I cannot begin to say how grateful I am to this practice. Everyone was so amazing, understanding and compassionate. It’s so nice to be welcomed every time by your first name. Dr. Levine and his staff are exceptional. I’ve never been sad to have to leave a doctors office. At 45 years old my miracle baby boy has arrived and I will be forever blessed . We have more embryos on ice and wouldn’t trust them with anyone else. It’s like walking into family dinner! They even have kept in touch after our son was born ..where do you find that these days?? Let them make your dreams come true!!!

I wish I can give this place more than 5 stars. The compassion and care that each clinician and staff member provides really helped to provide comfort when undergoing fertility treatments. Fertility treatments can be mentally and physically difficult, but with the team at this facility, I felt stronger. My husband and I were presented with many options. We were well supported with our treatment options. We also had success with a little one after 3 months. I would highly recommend this facility!!!

Words are not enough to say how grateful I am for Dr. Levine and for all of the wonderful and caring nurses and staff I met here! :) They were all so attentive, kind, compassionate and supportive! They answered all of my questions and helped me with instructions. I felt welcomed whenever I visited. It was a long journey for me, but they helped me to get pregnant and now my daughter is 8 months old! I am planning on visiting the institute with my daughter to saythank you again! :)

I can say enough about this place. Dr Levine is such an amazing dr. And person. The nurses are so sweet. The front desk is also nice. The center is super clean and organized. After a long road of trying to get pregnant I landed here to do my ivf treatments and I have my beautiful son at the age of 40. It was hard work and dedication for 1 year but worth every moment and every penny!!! I am forever grateful!!!Thank you so much fertility center of nj and ny!!!

The Fertility institute of NJ&NY is an amazing place , the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They are always very helpful and welcoming.This is my second time coming to them with a successful first pregnancy. Really glad I chose them to help grow my family they definitely stand by “Always believe something wonderful is about to happen.” And for that I’m truly grateful Thank you !

The entire staff at FINJNY is friendly, knowledgeable and sensitive to patients experience. The waiting room is cozy and welcoming, the exam rooms clean, and the retrieval and implantation procedures comfortable. Feeling blessed they were able to help me start my family after several losses.

Walking into a fertility center is not easy. I had mixed emotions from wanting to understand what is “wrong” with me to feeling inadequate. I met with Dr Berin and for over an hour we talked about everything. I never felt rushed and I could instantly feel how much she cares about her patients. Throughout the whole process this office became like family to me. From calming chats and early morning laughs with the phlebotomist Kathy to easy quick instructions from each of the staff. I never felt alone or had to question anything. Rena and Danielle quickly knew what questions I would have when they called to give me instructions and would have answers ready for me. And through a devastating loss were there crying with me on the phone. This is an exceptional office with exceptional staff. I can’t wait to bring my little miracle boy to meet each member of this amazing team!

10/10 would recommend Dr. Berin. She was organized, knowledgeable and set expectations right up front with all our options. She took the time to walk us through the process and answer all our questions. My husband and I know we are in good hands !

I loved working with Dr Berin and Alyson as a Surrogate! They are super friendly and are there for you when you need them! My husband and I were trying for about a year and a half. Prior to going here we were were at another clinic and we felt like a number and it just didn’t feel like the right fit. We were on a wait list for 3 months to come here as my husband heard great things from one of his clients. We are beyond happy we decided to make this switch! We struggle with unexplained infertility and before coming here we did two rounds of IUI which were unsuccessful. While coming here I did two rounds of IVF, two egg retrievals, had one missed miscarriage and after our third transfer we were blessed with our now three week old miracle baby boy. We cannot say enough good things about the entire staff here. Dr.Levine is incredibly kind and patient. After my son was born he reached out congratulating my husband and I on the birth of our son which you do not see often! I also had the pleasure of being under the care of two amazing and kindhearted nurses Rena and Danielle which I still keep in contact with, along with the two incredible PA-C’s Alyson and Melissa! Last but not least Kathy the phlebotomist always found my vein without any issues and always made me laugh with her sense of humor!

I had great experience with them. They took care of me and I felt they are like family to me. I highly recommend the clinic. I would totally go with them every time.

I found Dr. Berin to be pleasant and informed me based on my history, however I do feel strongly that I did not have enough IVF history nor proper testing (as later on found out about 2 important ailments that causes infertility but have the ability to be treated) and was overall ignored for any further treatment due to my history and/or age. Deep down inside, I do feel that she must be focused on helping only those that she feels she knows she can help that are of younger age and help her own reproductive statistics. Which, being a woman needing help, that is so sad to comprehend. If I was a reproductive doctor, I would strive to want to help all women achieve their goals to have a family best way possible. With that said, I did attempt to work with her alternative options donor staff, however the staff never followed through with me, and therefore I went elsewhere. It was very frustrating because I spent time preparing information for them and then waiting for her staff to follow through, which ultimately costed me precious time in this process and which is a very important factor in achieving results while my body is still capable. The staff should take more care in their patients, even the more difficult cases. There is always a solution.

Dr. Berin and her staff are amazing! They helped make a very difficult time in my life a little easier. Dr. Berin thinks outside of the box and is willing to go above and beyond to address any medical needs of her patients. She and her entire staff always treated me with kindness and respect. The nursing staff promptly returns phone calls and the office is clean and organized. Dr. Berin is knowledgeable, caring and dedicated. I completely trust her and her staff with my care.

Amazing group of women who work with you with the goal of getting you pregnant ! You really feel so supported and taken care of . The office is so clean and comfortable. If it weren’t for Dr. Berin and her amazing team I wouldn’t be pregnant with my son! I couldn’t be more thankful.

Ive been to a few different clinics/hospitals for fertility care and FINJNY is the ONLY one I was comfortable and confident at. The staff are amazing. Theyre kind, compassionate, listen and explain everything. They welcomed us from day one and have been there for us every step of the way. I cannot thank them enough for their kindness, care and support. They helped us get pregnant. The journey is not over but I look forward to having the staff meet our babies and celebrate every year the work FINJNY did to make them possible.

Doctor Levine is the most compassionate, caring, and comforting doctor we could have asked for. His attention to detail is unmatched. Fertility treatments are not exactly the easiest, emotionally, physically, mentally, but with doctor Levine, none of that even phased us. We really did feel like part of a family! The entire staff was amazing and really came to know us as a couple. I would recommend this practice to anyone I met trying to conceive. Its a scary process and we knew what to expect every time we went into the office so that really eased our minds. I am now pregnant and this was the most amazing journey of our lives!

My wife has been a patient of the Fertility Institute for almost 4 years. Dr. Berin is an amazing doctor and we could not have asked for better care. Her knowledge and patient care is excellent and the staff is so compassionate and welcoming.

I dont know if I will ever be able to find the right words to describe how amazing Dr. Levine and his entire staff are, but I am going to try. My wife and I really wanted to start a family, and we wanted to work with a practice that had helped lesbian couples. From the moment I contacted them, via their website, Sarah, the Practice Manager was very responsive, transparent, and extremely pleasant to deal with. She forwarded me to Janine, who is the Patient Liaison. We spoke on the phone, and it was as if she had known me my entire life. She made the conversation so easy, and effortless. She scheduled a visit with Dr. Levine for April 2017. We met with Michelle H., an RN in the office, and I was so pleasantly surprised by how extremely nice she was. I still, even after graduating, email her anytime I have questions, or want to share something. Even though she does not have to answer, she ALWAYS does, and I absolutely LOVE her! Dr. Levine is an incredible human being, and I am honored to have been able to have him on this journey with us. From day one, he smiled every single time he saw us. He took his time to explain everything to us from beginning to end, and answered all of our questions. He was enthusiastic, and full of energy every morning we went in for monitoring and insemination. I also have to thank Cathy, because every single time she took blood, I NEVER felt a thing. She is amazing at what she does, and always so nice to talk to. Today, and every single day for the rest of our lives, we will be grateful for Dr. Levine, the staff, and our wonderful nurses.

I cannot say enough good things about Fertility Institute of NJ & NY. I am so thankful for Dr. Berin. Because of her hard work, knowledge and dedication I am pregnant. She is kind and was there every step of the way. Sometimes this process can seem overwhelming but Dr. Berin and the nurses explained everything so thoroughly to me and was always there to answer any questions I had. The entire staff is amazing, including Adrienne, Melissa and Cathy. Everyones bedside manner is excellent. Not to mention the office is beautiful and clean. Making my appointment here was easily one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. They changed my life and I am so grateful.

Dr. Berin is brilliant, compassionate, and determined. The entire staff at FINJNY is so helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout (what often is) a very emotional process. The administrative staff, especially Sarah, is always extremely helpful. She is supportive and there are never any financial surprises. Not once did I have to fight with my insurance. It was all handled for me. I am beyond impressed with FINJNY and I highly recommend them.

Dr. Inna Berin is best and made our dream come truewith her medical magic. She has patience and treated me so so well. She is very accurate and checks all medical conditions thoroughly . All nurses and front desk stuffs are very co-operative , friendly . I am blessed getting successfully treated from NJ Fertility Center.

I cannot recommend Dr. Berin and the Fertility Institute enough! I truly had the best experience and was able to conceive on the first round of IVF. Dr. Berin always took the time to listen and explain all of my options. Sara the office manager, Tanisha the NP, and Kathy the phlebotomist were always so great and supportive. I’ve already recommended several friends who have also had the same positive experience. I was able to deliver a healthy baby girl without any complications. Thank you all at the Fertility Center!

This practice is brilliant. The doctors and nurses are so patient and kind. They really know their stuff!! I trust them and that’s so important in this process! Dr. Berin is the best!

Dr. Berin and her staff are amazing and are very welcoming! They are also very accommodating to people whose insurance doesnt cover fertility treatments.Dr. Berin was able to help my husband and I achieve becoming pregnant in a few months, and we had been trying for over 3 years. She is very personable, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about you as a person. You arent just another number or another patient, you are part of their family as soon as you walk through the doors.Hours are also accommodating to those who work, which is a plus. Blood draws are no big deal when the girls who are doing it are smiling and are so good at it, you dont even feel it. Everything is explained so that you know exactly whats expected of you and know precisely what the next steps are.You cant go wrong by going to Dr. Berin, I am so lucky and grateful for her and her staff for allowing a dream to become a reality.

After 10 years looking to be amom, and with a failed IVF in a different place. Dr. Berin was my angel here on earth sent by God. I was able to be a mother, I have my son, he’s one year old. Thanks to the entire team of the fertility Instituteof Nj & Ny. every step of theprocess was very careful and so professional. I’m so grateful

I have to say I wanted to wait until my happy ending to do this review. My partner and I went to another location before coming to FI of NJ & NY and I am so happy we walked through these doors. Dr. Levine is such a sweet person, very kind, very caring. He made my partner and I feel so comfortable that we were moving forward with our IVF with no reservations. Dr. Levine took the time to listen to what our needs were and guided us to the right path. The entire staff was so respectful and always willing and able to help. My partner and I are now proud parents of twins, boy and girl. I am very pleased with the way I was treated and would like to say a huuuuuge thank you to Dr. Levine and the staff of FI of NJ & NY!!!!

Please avoid this clinic. I almost lost my life due to doctor negligence and contracting a major infection after a procedure done here. There are way too many patients, and it feels like a cattle call. You are rushed in and out, with little to no time to get the attention needed. The front staff is extremely moody, and it is near impossible to speak with the doctor on the phone. When concerns are brought up or questions asked, the attitude is extremely dismissive.

Loved the place, Dr Levine and entire staff. Dr Levine made our dream come true. He emotionally helped me and my hubby during this time. I am glad I visited this place. Also i want to mention one Nurse name RN Irm Khalil clinical manager she was great during one of my procedure she too care of me as sister and step one step ahead in her dutiesAlso helped my Mom to understand my condition and about my treatment while i was unconsious. THANK YOU EVERYBODY WHO WORKS THERE

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I came to Dr. Levine after an awful experience with a different fertility practice and I really wish I had started with FINJNY from the beginning. Every single appointment and interaction in the office was nothing short of excellent. Dr. Levine made me feel like he was personally cheering me on every appointment. Thank you to everyone in the office for taking such good care of me.

Dr. Berin and her team are absolutely AMAZING & WONDERFUL... I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Berin, PAs, all nurses, medical assistants, lab technicians, all administration team, billing team. Staff that cares about you, always making sure you feel comfortable and safe during the entire journey to becoming pregnant which let’s face it - it’s very emotional. They all are very compassionate and understanding. Doesn’t matter what time of the day, you can be sure you will receive a call back. In case of emergency they’re there for you, willing to help and answer any questions. You cannot ask for more qualified and compassionate healthcare professionals. If you are looking for a fertility clinic where you are not only another patient I definitely recommend this office. Thank you for everything!

Fertility Institute has helped me grow my family. I have a beautiful 2 year old and currently pregnant with my 2nd. Youll be well cared for in this institution. I had a great experience with Melissa Connelly and Eduarda. They were who I usually saw very early in the morning and they were always so kind and listened to what I said. It was a successful experience and I would recommended them.

It took me a long time to write this review but better late than never.Dr.Inna Berin is the best!!!! I was able to get pregnant with IVF and I am now, thankfully, 6 months pregnant with a boy. She had made everything so simple and easy and she was very understanding and caring. Dr. Berin and the team at the center have helped me with the process. I recommend it to anyone to go there and the money was all worth it. Thank you Dr. Berin!!!!!!

Excellent place. I tried two other places before i met dr. levine. when we (me and hubby) finally met him, we instantly knew hes our doc. so are the nurses too. this place is filled with nothing but the nicest friendliest experienced knowledgeable nurses you can see in a doctors office. Irm, michelle, cathy (pathologist), Ashley are the best that i came in contact with every visit of mine. Ashley, if i dont see you in the front desk i feel like my visit was not complete. Irm, cannot forget the day i came in for my IM shot and cried like a baby LOL but you proved to be this smooth operator and got it done so quick and painless that i felt like the most silliest adult cry baby ever. Michelle, you are so compassionate!i dont know why anyone would go someplace else for ivf. brand new facility superb nurses to take care, sweet dr., excellent after hours support.oh last but not the least, the back office people, sarah ( god! you are so good with insurance company. you didnt let me face those jerks, instead you did everything for me), penny ( she will ans every question you throw at her), janine ( i thank you so much for keeping us in mind when there was a cancellation and pushing us forward to meet with dr. levine), cathy (if you dont walk me to my room i feel my visit is incomplete),my experience. my opinion. my advice to you - if you are considering ivf , this is THE place.Wishing you all the very best

I cannot say enough positive things about this clinic. Nothing in life is perfect but these gals have been warm, attentive, and respectful through the process. Dr Berin has excetional bedside manner and humility. She has collaborated with me and respected my intuition as well as my wishes. She is a breath of fresh air in an industry full of arrogance and condescension.

My husband and I were married for 5 years and suffered a miscarriage and had went to her to see what we can do to start out family. It took time and patience but as the medicine didnt do anything we decided to do IUI. I was nervous as I did research and saw how low the percentage was for it to work but I never gave up. Thankfully after doing it once I am now 4 months pregnant with a boy. She had made everything so simple and easy and made you comfortable. I would ask as many questions I had and she would answer and always had a smile on her face. I recommend anyone to go there and the money was all worth it. Thank you Dr. Berin!! ❤️💙

Everything went perfect. The staff was wonderful, polite, and very helpful. I got there on time and everything was taken care of professionally. I would definitely recommend this place.

All i could say is they only care about money , they dont care about you. We went though 3 cycles and 7 embryos with Dr Levine not even one day is he proposed any further test like ERA or change the protocole. He just keep taking money . After spending all those money and loosing those embryos ( Mind you our embryos was good quality High grade embryos)He barely spend 15 to talk to us or trying to let us know why the cycles failed. We was runing out of embryos so we had to run before they waste any more good quality embryos and money. The worst Clinic ever . We went to another Clinic and boom on the first try everything went well .

Doctors are good, front office is a nightmare and a disaster. Seen women crying, waiting in lines overdue- they mix so many items up. Too many POCs and too many cooks in the kitchen..... if your looking for a genuine place- the doctors re great, but trust me, the neck that turns the head and wheel is a disaster and cluster of a nightmare at front desk.

Had a consultation with Dr. Levine scheduled for 9 am. took a day off from work, my husband and I, and sent my daughter to school at 730 am to make it there on time, since they mentioned a strict on time policy. this was a 42 mile trip, and there was an accident on the road. I showed up at 9:04 AM with all the forms filled out, and was told he can not see me because I am late. I explained the situation to the receptionist, that there was an accident on the road and that I left super early to be here on time, and if he can just deduct those 4 or 5 minutes from our time with him. she left us standing at the front desk and came back close to 9:20 am just to tell us sorry, he cant see you because of the on time policy. I AM SORRY, IF YOU CANT BE FORGIVING OF 4 MINUTES LATE BECAUSE OF AN ACCIDENT ON THE ROAD THAT I HAD NO CONTROL OVER, THEN YOU CAN NOT BE TRUSTED TO BE COMPASSIONATE AND UNDERSTANDING WITH SUCH A SENSITIVE TOPIC AS INFERTILITY. do yourself a favor, and read reviews before going .

Dr. Berin is very good in explaining things and she treated my pcod and in getting pregnancy. I now have my beautiful baby girl because of her. Thank you so much.
