Dr. Saldivar is the best at what he does. He listened to my concerns and i felt heard. Spoke to me before my surgery and went over any questions I may have had. I felt very taken care of and at ease. HIGHLY recommend this doctor. Entire staff in office is also very kind and attentive. Great experience over all.

I was new to Dr. Saldivar’s practice at this visit in March. I was greeted by a warm staff and a very knowledgeable team. the team was very straightforward and efficient about my health issues and needs and we began our journey together to rectify my difficulties. The office is very very busy. This seems to be the case with most practices nowadays, however, the courtesy and professionalism shown made Up for the long Wait between the first and second visit. I’m very pleased with Dr. Saldivar ‘s team and their assistance. I’m looking forward to working with him to resolve my issues.Now that I’ve had my second visit with the doctor, I am even more excited about working with him on my health issues. He’s very straightforward as I mentioned before and this is so appreciated. His knowledge is just amazing in the area in which I need assistance. His confidence is very reassuring to someone new as a patient and someone with health concerns and I feel more empowered than ever in dealing with my health concerns now that I have Dr. Saldivar’s expert care. The office is so efficient and follow-ups have been great despite the length between visits, but the staff and administration of the center are awesome in dealing with patient needs.. The communication is rapid and effective. Accommodations are efficient and setting appointments and referrals is well managed. There’s a seamless flow of communication between the doctor and administration and patient as well as others involved in patient care that I really appreciate. This really takes a lot of the worry off of the patient. I feel blessed to have been connected to Dr. Saldivar’s care.

Dr. Saldivar is an excellent surgeon and physician. He is very knowledgeable, patient and compassionate and takes the time to listen to your concerns and find solutions. I would not hesitate to recommend friends and family. Office and bathrooms are very clean which I appreciate. Office staff are nice and helpful.

Had such a poor experience and was so disappointed how this office treated me. From the office staff saying, “The doctor doesn’t even know if you have cancer.” Voice sounding so annoyed to the point that I tell her, “Please call me back when you are in a better mood.” I know the calls are recorded and that’s when her tone changed right away. Ahhh seriously because one person has so much responsibilities does not give her the right to be so blunt and rude. They will continue to lose patients if they treat us like trash.

Dr. Saldivar has been so amazing, helpful and attentive during my care. He has answered all my questions. Thank you so much for attending to me fast & taking care of me. I appreciate you so much!

NP and assistant provided thorough information and were gentle. Gave me opportunity to ask questions in which I did not have any since they had already provided all information needed along with instructions for follow-up appointment.

The surgery went very well, had no problems with the staff at all. All were and are professional. Dr.& NP answered all my questions perfectly. The minute they started telling me about the procedure I felt a weight off my shoulders and made me feel with alot tranquility. The waiting time for 1st appointment was a longer then expected, but was it worth it? absolutely!Drrs. sometimes take longer cause they give quality time to each patient .

The doctor and the staff are so very sweet and understanding. They have a lot of compassion for their patients and they are very fast and accurate on what they do. The staff was so amazing. The Dr. and his assistant were excellent. I still haven’t gotten my surgery but first impression says a lot about a place. I would recommend my loved ones here . :)

Horrible team .. dr saldivar himself was decent and completed my surgery BUT the process to get the surgery let alone a single appointment was HORRIFIC. As is anyone having to see an oncologist is already stressful/ worrysome and on top of that the 1st person i had to speak with was the receptionist Evelyn who was outstandingly RUDE beyond words. I called to confirm a simple reference sent via fax was received and she continuously put up an argument with me about receiving it after being sent from my gyno office MULTIPLE times it took days to get the fax and set up a appointment. When I spoke with her she had the audacity to say “it’s not urgent “ when my medical condition was indeed urgent and PAINFUL. She also spoke badly about me while I over heard her talking about how I was “going back and forth from drs.” When in reality I switched oncologist once because I wasn’t comfortable having surgery with my prior doctor. Everytime I went in to the office I was extremely uncomfortable to be assisted by her she knew me by name immediately and treated me very rudely . I once approached the receptionist desk and said “ excuse me “ to which she responded “ what?” Over all I felt targeted and uncomfortable would recommend they get a new receptionist to help dr saldivar and patients operate smoothly and COMFORTABLY without the rude remarks

We waited a bit but when I finally saw him I was so happy that he believed about my problem. He explained everything that could happen. After 1 1/2 years and 4 doctors I was so content.

This was my first appt after moving from Rhode Island where I was treated for my cancer for 13 years and I was quite nervous about this transition....I was immediately put at ease by Dr Saldivars resident (who I spent time with the majority of my appt). She was so knowlegeable and showed such kindness and compassion. I later spoke with Dr Saldivar briefly and found him to be very professional. I knew I had made the right choice in choosing treatment here.

I love dr. saldivar. My surgery went great. He is very knowledgeable in his field. Most importantly, he listens. Many, many doctors in El Paso need to take notes on how to care for their patients from him. Dr. Saldivar dont conform to the ways of those noncaring el paso doctors. Please continue to be that loving doctor with compassion. He does not give up on you. If I could add 10 stars, then I would..

The staff and doctor was very professional and always took care of me with the most respect. I was a high risk surgery patient due to my weight and they did such a great job that I was able to have laparoscopic surgery. I went in at 9 AM for prepping, surgery scheduled and begun at 11:30 AM and was out of surgery by 2:00 PM and was home by 4:30 PM. I was waiting to have pain and never had any major pain to the point where I did not have to take pain killers. I am so greatful to doctor Saldivar and staff that my recovery had been so easy and painless. Had my follow-up and doing great. Thank God for putting the right medical staff and doctor for me. ❤️❤️

If you want to be treated with respect and be seen as a patient Dr. Saldivar is your go to. If you are LGBTQY and are female, butch, transitioning he will treat you with nothing but respect.

The Problem w Dr. Salvador Saldivar is the Receptionist the RUDEST person they have, she makes lousy, comments about my health, Diagnosis, She is NOT a Dr, Obgyn, She is NOT the Oncologist..the Receptionist needs to keep her comments to herself, she talks On top of you, She is Extremely Unprofessional, she talks to you like if you are Stupid, She doesnt know how to communicate. She is Extremely Arrogant, Rude, She has a Lousy Attitude, Disrespectful, Unprofessional, Loud. Her tone of voice, comments, attitude needs to change. This is NOT the First time, she gets into a fight with a client, customer, patient. She doesnt allowed you to talk, she needs to state her opinion, she LOVES to fight, Confront people, She is Soooo Ghetto.

Always a great experience. Staff is great and the Dr is understanding and attentive.

There was a long wait before I saw the doctor. Everything went well with the staff. I was there a total of two hours for a ten minute conversation. The staff is great.

We experience a very poor customer service and unethical . They give you all kind of excuses but no one helps you. Sad to say but thanks to our service this people get paid but they dont care about patients 😕. Four weeks no help yet they blame everything on ( insurance)every one else except of stepping up and fixing their incompetent skills. Really hard to get a hold of office manager.
