AFC Urgent Care Beaverton

I had to take my wife to this urgent care, and from past experiences with other urgent cares I wasnt to hopeful that she would receive the help that she needed.However upon walking in, we were greeted by the receptionist Amanda almost immediately. She was very understanding, empathetic, and helpful.Just her alone I would recommend this urgent care.I would also like to say the staff and provider we saw were great as well.

I had an excellent experience at this place. The staff were very friendly and efficient from the moment I walked in. I was seen quickly, and the medical team (provider Paul and MA Karen) took the time to listen to my concerns, explaining everything clearly. The facility was clean and well-organized, which made me feel comfortable and confident in their care. I was in and out in no time, and I left feeling much better. Highly recommend this place for anyone in need of urgent care!

I recently visited AFC, and I must highlight the incredible service I received from the receptionist, Amanda. From the moment I walked in, Amanda greeted me with a warm, friendly smile and immediately made me feel at ease despite the stressful circumstances.Not only was Amanda incredibly professional and efficient, but they also showed genuine empathy and kindness. They patiently answered all my questions, helped me with the necessary paperwork, and ensured my check-in process was smooth and quick. Even though the waiting room was busy, they managed to keep everything organized and treated every patient with the same level of care and respect.It’s rare to encounter someone who goes above and beyond in their role, and Amanda did just that. Their positive attitude and dedication to their job turned what could have been a stressful visit into a much more pleasant experience.I truly believe Amanda is a valuable asset to AFC, and I can’t thank them enough for their exceptional service. If every healthcare facility had someone like Amanda, patient care would be taken to a whole new level.

I came in today for a random alcohol test I was required to take for my job. The staff, Tiffany and Trista were excellent! The place was fairly busy, given its cold and flu season, but they had me in and out in less than an hour! They were super friendly and very accommodating!I’ve been to 3 or 4 different places for random drug or alcohol tests for my job, but AFC has been the best! The last one I had at Providence urgent care, which is who my drug and alcohol testing clearinghouse recommends, had me waiting for over 4 hours to get tested. I guess it’s a good thing I hadn’t been drinking as I would have been sober by the time they finally got around to testing me.I found out about AFC when I needed a drug test to work on a construction job site, and AFC is who they contract with. I was so impressed I decided if I got randomly selected from my clearinghouse I would give them a try again and they didn’t let me down! I’ve definitely found my new testing location. It’s a bonus that it’s also down the street from my shop and on my way home.

I had a great experience at this clinic! I made an appointment the evening prior and was seen on time. I really appreciated the professionalism of MA, Karen and Provider, Ken. They both provided clear, concise communication. Considering how busy these places can get during the holiday season, this clinic deserves a lot of credit for providing such expeditious services on short notice. Thank you Karen and Ken!

Fantastic treatment from the whole staff, I was able to get an appointment same day, blood draw same day and results and follow up in under 24 hours. All the staff is super friendly and nice especially MA-Karen and Provider Joe! I highly recommend this facility!

Have great service done with a wonderful staff. Dr. Paul Park was clear and professional with the tests being run, Jessica was helpful in getting me prepped and Karen was comforting / encouraging finishing off the testing and blood drawing. Wonderful team effort and always feel taken care of when I need their help.

I had been putting off going to the doctor for longer than I should have. I finally went in dreading how long everything was going to take, the reason why I delayed going in the first place. Amanda at the desk was amazing and got me checked in quickly and painlessly. Amara the MA was really great. She listened to my concerns and took notes to pass on to the doctor. Once Dr. Park came in he was thorough with the exam and got me taken care of quickly. I was in and out in less than 45 mins and I was able to pick up my prescription as well.I was presently surprised with the speed and friendliness of the clinic on a Sunday evening. I will for sure be going back if I need urgent care again!

On vacation and needed urgent care. I went to AFC and even though they estimated the wait at 1 hour (I didnt have an appointment thats on me not them) we waited way less. Maybe 35 minutes. Karen took me back and she was wonderful. I wasnt in the system so there was a lot to add and she was so diligent but also made me feel so at ease. I saw Dr. Park who was great and to the point. Ordered tests, sent an rx to the pharmacy and helped to cut my wait time. Thank you so much, I certainly recommend this Urgent Care.

No long waits. The staff is friendly, courteous, and they listen to you. Karen and Yuri were amazing! They took excellent care of me and even had a treat for me for my birthday! I felt they genuinely cared about my well-being.

First time went to this location.One of the best visits , my Son was traumatized due to past experience with blood draws at another provider, but MA- Karen here spent like 20 minutes just to find the perfect spot due to not finding a visible vain and made him feel like its nothing, talked to him and tried her best to make him feel comfortable. In the end we went home happy which is never the case with bloodtests with kids. Thanks a lot Karen and team

Ive taken my family here several times, and every time, there is always a very warm and welcoming greeting and fast wait times, considering its urgent care and they are often busy. My concerns are always taken seriously, and I have even received referrals when needed. In contrast, other places I have visited frequently have excused my concerns without looking deeper into them. On my most recent visit, I was pleased to see: (MA: Amara & Trista, Provider: Smith)However, all of the staff (front office, especially with my kiddos) make coming here feel like a treat instead of a chore.**Always a plus when you dont feel the best*

AFC Urgent Care is my go to! Today was my best experience by far! The MA, Karen was the sweetest and had the prettiest blue eyes! Then the Provider, Chris took really good care of me!! Really efficient care, i got help almost immediately (just a few in waiting room) - i was actively bleeding from a wound. I had Karen who was the medical assistant and my provider was Paul and both were excellent in explaining what they were doing and why, and took time to listen to me - and were really empathetic. The staff at front desk were also wonderful. 5 stars all around.

I had an excellent experience at AFC Beaverton for my DOT physical. The staff was friendly and professional throughout the entire process. Trista, in particular, was amazing. She made me feel comfortable and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. The entire visit was quick, smooth, and stress-free. Front office was professional, kind and engaging. MA that did my intake was also professional, engaging and took detailed notes. The PA who saw me did not give me five minutes of his time. The conversation felt rushed, he did not seem to care about me as a person. I left feeling like I was wasting his time with my symptoms.

Went in for ear lavage in both ears. Could hardly hear a thing due to the buildup of ear wax. The care I received was excellent. The medical assistant, Yuritza, who did most of the cleaning, was patient, communicative, skilled, enthusiastic, gentle and got the work done efficiently. The additional staff: front desk, medical assistants and doctor were also great and easy to work with. The facilities themselves were clean and very professional. The online registration was also suprisingly well designed. Thank you for the great care!

I really loved my experience @ AFC in Beaverton. Karen and Jennifer took such great care of me. I was there for my DOT physical and drug testing, and Ive never felt more welcome, and loved at any clinic before .Ive been here a few times now, but never met Jennifer or Karen. I feel blessed, to have met such wonderful people. All the best to Jennifer, and I cant wait see Karen again ❤️ PS: I got the job, and will for sure, bring some highly deserved treats for you ❤️

Amanda Went above and beyond figuring out all of my insurance information that changed 10 days ago. She spent 30 minutes on the phone tracking down my new information so I could be seen, without coming out of pocket! Thank you Amanda!

Worst waste of time EVER! Please, there are several other options nearby. Dont waste your time here! I sat for 10 minutes listening to the doctor give every reason why I should go to the ER. OK, maybe that would have been the conclusion, BUT! He never once examined me. I asked for a metabolic and liver panel to at least get that going. He sat for 5 minutes again rambling on about why he thinks I should just leave.FYI-was there for severe bloating and stomach pain. There was never a comment about pain killers or anything. This was not a drug-seeking episode. He suggested i take this to my primary care provider, AFTER I told him I was there because the bloating and nausea were getting worse and my care provider only has appointments 2+ months out. So I felt he wasnt really even listening to me. He just wanted to push me out and, I dont know, take the next case not so demanding of attention and thought? Another covid screen? Worst service, worst doctor, and worst experience EVER in urgent care HISTORY.

Amanda and Trista are amazing .At first i was so afraid of needles they motivated me and i didnt felt any pain and their way of communication was very gentle and helping . Best service ill say For me its more than 5 star or 10/10

The AFC staff was very friendly and helpful from beginning to end. I came couple of times for the doctor visit and the vaccination and Trista and Dr. Sodhi were just wonderful! they made everything easy and comfortable, gave the necessary explanations where needed, regarding the medical care.

We have been to the Beaverton branch several times and everyone has been great. We have definitely switched to use them as our go to urgent care. Kudos to everyone there!

I came in for a random urinalysis. Amanda was both working as receptionist and ended up being the one who assisted in the testing. She had a wonderful attitude and got me in-and-out in a very timely manner.

Amanda did a great job setting me up for my employers drug testing. She was kind, friendly, professional, and made the process fast, convenient, and gave good tips.

I went in to the Beaverton AFC Urgent Care and was immediately greeted by the front desk person. My check in was quick and I felt welcomed. Karen called me back (I think she was an MA) and she explained exactly what the test I was having done required. She was patient, knowledgeable and just a really nice person. The lobby was full yet they made sure everyone was taken care of timely.

Amanda and Jessica were very friendly and helpful. I appreciate that they were able to fit me in shortly and kept me up to date on ETA and made sure everything was in order prior to my appointment

One of the most professional and courteous nurses I have ever met . She was extremely knowledgeable as well as intuitive. Dr Joe was amazing as well. After explaining my situation of having been seen by 3 different physicians in the last week with no relief of my symptoms. He knew exactly what was needed. I cannot recommend this location enough.

I came here cause i needed to be seen since i dont have a primary care at this time. The staff esp Trista who made the whole experiance even better and was supper friendly and upbeat it was a good visit here and Dr G was very nice and was very thorough in my care... could not be happier with the care i got from here.

Don’t understand the purpose of making an appointment/completing the registration ahead of time, only to still have to wait 30+ minutes.Waited over an hour to be seen. When asked about it, the woman at the front told me there are no appointment times. Selecting a slot just guarantees you’ll be seen.Seems to me like they overbook folks & then rush through the appointment. No one has all day to wait at an “urgent” care.Medical assistant was less than pleasant. Never smiled one time & rushed through the initial intake.I wouldn’t recommend this location whatsoever.

I love this urgent care. I’ve gone a few times and always have a good experience. This time I was having stomach problems and just walked in, fortunately I didn’t have to wait long. Karen was very kind and caring and Dr. Park was knowledgeable and took my concerns seriously which I greatly appreciated. Everyone there is friendly and I never feel like a burden. I did end up having to go Emergency at a different hospital for further work up but it was clear that they cared and were concerned for my health. Overall very good experience and I will continue to go there but hopefully not for a while.

Without doubt one of our best experiences yet since moving to America. The staff at AFC Beaverton and Cedar Mills were all incredible! Super understanding; patient and incredibly supportive. They made us feel very relaxed even when we had some issues with having bloods drawn. In particular Trista at Beaverton and Amara in Cedar Mills were beyond amazing! Was seen within hours of calling and there was basically no wait. Everyone is so professional and kind. The care given to me was exemplary. I was examined, had an X-ray and diagnosis. Karen and Dr Park were fantastic. It was a very positive experience and I can happily recommend them.

AFC beaverton has been really great lately - I have been struggling with bronchitis and sinus infection and their staff and doctors have been kind caring and helpful the past several weeks during multiple visits. Tiffany and Amanda have been so helpful coordinating appointments and communication, and Trista, Dr. Rana and Dr. Sodhi were so kind and helpful in the rooms and with treatment both virtually and in-person. Despite being busy in their office, the staff has all been professional and patient. When I need quick care, I am grateful they are there!

Trista was my nurse and she was so caring and helpful. I came in with a dog bite and she was really gentle. I even got a shot which I usually cry over but she made the experience as comfortable as I could be. Amazing nurse!

Every employee was very considerate and understanding! Despite being busy, they did their best to see me swiftly and I was there in total for about a hour. Sarah, the PA, was super attentive and kind/really listened. I also overheard one of the employees speaking to a patient in Spanish, which is awesome to see that that’s an option!

The staff and doctor we saw at AFC Beaverton were exceptionally helpful & accommodating. We had a last minute scramble for a physical exam to complete a school health form. I accidentally went to the wrong location and the manager was so kind about my mistake and got us in with a doc right away. Our doctor had a warm bed side manner, as did our nurse. The vibe is good in this office, people are positive and upbeat. So refreshing, thank you!

Had a drug screening done here. Amanda was awesome and got all of my info taken care of beforehand! I was in and out in under 15 mins. Super easy.

I came into AFC 3 hours before my appointment because I was bleeding all over the place. The woman working the front desk took a look and was quickly able to get my appointment moved forward. They were able to get me in the back and getting cleaned up within 10 minutes of walking in, which was amazing! Ive waited over 4 hours at the ER when I was in far worse condition before, so this was amazing.Once I got to my room I was greeted by our MA, Karen, who was very friendly and made us feel immediately comfortable. She was not only very personable, but very good at her job. She made sure I understood what she was doing and would be able to continue to care for my wound at home.Dr. Sodhi was my primary provider during this visit and was equally great. He did a thorough inspection around the area of the wound and made sure there wasnt any deeper or peripheral damage, explained the types of complications that could come up, and explained why they made certain decisions regarding my treatment.Overall the staff at AFC seemed very well informed and like they genuinely enjoy helping people. Plus, my wound ended up healing very quickly so Im super happy with the whole experience!Hopefully I dont need urgent care anytime soon, but Ill be avoiding the ER and going to AFC if I do!

AFC is a great place! Trista made me feel cared for and appreciated as I went through my DOT physical exam. AFC was quick and efficient. For a Sunday Trista was really nice and made me feel comfortable and relaxed as physical exams can be real nerve racking. Dr.Pango conducted a very thorough exam and made sure I was not at risk of any future injuries. AFC overall performance is quite above than all other urgent cares. Thank you for going above and beyond for my medical care.

After a terrible experience at the Tigard location and a past experience at cedar hills, this location really delivered as always! I’ve been seen here a few times and they are really the BEST one!Karen was fast, efficient, and on time. Got out of there fast and on with my day. Time is valuable and they won’t waste it with excuses.Also shout out to Trista and Dr Molstrom last week. Seen after a MVA and was very reassuring and wonderful. I’m feeling so much better! The environment is good.. clean, calm and welcoming. Attend to all different types of patients. Good quality care and diagnostic testing if you are sick. Sometimes its in and out care, sometimes its a bit of a wait but they are great! Lucky to have near my home such a secure clinic. They do more than just urgent care! Check out their website! Unable to wait with regular appointment so was given an 8 am appointment with no wait time. Very helpful and kind employees and Dr was very attentive and listened to my concerns. Also was called the next day to check up on me. Thanks for all you do!

I came in today for a prescription refill and had a great experience. The staff were very friendly and professional. I felt no judgement here at all like I have in the past at different clinics. Im disheartened at the experience I had with the staff I had at this urgent care. I had a good experience with the receptionist and my PA at the time of my visit, and received the appropriate care plan for my injury. I had questions regarding my workers comp and was well informed on my options. However the appointment went a little longer than expected, and the clinic was almost closing (although it was still about 5 minutes left).I had one more question regarding my workers comp case, but the staff seemed to be rushing me out of the clinic by refusing to let me ask the PA a question. One of the staff members told me to get back in the room in an annoyed tone, and another staff member quickly rushed an explanation with a poor attitude. I apologized for taking up their time, and they instead returned a negative attitude. The receptionist also had a poor attitude as I was arranging my follow up appointment. Overall I was left with the sense that I needed to get out of there and that I was not welcome anymore.I understand that I was taking up more of your time that you would have liked, but I wanted to make sure that I had the information I needed to assure I can recover from my injury. I would have hoped that my care providers would care more for my health than getting out of work on time, but it looks like that wasnt the case here. I used to visit this clinic all the time and have always had a wonderful visit, but after this experience I doubt I will ever return.

Dr. Sodhi and Trista were absolutely amazing. They answered all my questions and were both wonderful people to speak to. Both had great senses of humor and lightened the serious mood. They managed to make sure I was well taken care of and I left feeling much better than I had when I initially went in.Would highly recommend them!

I really wasnt expecting such a personal experience at urgent care, everyone there was extremely welcoming. My experience with Dr Sodhi as well as Trista was exceptional. I got a very detailed, understandable explanation from the doctor and Trista was very thorough about answering my questions.

I want to start this off by disclosing that Im a black woman. Ive experienced medical malpractice because of those two reasons stated above so I havent gone to the doctors for almost 8 years out of fear of the treatment. Today, as someone with breast cancer frequently showing up in my family tree, I discovered an abcess on my breast and was forced to have it seen. I was VIOLENTLY anxious with a spiked heart rate and everything. Upon entering, not only was the sign in simple and super straightforward thank you to the kind women at the front desk, I wasnt waiting for even 30 seconds before I was called to get help. As I said, I was extremely anxious the entire time as this is my first time at the doctors in a while with something happening on a very sensitive area I was anxious about disclosing. Not only was Karen such a huge help but she was so kind to me almost to the point of tears. She checked my vitals and told me some stories of her own about doctors offices, even reassured me that the male doctor that would be seeing me was kind and gentle and she was absolutely right. Ken was super kind, very thorough and listened to my concerns without question. I didnt feel crazy, there was no gaslighting as I thought there would be, and while examining and swabbing the area they both would consistently check in to make sure they werent hurting me. Karen helped me cover up afterward and helped swab me for a throat infection and while it was a bit of a grueling process she was super kind and transparent the entire time and I truly cannot be more thankful for the both of them. Ken wrote me my doctors note, insisting I rest. Karen delivered it to me, and I was on my way within 30 minutes of being there. Quick, painless, zero anxiety at all afterwards. Truly brought to tears writing this because it was such a relief coming in. If you are a black person, a woman/uterus bearing person, and/or a member of gen z [whos afraid of making doctors appointments] absolutely make an appointment here, youll be taken care of. Karen is one of the good Karens, trust 😭🙏🏽❤️ sending much love to that location. The bad reviews youre seeing was before a staff change. Dont let those mislead you. I recently visited this center and met Dr. Sodhi. I was truly impressed by his kindness and patience. Throughout the check-up, he took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel very comfortable. The entire staff was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and efficient. Trista, in particular, was incredibly welcoming and ensured I received the necessary forms right away. Overall, I had a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this center to anyone.

The entire AFC Beaverton location was amazing. Especially the head manager Tiffany. Despite being very inconvenient, she was able to help me get what I needed for my study plan. Was able to get a last minute appointment in the evening to help relieve my pain. Jennifer listened to my concerns and made sure that we had the right treatment for me. Karen was super caring and made sure I was comfortable during the entire stay. Although my treatment made them stay past closing time I didn’t feel rushed and felt safe and cared for.

Excellent service! The MA Karen was great to work with. She was polite and knew exactly how to do the job. Also, my PROVIDER Jennifer was great! Always polite and to the point and listens to the guests! Highly recommended!

Went in for a pre-employment drug screen. Ashley st the front desk was very patient and helpful.... Im kind of a tech idiot!! Karen in the back who administered my test was warm and kind and knew exactly what she was doing. I was in and out within about a half hour.Thank you Ashley and Karen for a job well done!!!!

If you want to get treated with absolute indifference, Ashley is your girl! I scheduled an appointment online and didn’t receive a confirmation text, despite still having my mobile browser open with the appointment confirmation. She could not have cared any less. She had to go to the back to whisper about me for several minutes before she could come back to the reception desk and offer the very basic “our system is having trouble” excuse, and told me I could wait for an hour and “maybe” be seen, despite still having the appointment confirmation viewable in the browser. She didn’t even offer to check for other appointment availability at any other location. She’s a real peach to interact with.

MA Karen was very personable/friendly. And Dr Sodhi was friendly as well and even educated me about some odd pains I might feel as my bone is healing. 5 stars and a chicken sandwich.

The manager Tiffany was able to get us a same day appointment. I was incredibly grateful for that. My daughter loved having Trista as her MA. She said she explained everything ahead of time and was very calming. Someone was shadowing and we felt like Trista did an excellent job of teaching while also maintaining an exceptional level of care at the same time.Dr. Sara answered all of our questions and was amazing as well. Super grateful

I saw a PA for symptoms of cold/flu/allergies. Chris, I think is her name, ordered a respiratory panel after listening to my lungs and looking down my throat. The panel will check for viruses and bacteria. I had a few questions that she answered, and also got a sheet to give me showing what exactly what I will be tested for.Then her assistant, Karen, came in and took samples from my nostrils. Both were very kind. I’m glad this Urgent Care is so close to me.

Yuir was an outgoing individual who helped with my pre employment drug screening. It was close to the end of the work day and she still had a positive and bubbly attitude!

Jennifer has been my pcp for 3 years and is the best provider I have ever had. I have checked in at this location for DOT physical Test and my uncle for Permanent Resident card medical test. Best place to visit so nice people working here.DR. I needed to get pre surgery clearance (blood tests and EKG) and after my own doctor couldn’t get me in for a few weeks, my surgery coordinator said I should give afc a call. Not only did they get me in the next day, it was a pleasant experience. Amanda and Melissa were so kind and friendly. Thank you front staff as well.

I went in for an ear canal blockage. I had my ears cleaned before, so I knew its not a pleasant procedure at all, but Karen was gentle and gave me breaks (while also asking if I was doing ok every time). Doctor Park was also very efficient and diagnosed my issue quickly.

We were able to get an insta care appointment last minute on a Friday night. Staff were very nice, accommodating, and knowledgeable! We really appreciated Karen and Dr. Park as our service providers.

Forgotten in exam room for 40min. Ended up leaving and getting a refund. No one check in after putting us in there, had to go out myself and figure out what was going on. Not the first time we had a bad experience either. First couple vists were as good as a visit to urgent care can be and we assumed the first bad experience was a fluke but now we will not be returning.

Karen was a fantastic nurse who stayed late and took care of my daughter like a mother would to her child. The doctor was also superb.

We like how close this one is to our house but they always seem to run an hour or more behind. Every time weve made an appointment and the entire process turns into a 2-3hour visit, with most of it being a waiting game. We have not experienced this with other AFC locations. If youre hoping to get in on your appointment time and out in a timely manner, you should plan for a longer visit than expected.

I went in for a simple drug test and was given great quick and easy help, Tiffany helped me get registered and setup and I quickly got in and took the test, she gave me time and helped a lot overall really quick and easy experience.

After calling customer service, I was told they accept walk-ins at this location. However, upon arrival, I waited about 5 minutes with no one at the reception desk. When the receptionist finally arrived, she rudely informed me that they weren’t accepting walk-ins for the day.I explained that I had already called and was told there were available slots. She begrudgingly checked and confirmed they could fit me in but claimed they didn’t have rapid COVID tests available, which I suspect wasnt true. She then sent me to another location, a 20-minute drive away.To add to the frustration, while I was waiting, another patient arrived without an appointment, and the same receptionist offered to help her without hesitation. Clearly, walk-ins were being accepted after all. The receptionist’s rude attitude and unwillingness to help were unacceptable. I’m not sure how someone like that is working at the front desk.When I asked for her name, she refused, You can check in your records she accepted the other patient walked after me!!

I had to come in late on Halloween to dress a burn that I got just before close. Ashley was so helpful and got me on the schedule quickly, Yuri got me in a room and comfortable while taking my information and even made me laugh while in a good amount of pain which is lovely! 10/10 recommend

First I was greeted by Ashley at the front desk and she was very friendly. Jennifer, the NP, and Trista, the MA, were friendly and upbeat and caring. Then I saw Dr. Jablin was awesome. Caring, friendly, and real! I highly recommend this clinic!

Not overly impressed. I had to go to Beaverton to see a specialist for my foot I was referred by the oc clinic. I understand they are just doctors and only capable of so much but I received two different diagnosis from Two different doctors. The second didnt do anything different from the first. So it was time consuming for nothing and I still have the same amount of pain. I wont be back. I will go elsewhere for medical care in the future.

Trista is AMAZING!!! I love her! I’ve been coming to AFC on Allen Blvd since May 10th, 2024 for my work injury(right hamstring). She has been my attending nurse before I am seen by Dr Sarah Wright(PA).I want to acknowledge Trista has the best bedside manner, even when she’s not having a great day!My last visit on July 27th, I still hadn’t heard back from SAIF Corp on the approval status of my Independent Medical Exam, which was to her surprise because I had been waiting to hear back so long on the approval notification. Trista sd very succinctly “Bro I’m making a phone call I’ll be back!” She went above a beyond what I was anticipating her to do and got my adjuster on the phone and got my IME approved within 15 mins of me being in the exam room. I was so grateful for that, she accomplished so much in so little time, I had trouble conveying my appreciation! All I kept saying was “Oh my God, thank you, thank you & thank you so much!”The level of care her is out of this world in my experience. It’s not lost on me what she does and has done to help w my continued care while keeping my goals of recovery attainable through the bureaucracy that is the medical system.Thanks so much to Trista & all the staff at AFC Allen!

I wish that I could separate the review between provider and MA because the provider, Jennifer, was thorough, competent, compassionate, humble and I felt heard. She was willing to look outside the box and is doing a diagnostic workup seeking much needed answers instead of reviewing and copying previous providers opinions. She deserves a 5 star. The MA, however, and I do not know her name, has been rude, short, intolerant, and dismissive, caring more about the schedule than the patient who is suffering. My first visit was with Karen, who was empathetic and thorough.I would give her a 1-2 star.Overall, its been a good experience. Patients come in broken, some at a deeper level. Some hanging on by a thread. Its important to remember this and deescalate rather than escalate their anxieties

Had multiple different health issues, and being in the urgent care, normally only able to deal with one issue at a time. my MA, Karen was able to take care of all my issues and was very nice and helpful. and the doctor Jennifer was also very helpful and kind and was able to get me completely taken care of and get my medication sent to pharmacy quickly. all done on the 4th of July. great service and very helpful and nice staff.

This AFC Urgent Care is my favorite one. People there are the nicest. I just had a visit today and was coming late. They gave me a call and were so nice to ask if I was coming and ask me if they could see a walk in before me. I was welcomed with a big smile by Tiffany even though I was late, she is always so sweet.I needed some vaccines and Trista was the nurse that did them. She has the hand of an angel and was the nicest one as well.We have two other AFC urgent cares near us but I never mind doing the drive just to have a nice experience every time.Thank you guys!!!

My friend told me that this is his favorite care clinic to visit and I see why. Everyone I interacted with was kind, professional, and courteous. Reception was easy and I was seen quickly. Esperanza and Sara helped me today. They answered all my questions with ease and made me feel comfortable. Hopefully I wont have issues for awhile but if I do Ill come here first.

Karen and Jennifer were great, and helped keep things light hearted while I was bleeding from a stressful situation of breaking up a cat fight between my two fur babies. Today I got the most amazing help From Trista and Erik, Trista made sure I was as comfortable as possible for 4-5 different thongs all cuasing me pain, and Erik gave me all thw help he possibly vould to make me comfortable and provide whatever remedies he could. I got some rough things going on, but I still got to laugh and be happy during my visit and my way out. Thank you, this place gives me hope for those who are afraid of hospitals.

I just had a telehealth appt with a female PA (sorry, I cant recall her name!) and she was very thorough and responsive to my respiratory infection. She sent prescriptions for a couple different antibiotics and an inhaler. I highly recommend AFC and will be using them again for any urgent care needs.

Dont go here if youre seeking quality medical care. Apparently being symptomatic with cold symptoms and a diagnosis with a very swollen sore throat the day prior does not justify a work note. Treated me with nothing but apathy. Their excuse? Well, I have to go to work when I test positive for Covid. Coming from a doctor herself... Thus risking getting patients sick. I rest my case.

Amanda and Tiffany were so kind and efficient during my visit today for a drug screening. I take a fair amount of drug screenings due to line of work Im in and they made it quick and painless so I could get back to work!

No one likes coming to an urgent care it was a nice surprise to have a good first experience! Amanda at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful!

Tiffany was very polite when helping us schedule our appointment. We were able to get an X Ray same day, thank you Amanda and Sohdi for providing exceptional care.

The process from beginning to end was quick and efficient. Karen and Dr. Park were pleasant to work with and the facility was clean. I’d recommend this clinic.

A week ago, I came here because of an inflammation caused by a subcutaneous cyst in my back. All the medical staff here are very friendly and enthusiastic. Especially: Sarah has superb medical skills and quickly and accurately formulated a treatment plan, which quickly relieved my pain. Karen has a very friendly attitude and meticulous dressing care, and also provides detailed instructions on how to handle it when going home. I am currently recovering well from my injury, and I am truly grateful to Sarah and Karen, as well as all the medical staff here!!!

This place is a scam. Avoid!! Waited over an hour in the patient room, physician had no idea what he was talking about. Prescribed me antibiotics when I didn’t need them. I now need more medical help to reverse what they did. Then I got slapped with a giant bill. DO NOT GO HERE!

Great staff but the equipment needed to be upgraded. The thermometer on the vital machine was broken. The blood pressure cuff was faulty and was not working. This is unacceptable for patients who rely on these machines.

The staff were nice and accomodating. Karen was so nice. She was great. The doctor was so nice and patient. I definately recommend anyone to this location. 11/10 stars

I received a phone call from AFC this afternoon and spoke to someone who has a sense of humor and knows that cuss words arent always used to abuse people :) (I have a dirty mouth - blame my parents)I think that one of the biggest problems in our healthcare system is that there are not enough people who are willing to take the time to listen to the concerns of their patients, which only creates more frustration. So, when I called this urgent care looking for my results and was asked Is this Meghann? and then LAUGHED at by the man that answered the phone when I said yes (after he confirmed NO patient identifiers), that didnt make the situation any better.All of this to say, after being able to vent my frustrations about the provider that I saw, and not being treated like Im an idiot (plus being told that the issue with the provider I saw had been taken care of), Id say I am inclined to go to this urgent care again if I ever need to. Which is cool because they can usually get me in quickly and are super close to my house.Anyways, I appreciate the phone call and actually LISTENING to my concerns.*** OLD REVIEW ***I went to this urgent care for an in person visit after TWO virtual visits with this same urgent care for a yeast infection.The provider is saw virtually (same for both visits) was very helpful. Gave me a prescription for my issue, gave me information on how to relieve symptoms, etc.2 days after taking the medication (I know this doesn’t seem like long, but this medication works quickly) is when I had my second virtual visit. I was in tears and hysterical because I was in so much pain I could hardly function. I was told to go in person.When I arrived, I was checked in and called back very quickly - which I appreciated.The MA took my vitals and had me pee in a cup.I waited for a while and the provider came in. I reiterated my entire story to her.Now side note before we go into the next part - I have been a medical assistant for 10 years specializing in family medicine and OB/GYN.This provider told me things that contradict everything I have ever learned as an MA, and while I know I am not a doctor, I have done every aspect of their jobs for them for the last 10 years, outside of diagnosing and prescribing medications.I was given absolutely no information or resolution to the extreme amount of pain I was in. When I asked what I could do, she LITERALLY shrugged her shoulders. I told her I had 3-day Monistat at home, and she asked me what Monistat was. I had to explain to her what it was and how to use it. Her reason for not knowing what it is was, “I haven’t had a test infection in years.” Well lucky you! Fortunately, as a medical provider you don’t have to HAVE a yeast infection, you just have to know how to treat one.Here we are now, a little more than 48 hours after my appointment where they tested me for everything under the sun related to the symptoms I had, I have heard NOTHING about my test results.I called this afternoon and asked about them. The person on the phone said “oh, no one has called you yet?” No, no one has called me yet, probably why I’m talking to you right now. I was told the results were abnormal and a doctor will call me “sometime today”. Still awaiting that call, and I will quite literally drop dead before I ever go back to this urgent care.

I have been going to the Beaverton AFC for many years for DOT physicals. Today’s visit was more than pleasant. I waited only a few minutes before Esperanza-MA called me back. She was very friendly and treated me with care and respect. Excellent costumer service. Sara-PA conducted my physical. This is the second year I have seen her and I hope to see her next year. She is very kind treats me with respect and is very professional. I will continue going to AFC Beaverton for my DOT physicals. Unfortunately the cost has gone up (everything has) but with the excellent customer care that Esperanza and Sara provided it is easier to deal with price increases.

1000% recommend, Best Urgent Care I can remember. Dr. Sodhi and Trista were amazing! Seriously all the things I look for in medical professionals - Kind, caring, knowledgeable, active listening, and willing to laugh at my dark humor.I personally worked in the medical field for 10+ years and everyone here was incredible. I was very grateful to be seen on such short notice, on a holiday, & I was treated so kindly by Karen and the Dr. (her name escapes me) I didnt even get through my level on my puzzle game before they were working on me, and getting me headed back with my family for the 4th. Thank you to all the staff there who were so bright, friendly, & welcoming. It means lot when always but even more when you arent feeling well.

We have attempted to come here multiple times and were turned away because they were only taking people with appointments (despite the sign on their door saying that no appointment is necessary and no one else was actually in their waiting room). The times where they have decided to check us in, we have had to wait upwards of an hour or more to be seen once we’ve been seated in the exam room.On top of this, they insist on playing very loud club music in the waiting room and the exam room televisions often play police chase footage and other high-tension content. This is extremely detrimental for people with anxiety or sensory issues or anyone who just isn’t feeling well (which is everyone who comes to an urgent care).The care here is absolutely unacceptable in every way and the people who run this facility should be ashamed of their care (or lack thereof).

Made an appointment for my DOT physical. Checking in was very simple and friendly. Was called back 5 minutes early. Greeted with a big smile and good energy by Karen was smiling and just made the appointment go by not only quick. She made it much fun, had a great conversation with her and made me feel great. Jennifer made it a great Checkup. Smile and ask question about the job I have and curious about what I did. lol made me laugh also. this a good place to go to. good energy, good vibe, smiling, Respectful. They made you feel welcome. would definitely go back if I needed to.

Went to multiple afc locations for pre-travel medicine. This location provided the necessary vaccines and perscriptions at extremely high cost compared to other companies if I had done my research. Had issues picking up the perscriptions due to errors in the information sent to the pharmacy by the clinic- also resolved after several calls to both the clinic and pharmacy. Now months later I am getting bills with inconsistent to services provided -saying my previous payment was much less than my credit card statements confirm.Edit: after this review posted the billing errors were corrected by AFC. I still do not recommend them for travel medicine due to the high cost of services even with good insurance compared to other options

Had a great annd easy experience at AFC Beaverton. FNP Jennifer was very helpful and a fun person to talk with. The women here are fantastic at what they do and creating a welcoming environment. MA Trista was so comforting. All in all i know that I’ll be well taken care of at AFC. Fingers crossed no more back pain. Thank you.

They were thorough and kind. They all listened and got us in even though it was close to closing on a Saturday evening. I appreciated the time the doctor spent trying to figure out what was going on with my kid. I will go back here if I need it again.

We had to come in last minute today for a sports physical for my daughter, Trista and Sodhi (MD) were great! Quick, kind, and patient. My daughter had the best experience shes had yet in a Drs office. We greatly appreciate them.

I was too sick to do the account information…so the Medical Secretary came and sat by me and filled it all out for me. She was very kind to me. The exam was very thorogh. She even asked for details about my extractions. I left knowing I’d be feeling better soon. The whole experience was so wonderful, it made me want to return again. Today I received a follow-up call. All very appreciated so much. Love them.

Karen & Jenn were phenomenal in providing me with care and support through my illness. No request was too much for them to accommodate and the energy alone left me feeling much better on my way out the door. A+ to this AFC!!!

Went in to get my ears checked and ended up needing a cleaning Trista who helped me was so nice and cool about it very kinda and awsome person definitely would recommend her if u got to AFC same with Chris smith both were very awsome people who took care of me while I was there huge thanks to them for being cool kinda and very helpful!!

Everyone was very kind but especially Trista, she was amazing, she went above and beyond and was very attentive and helpful !!

Fantastic, clean, and efficient but still wondering why they didnt give my wife any kind of protective sleeve or splint after they stitched her fingertip back together. We had to go buy our own so she would keep bumping it on things. That seems odd to me...

I have been a patient of Jennifer for awhile now and really appreciate the care she gives. She knows her work! She has a fantastic personality and a friendly manner. She puts you at ease. Today is the first time I have met Karen but it feels like Ive known her forever! Shes great at what she does and puts you at ease, she knows her work. Very satisfied with both these ladies! AFC is the only place I go!

This center is by far the best medical place I’ve been to in the Portland metro area. Jennifer, FNP and Esperanza, MA took great care of me and answered all of my questions. Ashely at the front desk processed my new patient info and insurance super fast. I’d come back here if I need anything! Best energy nicest people!

Karen and Dr Park were incredibly helpful, I felt every question was confidently answered as well as it being super comfortable environment.

I went into urgent care for shoulder pain and my head has been so frazzled with pain, Tiffany was so kind and helped me with all my questions and filling out paper work. I immediately felt at ease and welcomed. All the staff was great, clean facility, quick wait times. One of the best urgent cares ive been to in along time.

I have been seeing Melissa Eliss who is a fine Physician Assistant for over a month now for a lumbar spine fracture I got from a fall at work. She has been very caring and patient with my healing process. She is very knowledgeable about how to fill out Return To Work Status forms Ive needed to show workmans comp and my attorney. I work well with her because she listens to my pain level and sets work restrictions according to my level of pain. I rate her with a 10 for giving me excellent care during my recovery.

Trista and Shore were incredibly swift, professional, and competent. They addressed my concerns, answered my questions, and I was back on to my day without hours of waiting.

I fractured one of the bones in my left foot this morning. I am amazed at how quick everything went from the time I arrived to discharge! Filling out the forms were quick and easy. I was sent back to Xray and on my way home in a little over an hour! The MA Karen and Dr. Sarah were so pleasant, friendly, and had excellent bed-side manner and humor. They they made it a very enjoyable experience considering I was in a bit of pain and nauseous. Very nice Xray tech also but I didnt catch her name. 10/10 would recommend this for your urgent care needs😍❤️

Molstrom is incredible gentleman and treated me like a person not a number. Karen the medical assistant is so warm and claiming because I was very nervous. I hurt my knee at work, so I had to go into a UC to have it looked at. Id heard some positive things about the Beaverton AFC so I decided to give them a go and I am sure glad I did! Both ladies (Melissa & Amanda) who helped me were so professional, knowledgeable, and overall pleasant to have as my attending physicians. The front desk ladies are also absolute dolls! They all made this whole stressful experience rather enjoyable. I highly recommend this Urgent Care! 😊
