Amazing Doctor. Spent All My Pregnancys With Him 2013, 2018, 2023 & He Did My Tubal Ligation 2024 . He Has Always Been So Helpful & Reassuring Never Had Any Issues & The Ladys At The Receptionist Desk Most Have Been There For Years As Well & Just Great Everytime. Love Dr.Noe & All The Girls There 🫶🏻

Pretty sure this is the same doctor that purposely didn’t tie a woman’s tubes and she got pregnant. This man should lose his license.

I’ve been a patient since 2012 and honestly I’ve had nothing but incredible service and care. The staff is friendly and helpful, Ms Carol is informative, approachable, caring and knowledgeable. Dr Noe is the best doctor and I think anyone who has experienced their pregnancy with him as a doctor can tell you this! He’s been supportive, caring, and such an incredible doctor during our pregnancy and prior to that. I couldn’t imagine my pregnancy without him as my doctor. Anyone who is looking for an OBGYN, I HIGHLY recommend him and his staff. There’s a reason why he’s so known and loved in this city. Thank you for everything Sun City!!!

Wow, I called today (July 19, 2021) to explain I do NOT have Child care for my 3 children, and asked what my options where? (I had no appointment on schedule) Front desk then says.... go get daycare for a hr, Im scheduling you for tomorrow.I said no the whole reason Im calling is because I do NOT have Child care, and my husband is JUST now CHECKING INTO BASE! so I do not have the luxury of hourly care, Ive been at appointment twice a week for almost 3 weeks.I cant keep doing that.Dr Noe has been decent. These receptionist have just made him lose a patient tho.I will take whatever doctor is on shift when I go into labor.

ATTENTION!!! LADIES SOON TO BE MOMMIES!!!!! Dr. Noe is the best doctor I have ever had. He has been very informative with all my visits and throughout my pregnancy and after. I have always recommended him and will continue to do so. He is very kind and is always willing to do an ultrasound. I would go in every week for a shot and the staff was great not a long wait and always attentive. Have Dr. Noe deliver my 2 babies was the best experience ever.

Dr.. Noe is actually a wonderful doctor. I dont know how he has time to do everything that he does but he seems to manage it quite well. He is pretty attentive while in the room with you and although you might have to tell him things several times, it is understandable with everything on his plate. His office doesnt make you wait very long, I think the longest I waited was 30 minutes and that was rare. Having said all of this I would not recommend his services due to the absolute dishonest and quite rude treatment I received by his office staff. Not everyone is this way, in fact I would like to point out a woman named Jennifer who is extremely kind and truly loves her job. But there is a woman named Vanessa who lied not only to me but also to my husband about our refund that it took the doctors office 4 months to get to us and in fact I still have not received yet. Also, an extremely rude woman, whom I can only assume is Dr. Noes wife because her name is Mrs. Noe. I dont know what is going on in that office to make a person (Vanessa) feel like she has to lie instead of admit she made a mistake and to make a person so cold and dishonest(Mrs. Noe) that she wouldnt listen to reason. The only way I can see having a good experience at this practice is if you do not agree to the pre-payment of services because we overpaid by over $1700. and that is when the nightmare began. I have nothing bad to say about Dr.Noe, but his staff is doing a great job at burning his name. My last visit there I had asked how much I owed from an exam I had done. I paid the balance in full according to the receptionist. Next week I received an email stating I owed more. I called to get more details, they left me on hold for 30 minutes, she came back on the line and asked if I had been helped... I gave her my name and all info AGAIN, left me on hold for ANOTHER 10 minutes. Mind you they have about 4 receptionists in the front chatting every time I go and never have more than 1 patient in the waiting area... I told them they need to do a better job at their customer service skills and I was taken back when the receptionist told me “We are NOT in customer service” wow ... ma’am you most definitely are in customer service I can and WILL take my business else where. Do NOT waste your time and money here, they treat you like dirt and the receptionists think they are doctors apparently ... if you didn’t go to school and you’re a receptionist I’m sorry to burst your bubble, but you are in customer service and your job is to treat customers with respect.

Please update your time on google. And in person. I asked what times I can go to get my blood drawn if I needed to make an appointment. They said no anytime between 8-5pm I get there at 4:30 and they are close. Really??? Waste of gas

No idea why this practice has such a horrible rating. I have never been pregnant (thank GOD) so I have not personally been treated by Dr. Noe, however the nurse practioner, Ms. Carol, has been nothing short of incredible. She was able to answer every question I had with thorough explanation, educated me in everything Ive ever wanted to know about womens health. She is kind and gentle with examinations, I would recommend her to any woman, especially younger women who are seeing this type of professional for the first time.

The doctors might be good and nice but the clinics customer service is horrible. It took them a little more than an hour to call me just to take my vitals. An an extra 40 minutes just to get a room. When I complained and asked what was happening, the receptionist and the girl that takes vitals in the back just blamed each other on who was responsible for informing me for the delay.This is the clinic that my VA doctor referred me to if I would of known I would of never picked it.If you have the option, go to another clinic instead and save yourself from a bad experience.

The office staff really is terrible. I have had nothing but problems with them since the very beginning. Not calling back, scedualing apts with me that they later cancel and do not inform me, scedualiing apts for the wrong day even though they wrote a different day on my apt card, I have called multiple times only to be put on hold for over an hour, plus they are just rude! Dr noe is good as well as the other 2 woman I have been and I like that he is willing to induce at 39 weeks even though I chose not to. If I wasnt at the end of my pregnancy (40 weeks already) then I would be switching doctors simply because of his staff.

I have never done this to an institution but enough is enough.I was a patient of Dr. Miller before he moved out of the city a couple of years ago.Fast forward to today. Im back from Houston. Scheduled an appointment. The staff lost my release form (to previous gyno) three times! I had to go in to the office to sig the form every time they misplaced it. I call to reschedule due to current work schedule and everyone assures me they have the results from Houston. Yesterday, they told me they do not have any results! I call today and the staff representative was careless. She didnt even apologize for any inconvenience they have caused.So beyond disappointed. Absolutely disgusted with their current service.

Having the worst experience of my life!!So i had an appointment at 11:30 that my insurance got for me because ive been contracting for two weeks and lets make it clear im a csection so i dont see the point of having me in pain if im gonna get csection. So anyway i arrive on time and all the nurses stRt criticizing and then they call me in to get vitals and urine. And then the nurse tells me ahe will inform the dr first thing i hear.Dr shes here. And his response was now what? Then they tell him he had given an appointment and he responds well im leaving to luch make her come later.Ok so i left crying like a baby since ive been having contractions every 5 min and i havent sleep or eat for 1 week now. And my baby movements have droped to zero... Ive been in an out of the hospital for the past 2 weeks and still he wants my water to break in order to do my csection. His staff is rude... And wait time is been 2-3 hrs... Like really... I just wish he would take his patients more serious.

I would give this NO stars if I could. The staff in the front are so rude and the other Dr helping out made allegations about my husband cheating on a std test that come out positive that was false. She Almost ruined my marriage. With that being said, when I was about to deliver, Dr. Noe showed up late and was taking his time getting ready. I made the mistake in overlooking those qualities and considering them again this time around, but the staff makes a mistake with my paperwork, so they cancel on me when Ive been waiting for Almost an hour!! VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, especially when it was their fault not mine. Do not recommend this clinic, go elsewhere where you will be treated with respect.

This doctor may have significant experience but he treats his patients accordingly to the health insurance they have. If you dont have a good health insurance he will not treat you as good. He has impolite and unprofessional staff. His staff is the reflection of him. There are better doctors in El Paso you can choose from.

If you want to be ignored and completely disregarded as a patient, come to Sun City Womens Health Care. There is no urgency in this clinic and there seems to be a lot of miscommunication between staff ( not to mention between patients as well). There are many other decent clinics here in El Paso but if you MUST come to Sun City Womens clinic , do not bother with calling , make sure to actually go in person to get things taken care of .

Front Desk lady is very nice and always so helpful. She has helped me when I needed to quickly get a refill of my BC and helps me schedule my yearly check ups with no struggle. The doctors are very nice and informative. Great service

This is the same doctor that charged a women for tying her tubes but, the procedure was never done and they never told her. Now she has another child.

They always take so much time to get you in the room when youre finally in the room the doctor forgets about you! I have been there 3 to 4 hours everytime I got an appointment plus I have not seen my doctor and I have 6 months pregnancy horribe service there! 😡

WORST EXPERIENCE AT A DOCTORS OFFICE!! Rude answering service, multiple promises for call backs but never received one and (after being told i need to take antibiotics) its been two weeks that ive been trying to get them to call in the perscription they said i needed. Will NOT be returning.

IF YOU SCHEDULE PATIENTS FOR AN APPOINTMENT AT 245PM AND TELL THEM TO BE HALF AN HOUR BEFORE TELL THEM TO BE HERE AT 215 NOT HALF A DAMN HR LATER.... THEN HAVE TO RESCHEDULE THEM BC THEY PATIENT GETS THERE AT 245PM AT THEIR ASSIGNED APPT TIME.... JUST SAYING PPL HAVE JOBS AND RESPONSIBILITIES FOR YOU JUST TO TOY WITH THEIR LIVES LIKE THAT!!!!

Absolutely nothing. Everybody was beyond rude. First time ever having an exam and they were all so rude and made me feel completely uncomfortable. I will never return.

Dr. Noe and staff are awesome!! Will definitely be back for my next pregnancy!

I love going to this place since Dr.Noe and his employees are good, helpful people!! Respectful etc. This doctor has attended my 2 births and I have always had a very good experience!! I recommend it!!
