supportive though everything. I would highly recommend this clinic. From the receptionist to the physicians, everyone is amazing.
They have a very knowledgeable and caring staff. I was also impressed at how Dr. Foulk diagnosed my husband and I in less than a week! They are very matter of fact as well, which I REALLY appreciate. After you get pregnant, they also follow through for the first 9 weeks, with exams every two weeks or so. Its great because after trying for so long, you really need to know things are going well. After that you graduate, which is honestly the best day. :) The clinic is very clean and welcoming. It doesnt feel uncomfortable or like a lab. I would recommend them to anybody TTC.They are very honest with the insurance billing and extremely prompt to answer calls and help you with any questions you might have.
Ive heard great things from some of my friends regarding Utah Fertility Center and the professionals they worked with and how this place brought them joy and happiness in their lives. I am fortunate to know two of those exceptional professionals and I can see how much they enjoy working at this place. I would recommend Utah Fertility Center to anyone.
After trying for years to have a child without success, we decided to try IVF in 2019. Dr Parker and his staff were excellent, and thanks to their skill, knowledge, and expertise, my wife had a successful pregnancy on the first cycle and gave birth to our baby boy in April 2020. We still had some unused embryos left, and have started a new cycle with Dr Parker and his team once again and its been great so far. We highly recommend them! They are very prompt to respond even after hours. - Bryant LeSueur
Love all the nurses and doctors at the Utah Fertility Center. So open about the process and all your options, super friendly and knowledgeable. We are currently expecting our first baby after working with them! I highly recommend Dr. Dorais but everyone there is awesome.
Dr Parker and his staff were amazing; kind, compassionate and informative throughout the entire process. We struggled with infertility for over two years with multiple retrievals, a failed transfer and many other delays and disappointments. Dr Parker and our amazing coordinator (Shailee) were supportive and encouraged us to try one additional round with a different approach. Our miracle baby boy, Easton Parker, was born on July 9, 2021. We are so thankful to Dr Parker and his team for all of their hard work to make our dreams come true. Thank you!
This is our second fertility clinic to try starting a family with. From the second we walked in we were greeted with a smile. Everyone is so nice and helpful. We met with Dr. Foulk a few days ago and are so excited to move forward with this facility. He was wonderful! Very friendly and informative. We’re very confident we will be able to start a family with the help of Dr. Foulk and everyone at UFC.
Dr. Conway and Dr. G are absolutely amazing! They helped me after going through 3 miscarriages and were very through when it came to testing for a diagnosis. Also they are upfront about the costs and are willing to work with your insurance. I would recommend this office to all my friends and family.
We’ve tried solving this issue internally but have nowhere else to turn. First off the doctors and front end staff are wonderful and we only had the best interactions with them. Our bad road starts with the billing department months after our time there. Around 3 months ago we started to receive statements in the mail from appointments that we had already paid out of pocket for in the beginning. We called to get clarification and we were reassured by the them that it was a mistake and that we didn’t owe anything. By the third month and the same story I pushed harder because we didn’t want to be sent to collections. They asked us to email over a copy of the statements we were getting. A couple days later I received an email from Lisa Gull one of the billing specialist stating that there had been an error in them switching programs and that was our portion. I immediately responded that we had already paid these amounts out of pocket months ago and to please get in contact with us to discuss how we go about clearing this up. As of 3 weeks from then there has been no response that we can get. We are posting here in hopes of getting some sort of traction to get this figured out because we have no other avenues left.
Nothing but good things to say about UFC! Dr Gurtcheff was amazing and we loved our coordinator, Katrina. All the staff at both offices we went to ( Murray and Pleasant Grove) were wonderful as well. I recommended them highly to anyone needing any fertility help!
Before getting my labs done I asked the staff multiple times for how much it would cost or a ballpark so that I wasnt going down a path that was going to cost me much more than I expected. I felt like the ballpark I was given was around $250 for cash pay labs after the initial consultation. The total cost ended up being $617. They were nice to work with but incompetent when it came to their ability to provide a price for the services they offered. I work in another medical clinic that offers similar labs and most of the pricing they list for cash price is approximately two times what you could pay by going to other clinics. The staff was professionally and mostly competent.Ive included a picture of my lab prices to help give males In a similar situation as mine a heads up. Ill probably end the process at this point because while fertility is important its just one piece of a more complicated situation that involves finances and knowing what to expect.
I cant say enough good about Dr. Foulk and his staff. I have been going to them for about 8 years on and off. They have been through all of the tough stuff with us and have treated us with nothing but compassion and kindness. Every time we go through a new cycle, they have offered tremendous support and encouragement, and I have been grateful for their comfort during really difficult news as well as their excitement and encouragement in good times. I had been to other specialists before finding them, and my experience with Dr. Foulk has been significantly better! I recommend them to anyone I know who is struggling to have a child.
Dr. Foulk and his staff were able to help me with 3 of my pregnancies when several other Drs couldnt. I always felt so comfortable in their office despite the sensitive issues that were being dealt with! I would recommend them to everyone who was having a hard time with fertility!
Absolutely LOVE Utah Fertility Clinic! Their staff is so amazing and everyone is so kind and compassionate. I feel we were pretty luck to get answers so quickly, but they defitnitly were critical in helping us have the best chance with our baby!
I can’t compliment the staff enough. After 4.5 years of trying for a family, Dr.Foulk and everyone at UFC made our dreams come true. They welcome you in as family and I was sad to say goodbye when we graduated from the program happy and grateful to be pregnant with twins. They are beyond professional, while still being warm and caring. I never questioned the quality of my care, because I knew everyone was working on overdrive. 10/10
My old review: Although the medical staff knows its profession and is yet to help us, that cannot be said for the administration. Something like scheduling appointments for certain procedures and making sure things go as planned shouldnt be very difficult, but the staff is just inexperienced and lacks attention to detail. My new review and rating: Like I said it before the medical staff knows its job very well and my wife and I have beautiful twins. My rating from one star is now four stars. When working with the administration staff you still have to check and double check their work.
Very highly recommended! The staff here is compassionate and you will become close to them as you attend your visits. They honestly are concerned about your progress. Very knowledgeable and have this down to a specific science. I was impressed with the staff and especially Dr. Faulk. The clinic is very clean and organized.
Dr. Conway is always so helpful. She takes the time to make you feel comfortable and at peace. She is thorough and always wants what is best for you. The nursing staff does an excellent job. I would not go anywhere else.
The team is great and Dr Gurtcheff was awesome! She spent time hearing our story, getting to know us, and planned our treatment around what we wanted to do. And our 2nd IUI worked!! The nursing staff was so kind and willing to help answer any questions I had. Thanks Utah fertility clinic!
Utah Fertility Center is amazing. After years of trying to conceive and two failed rounds of IVF elsewhere we finally have our family. Their staff is so caring and helpful. We would highly recommend them to anyone struggling with fertility concerns.
I got great care and treatment here. I worked primarily with Dr. Conway and she is very personable and knowledgeable, she did a great job of explaining complex processes. I ended up doing IVF, which can be a lengthy and costly process, but it worked out great for helping us to expand our family and Im grateful for the staff and the science that made it possible. My only concerns were that I have tricky veins that roll and the phlebotomists here normally had to poke me two to three times-- which adds up when you are going through a treatment and have to get your blood drawn multiple times in a week. Also- there were a lot of times where I felt like the staff assumed I knew everything that was going on and didnt explain everything. I had to make sure to stop and ask a lot of questions. When I did, I got answers, but if I didnt ask, Id end up being confused on a lot.
We absolutely enjoyed our successfull experience with Dr.Foulk and his team, Danica and Lacey were very helpful. The team of nurses made me and my wife feel very important like family, we always got all of our questions answered and knew what the process was going to be from the start all the way to end. Me and my wife would absolutely recomend Dr.Foulk and his team at Utah fertility center!
I’ve been to UFC twice now and both experiences have been exceptional, and have led to two successful pregnancies. Dr. Foulk, Danica, Chelsea and the entire staff are always so helpful, patient, and KIND. I always feel that they genuinely care about me and my situation and are happy to answer any questions or concerns I have. I am always treated like family and not just another patient. I would refer them a million times over again. I’m SO grateful we chose UFC. They have forever changed our life, and made me a mama. Thank you UFC and Dr. Foulk! I love you guys!
I cannot say enough good things about Utah Fertility Center, Dr. Conway, and all the staff. I transferred to UFC about two years ago after two years with another fertility center. The difference was night and day. I cannot believe I ever went anywhere else.Everyone at UFC cares. Anytime I called, someone was there to answer. Every time I asked a question, I was given a thoughtful answer. Throughout my two years visiting, every person I interacted with for each procedure or appointment was pleasant and set me at ease—which is a huge deal when you’re feeling emotionally vulnerable during fertility treatment.Dr. Conway is so personable, sensitive, and—most importantly—knowledgeable. I referred two other dear friends who were experiencing infertility to her throughout our time at UFC. Each of them has also had an incredible experience with her, and by comparing treatments plans, it’s obvious that she puts a lot of thought into individualized plans based on the unique fertility struggles of each patient. She never made us feel rushed and was happy to answer all of our questions, no matter how small. When we experienced a hiccup in our plan because of an accident at the genetics lab (through not fault of UFC), Dr. Conway went above and beyond to rectify the problem and ensure that we were taken care of. She gave us her personal email and cell phone number, called us multiple times after hours, met with the lab director, and negotiated a more than fair resolution for us. We felt that we truly had an advocate for the entirety of our infertility battle. That being said, we have since had a friend have a similar accident through this same lab. If you are doing testing with UFC, I would recommend asking about options other than PacGenomics. Personally knowing about two incidents within 6 months of each other seems like a pretty high failure rate for such sensitive testing. Finally (and most importantly), through UFC’s help, we will finally have our baby dreams come true this fall. My husband and I are so thrilled with our experience at UFC. We’re so grateful for their sensitive and expert treatment. I would (and will) recommend Dr. Conway and UFC to anyone struggling to make their own baby dreams come true. You will be taken care of. You will be treated as an individual. They will do everything they can to make your dreams come true! One small piece of feedback: The only frustration we experienced was some confusing communication around Attain programs. It seemed like the terms were a little ambiguous and neither our Attain counselor nor our UFC financial consultant really knew exactly what was covered by the program. It all worked out in the end, but it can be emotionally exhausting to have to question every bill.
Great clinic and surgical center with fantastic staff. Dr. Dorais is wonderful as she is very knowledgeable, patient and always takes the time to address questions and concerns
Dr. Foulk and his staff are amazing to work with. Dr. Foulk is very knowledgeable yet humble and kind. We no longer live in Utah and had an appointment with a local doctor to discuss having our embryos sent out. After our appointment we were not comfortable with the doctor or practice and chose to fly across the country to see Dr. Foulk. The trip was well worth it!
We are grateful to Dr. Foulk and the Utah Fertility Center for helping us start our family. Dr. Foulk and Dr. Conway are very knowledgeable and we felt like they really WANTED to help us through this process. It was wonderful to find a place, like UFC, that had a high success rate and most of the staff was understanding of our situation and how hard it is to struggle with infertility. My only complaints were that a few of the staff (usually people behind the receptionist desk) werent always the most friendly, sometimes it was difficult to get our phone messages returned in a timely manner, and long wait times in the office. But despite those things, we had success with IVF and are now the parents of twin boys, thanks to Dr. Foulk! If we do IVF again we will definitely go back to Utah Fertility Center.
Me and my wife tried for years to get pregnant but no matter how many drs we saw all we got was bad news, until we started working with Utah fertility center. They have the best Drs in the world working for them, the staff were kind and professional. The staff here are the type of people to cry with you no matter if its for good new or bad news. They just care for their patients, and it makes all the difference.
Utah Fertility Center is a wonderful place with even more wonderful people!
I’ve had a wonderful experience at Utah Fertility Center with Dr Conway. She is so full of wisdom and explained things in a way that I understood and learned something. We were able to quickly come up with a game plan that resulted in beautiful twins. I’m so glad I chose UFC and I’m so lucky to have worked with Dr Conway
My husband and I have been TTC for over 2 years now. Utah Fertility Center has been a key component in our successful attempts to get pregnant.Dr. Conway was by far the biggest support in what our goal was for our future family. She was always professional, but so kind in making us feel like family. It costs a lot of money to do these expensive procedures, and I appreciate the one-on-one care and attention I was given at almost every single appointment I ever had at UFC. I felt very important always and listened to.The only con I really have with UFC was the experience we had when we spoke to them about finances. It was not explained well to us, and we misunderstood much of what we were told. I would really ask a lot of questions and investigate just what youre paying for. We had an issue with something on the website and then come to find out, it wasnt what we were expecting.Other than this little hiccup, I am so grateful for UFC and that they helped us get pregnant! Dr. Conway is my favorite as well. I highly recommend her and this facility.
We really have enjoyed working with the UFC. Every nurse and doctor are so nice and willing to help you with any questions that come up. We have been going to them for years got are first child two years ago and Im pregnant with twins. Dr Conway has gotten us three babies more then I thought I would ever have. I will be forever grateful for the UFC.
Loved my experience with Dr. Foulk and the staff at UFC. They took so much time with me and I felt a personal connection with the staff. They ladies there became my friends. I see peoples concerns with being too busy, but I never quite felt that way. Yes. Trying to get an initial appointment took a ling time - they were two months out. But once you become a patient, they staff is there and willing to help. Not once did I have a phone call not returned to me by the end of the day, and if it was an urgent matter, I was able to get a hold of someone and seen immediately. This was obviously a difficult and emotional thing, and I felt great care in the hands of the staff and Dr. Foulk.
The Utah Fertility Center is incredible. Dr. Foulk was amazing to work with and the nurses always went above and beyond. I would highly recommend Utah Fertility. They are especially sensitive to those of us who have struggled for years with infertility.
We had an amazing experience here. Infertility is hard to go through but the staff was always so friendly and caring which sometimes on the darkest days, made a huge difference. You always seen them smiling and so willing to help and answer questions.
I don’t have enough great things to say about UFC. They are so efficient, quick and kind. Dr Parker always took the time to address any concerns or questions we had and let us do things in our own way and at our own pace. He gave us hope when I thought all was lost. Thank you to all the staff who always made us feel so welcome and loved!!
I had an amazing experience with UFC. I got referred by my regular physician because I was struggling with infertility and frequent miscarriages. At our consultation we discussed each step we would take to make sure we could cover all our bases and have our best chance possible. Not only did we get pregnant the FIRST cycle we worked with UFC, but I have carried this baby longer than any I have before. Everything is going so great. To make sure each week was going okay, we got to have weekly ultrasounds til 12 weeks. We will finally have a baby after years of loss and infertility. I would and have recommended this center to anyone looking for help getting or staying pregnant. I couldn’t thank UFC enough for giving us this amazing gift 💙🌈 Our rainbow baby.
I thought this fertility clinic would be amazing. I did a lot of research on Dr. Faulk and read that he was even on Oprah. My husband and I are recently going through the adoption process. In order to be qualified we need proof that we went through infertility treatments. Our adoption caseworker asked us to bring a report of our infertility from out Dr, I called the clinic several times before our appointment. The nurses were great at calling me back. We kinfd of played phone tag.I finally reach a nurse and informed them that we needed our letter by a certain date she told me that they would do their best. So I decided to call them every day to remind them of this important letter we needed to move forward with adoption,Tomorrow we are meeting with our caseworker and I still dont have our letter.I am so upset and writing this review because I feel like this clinic only cares about money. They suck so much out of you and then screw you over.If you are looking to adopt and need to request proof of infertility from this clinic just know that they are not reliable and dont care how this will hurt you.
My husband and I were treated as a couple with the wish to have a baby from the first time we met with Dr. Conway, and not just another number. All the staff listened to our individual situation, were honest and forthcoming, and didnt give up on us and our dreams. Dr. Comway provided her professional opinions and we did not feel pressure to choose one treatment vs. another. With her guidance as well as other staff at UFC, we were able to have our little one. We would highly recommend UFC at any time.UPDATE 2020UFC helped again. We gave birth to our second child this year. 😊 A big thumbs up for everyone.
After years of working with other doctors Dr. Foulk succeeded in getting us pregnant. Their staff is nice and good about responding. Their Pleasant Grove location is really nice and doesnt feel too clinical.
We loved the Pleasant Grove staff and Dr. Gurtcheff. We felt so welcomed. Everyone was so pleasant and most of all realistic. Communication was wonderful through email or phone calls. Quick responses on both. What we loved most was when we wanted to take things in a different direction or had questions. There was always an answer, or Dr. Gurtcheff had no problem telling us facts and progressing with treatment that we all felt in control of. I loved how it was all so personal. They remembered that we had our two oldest boys who were adopted. They remembered their names ages and other small details that come up through visits. They would ask about them, and that made us feel like the genuinely care so much about every small detail about their patients well being. Because of them we have a beautiful baby boy we added to our family just this summer. Thank you Dr. Gurtcheff and UFC. We look forward to working with you guys again.
I loved utah fertility center! They took such great care of me and kept me positive and hopeful throughout the whole infertility journey. Everyone is so nice and amazing and knowledeable. Id recommend this place to anyone going through infertility.
Working with Dr. Dorais and the rest of the workers at the fertility center was a great experience. Dr. Dorais is so kind and empathetic she gave us so much hope and helped us figure out what was causing our infertility. Everyone was always very encouraging and even when it was bad news they helped us remain hopeful, after getting successfully pregnant they were great at continually monitoring the pregnancy and helping us to remain confident, we finally graduated this week with successfully being 9 weeks pregnant! We are going to miss working with everyone at the center but look forward to working with our obgyn for the rest of our pregnancy!
We had a wonderful experience with UFC, in the Pleasant Grove Office. We had unexplained secondary infertility, and started out with IVF when we went to UFC. We were nervous because we only got one embryo on our first cycle, no spares, but the frozen transfer was a success and we got pregnant our first cycle. We felt that Dr. Parker and especially the nurses and ultrasound staff were always extremely warm, hopeful, and open with us about the process.
Dr. Foulk and staff have treated us extremely well. We used them of our 1st child, and now the second one on the way. Our process for the second one has been extremely difficult, long and complicated. We were treated like family, and they were sympathetic toward the costs to the extent they could. I required more hormones and medication than average, so our costs were on the absolute high end for IVF - the clinic costs were very well disclosed, and they pre-disclosed medication costs the best they could, but that is really based on insurance and the meds you end up requiring, along with how long you have to do injections, etc. It can be hard to get through on the phone - we live 118 miles away from the clinic, but I always got through same day and return calls when I needed them. The front desk was never phased if I pestered them to get through to scheduling or to my coordinator. Fertility is never an easy process, and every body is different. Dr. Foulk was very up front with us on chances and options, and we hung in there long enough for success even though we wondered many times if we should give up.
I cannot say enough good about UFC. They have changed me and my husbands lives. Weve struggled with infertility for 3 years. We had undergone other treatments at the U of U reproductive center for almost 10 months with no success. Our friends told us about UFC and their experience with Dr. Conway. So we decided to make our first appointment in November, and we were pregnant at the end of December through IVF. UFC has blessed our lives beyond measure and we are forever grateful for them. From start to finish, Dr. Conway and the Staff gave us the most compassionate care. And now we cant wait to meet our miracle baby in September! Go to UFC and see Dr. Conway!
My husband and I had an excellent experience with Dr. Gurtcheff and her staff from day 1. Our first consultation led to surgery prior to any fertility treatments. Dr. G worked closely with my surgeon and with me through the recovery process. She then was excellent at working with us through what eventually was the IVF process. From the shot class, to ultrasounds, blood tests and procedures for both of our pregnancies (one IVF and one IUI) we have been so blessed to have her and her team with us. When I graduated to my OB/Midwife clinic I was sad to leave their care. -- both times. Can they improve, yes. Do I wish that the finances were clearer, yes. But, Sarah was available by phone or appointment to help us work through things as our questions arose. We will be returning to UFC to place our embroys because we have loved the care weve received there. I give them five stars because we found success AND we found it with a great team.
Dr Conway and her staff at the Idaho office are absolutely amazing! We are so grateful for all their help in helping us conceive our twins in 2016-17 and for our new little blessing due in 2020.
The Drs and their staff were really great here. We were very happy w/ our experience with them. However, the front desk (not literally, but the contact process) is AWFUL. I have no idea how they have so many positive reviews. You have to wait for days sometimes for messages to be returned, information always bottle necks, and it can be extremely difficult to get a hold of people when some of the stuff you are doing is extremely time sensitive. Almost every non 5 star review mentions how horrid they are about communication. Much improvement could be shown here, so much that we went elsewhere for our 2nd IVF attempt. We were happy w/ our IVF attempt here but left because of the troubles Ive previously mentioned.
Infertility is miserable, but these guys made it much more bearable. The nurses were very kind and attentive and remembered me and knew who I was. They helped me feel like a real person again instead of something broken. Now, I have two beautiful babies, and they wouldnt be here without UFC! Thank you!
I can’t say enough good things about the Utah Fertility Center, Dr. Gurtcheff, the nurses, and everyone there. Before going to the UFC, we were at the University of Utah fertility clinic and we did one fresh IVF and one frozen cycle there. We had a fine experience with them, but after failing to get pregnant we decided to switch clinics to a place closer to where we live. We went with the UFC on the recommendation of a friend, and I can say that the UFC is more willing to push the bounds and to try everything to try to achieve a pregnancy. We did several brand new tests in our years at the UFC and Dr. Gurtcheff was also willing to try cutting edge medications, procedures, and technology in our IVF cycles. The UFC also monitors their patients very closely during IVF cycles so that they can make adjustments to the medication doses. This makes it so that they can get more eggs at retrieval without patients getting OHSS (in contrast - the U of U did not monitor quite as closely and so they were shooting for a lower number of eggs at retrieval. They also were using old technology to freeze embryos so the thaw survival rate was only like 60% - it has likely changed by now as this was in 2015, but it was old technology in 2015).Another thing I have appreciated at the UFC is that everyone is very sensitive and I felt like they genuinely cared about me. I miscarried after my previous IVF cycle at 9 weeks and everyone was incredibly kind and gentle about it. I was sure they must have all had training on how to emotionally support someone after miscarriage. After 3 fresh cycles and 3 frozen cycles, I am 12 weeks pregnant now and it is thanks to Dr Gurtcheff and her team at the UFC. If you decide to go with the UFC, you can rest assured that you are in good hands.
I can’t say enough good things about Utah Fertility Center. They are so amazing! They really care about their patients being successful. You can tell it’s not all about making money. I’ve worked with multiple doctors and I love them all. If you are looking for hope, this is the place to go! You won’t regret it.
I really hope the doctors would read this and make improvements. I am stuck at UFC because 1. My embryos are there. 2. I love doctor Faulk and Dr. Conway.I echo many of the other frustrated patients. You are TOO DAMN BUSY and your patients are suffering. Poor coordination among staff, it is always a damn circus to get an answer to a question, and nearly impossibly to get a timely returned phone call. Try to hire and train some lifers and pay them sufficiently so they stick around. Tonya, for example is wonderful, but obviously WAY WAY WAY too busy to give patients the care we deserve and need. I can honestly say that the most stressful parts of my treatments are NOT the treatments themselves, but the hassle and headache it is to deal with Utah Fertility Center. I have watched this place chronically go down hill and unfortunately dont have the option of going elsewhere.
I want to start by saying that Dr. Gurcheff is easily a 5 star and I would recommend her to anyone. She is extremely knowledgeable, caring and has been a great resource as my wife and I have gone through 3 rounds of IUI and 2 rounds of IVF. She has been there all along and is a wonderful Dr. And person. I havent had that much experience with the clinic as my wife but I know Chelsea, a nurse, has also been very helpful. The reason for the 3 stars is because of the phone service and receptionist. While my wife has been the one that usually calls, I have personally called and each time I feel like I am such an annoyance when I ask for results or to see if any news has come in. I have had my wife call me in tears because we were told we should get results about whether or not IVF worked at a certain time and never got a call. When she tried calling in it would go to voicemail and would never get a call back. Also, dont bother leaving a message as I have left many with no call back. I understand the clinic has to wait for the Dr. to read the results, but each time we did IVF we were told we would get a response by a certain time and never did and when we call the receptionist she seems so put out and transfers us to the Dr. Staff and with out fail it goes to voicemail. I am not sure how the clinic staffs itself but if I would recommend anything it would be to invest in providing the best phone and receptionist service around as that is the first thing/person a patient experiences especially since your are working with very fragile people.Anyway I dont want to be too negative and if you are looking to do IVF I would recommend UFC, but wanted to warn you about the frontline service. I wish everyone the best of luck in their efforts as it is such a long and hard road!
Tl;dr: For $10,000, I expected *much* better customer service.Course of treatment: In-vitro fertilization (IVF)If it were possible to be more specific about the facility, my review would be as follows:Support directly from doctor: 2/5Support staff: 1/5To summarize:Very limited interactions with doctor. Don’t expect to see yours on more than 3-4 occasions.Support staff condescending and generally slow to answer questions.Plan of care explained in-depth 3 months before detail is necessary, and then not clearly explained again. No “hey, you’re going to start this tomorrow, what questions do you have?” calls or appointments. (When dealing with overwhelming amounts of self-administered medicine, this should be standard.)Clean facilities, major procedures handled unprofessionally.Promises of “we’ll take care of you” made, but rarely fulfilled.Inability to do the simple things, like call in a timely fashion, across all levels of the company, from management and doctors down to office staff.Recommendation: Go somewhere else. You’ll be treated well at UFC and encouraged to start treatment sooner than later, and then the problems will start.
We loved the Fertility Center! I wish that they kept patients past the point of being 9 weeks pregnant, because I would have loved to stay there my entire pregnancy. Anytime they messed up on something (which I feel like inevitably happens with every office), they were quick to remedy it and made sure I didnt have to pay for any issue on their part. They even gave me a sample of diclegis when I wasnt technically a patient anymore, but because I was super sick and had run out of my own diclegis on a day that the pharmacy was closed. Theyre just very professional and care about the patients!
UFC is amazing! We have Dr. Parker and his team to thank for our beautiful baby boy. Everyone there is professional and kind, you will not be treated like a number here.
I cannot thank this place enough. Dr. Parker was able to diagnose me with PCOS after many many visits with other gynecologists who ignored my symptoms. Once we got pregnant, we were seen every week by Xiao Hoffman who is also the best. She took time with the ultrasounds, addressed concerns with compassion, and remembered me as an individual.
We tried for 2 1/2 years to get pregnant with other doctors and nothing worked. Had a consultation with Dr Gurtcheff and she was able to help get us pregnant! We love UFC with their friendly staff and doctors and we will return again when we are ready to try for baby #2.
We have loved working with Dr. Gurtcheff. She is professional, knowledgeable, and takes very seriously her job to give you the best chance of growing your family. The nurses have been great, answering my questions and understanding my fears of concerns. All of the staff is enthusiastic in trying to help you achieve your reproductive goals. We’re very grateful we chose Dr. Gurtcheff for our reproductive assistance needs and highly recommend her and UFC to all our friends.
I first went to Utah Fertility Center a few years ago because I had heard great things about Dr. Foulk. I do think he, as well as Dr. Gurtcheff, are both great doctors. My experience at the clinic, however, was really frustrating. I agree with many of the reviewers that the lack of communication there made it very hard. I cant for the life of me figure out why they dont just hire more people, if that is what is needed, so that someone will answer the phone when you call. Its frustrating to repeatedly call any business during their regular business hours and not be able to reach someone, but I would think especially at a fertility clinic they would understand that a lack of communication during a process that is highly emotional for the patient contributes to the overall anxiety of the situation. I ended up doing three IUIs there before deciding to move on to invitro. I called to see if I could see Dr. Foulk (I had seen Dr. Conway for most of my appointments) but wanted to talk to him since he was the whole reason I had gone to Utah Fertility Center in the first place (I was living in SLC at the time so it would have been easier for me to go to the U or RCC). I was told he had no appointments for 2 months. I then asked if I could talk to him on the phone and they said they had no phone appointments for 3 weeks. I was super frustrated that I couldnt even talk to the person who was supposed to me Dr--enough so that I went and did invitro somewhere else. In the meantime I was lucky enough to get pregnant on my own twice. Last month I had a miscarriage and because I believe Dr. Foulk is a competent Dr and I had done a hysterscopy with him previously, I called to see if they would do a D&C at their clinic (my insurance wouldnt cover it and it was going to cost $5000 at the hospital). Not surprisingly, I had to call a few times and I finally reached someone who told me they did do D&Cs there and they would call me back with pricing information and availability. Also not surprising, nobody ever called me back. So I called another clinic here in SLC, someone answered the phone, they scheduled a consultation for me two days later and fit me in for the D&C two days after that. I cant tell you how refreshing it was to work with a place who one, answers the phone in the first place, and two, makes sure to follow up if they cant initially answer all of your questions. Besides that it seems really insensitive to leave a bunch of distraught women hanging, I would think that from a business stand point it would be a good investment to have someone answer the phone. I spent $15,000 at other clinics literally because nobody would call me back there.
I loved the doctors and nurses I worked with at the clinic. Any time I called with questions they were quick to return my call. I feel like the dr was able to help choose the best treatment and was honest with the success rates. He was thorough with the testing. Overall Im very happy we chose this clinic to help us start a family
Everyone at this clinic made this journey a positive and uplifting experience. They were truly invested in helping my husband and i become parents. I am so so so grateful for them and wish I could stay in their care my entire pregnancy!! Love them all!!!
Very concerning that their Pleasant Grove location called my phone number and left a message with patient information related to blood work that I dont know. Obviously they misdialed but this clinic needs to be a lot more cautious when making phone calls and especially leaving messages.
UFC has always felt like “home” from day one. Infertility is not an easy thing to go through or cope with. It’s very lonely and you feel forgotten. No matter the situation the staff at UFC make sure to make you feel special and that you are important and things will be alright. They had hope for me when I no longer could for myself. After two successful pregnancies with UFC they’ve changed my life forever. I will recommend them to anyone I know.
The staff at UFC were so helpful and kind during the whole process. The ultrasound techs were my favorite and always made me feel special, cared for, and comfortable. Everything felt professional and of quality.
Dr. Conway and her team were excellent throughout the entire process. They made it seamless, easy to understand, and provided constant support. I had a great experience with UFC and I would definitely recommend them.
Terrible availability. Cannot get ahold of them over the phone, sent to voicemail in the middle of the day multiple instances. They also were closed for nearly a week around Christmas and new years as I tried to give them a time sensitive sample. I get having a day or two off… but come on 😂
I dont think I could be any more disappointed in this facility. I was a patient 2 years ago, when I came back they didnt have record of me being there. Dr. Parker told me my clock was ticking (just turned 31)and I waited too long and should just plan on donor eggs. Communication was terrible. I have asked multiple times for a breakdown of my bill that was sent weeks before getting any bloodwork results. Which I had to call multiple times to get. He ordered a water ultrasound to find where the polyps were from 2 years ago. Ultrasound tech couldnt find any and was supposed to look up my previous records and get ahold of me. Never did. Finally got ahold of Dr. Parker and his response was Its like looking at the horizon...you can see the outline of the mountains and the trees, but until you get close you dont know whats there.. I will say the first experience with them was good but things have changed and I will not recommend them at all.
Dr. Gurtcheff was so great to work with. She was knowledgeable, explained our options, and would listen to what we wanted. She was also very compassionate during our whole process and I felt like she really understood and cared.
Infertility is an emotional roller coaster. At Utah Fertility Center, they were sensitive to us and our needs. Dr. Gurtcheff and her staff made sure we stayed well informed and helped us with some of the tough decisions along the way. Our IVF coordinator, Danica, was especially great because she has been through the IVF process herself and knew what we were going through and was very sympathetic to our situation.
